Thank you for your responseA reason that your membership account could have become delinquent would be something like your card on file that is used for the reoccurring payments was expired or was canceled by the card issuerAnother reason could have been that the card issuer did not allow a payment to be processedWith the payment to the agency being processed, your membership agreement has been fulfilled and your passes will continue to be active through month of the agreementThere are no refunds on any payments or fees on a membership account and your membership agreement is very specific as it pertains to minimum term and any fees you are chargedOnce again I do apologize for your experienceAs previously stated, any questions about your account would have to be directed to the collections agency that now has the accountThey can be reached by calling [redacted] At this time Six Flags does consider this matter closed

When you sign-up for our Membership program you agree and electronically sign a 12 month minimum commitment, that provides you with both terms and conditions of the membership program. Since your membership that ends in (***) was only purchased in June of 2016, you... are currently still within that 12 month minimum commitment, and a cancelation was not possible. I'm very sorry, but after your account was over 45 days past due it was sent to our collections agency. To bring your account up-to-date, please call 855-953-1593 and tell them that you would like to pay the balance on your Six Flags account. They will be able to provide you with an accounting of what you know and accept payment for the balance owed. Looking into your account I do see that there was a chargeback that was initiated for your payments and you will have to discuss this with the agency.

Guest contacted the park directlyGuest relations was able to reply to the guest apologizing for the inconvenience that she experienced and we did confirm that she was going to be recieving the ride passes as promisedGuest will have to stop by guest relations to pick up her ride passes

Unfortunately, based on the demand for that product on that particular day, the product became unavailableWe are diligently working on a more efficient way to ensure all products are available at all timesWe as a team are also putting methods of accommodation in place in the event this type of concern reoccurs
