A repair technician was sent to *** *** *** GA XXXXX *** ** to turn on a Tenants cable service
The technician damaged the property and left the service wires in a disarray, I contacted the local sales office and they filed a damage complaint, then I was called by a manager and he stated that it was a sub contractor, that did this damage and that another manager would be contacting me
Time passed and a lady called me and said that a manager would be meeting me the next day and would settle out these problems
No one called
I understand that these repair technicians believe that they can show up at properties and cause damage and do installations however they see fit and that there will be no repercussions or oversight
However, this is not going to be the case

I'm trying to get cox to remove their equipment/wires/panel from my home since I cancelled service

Lack of service after multiple calls and checks
