He called in that evening without an address. He was walking down the street and it was the middle of he night and it is unsafe to send drivers out like that. It is actually police guidelines we have an address for pickup and drop off. He would...

not give us a physical address for the drop off. He cursed us and told us I am a customer with money in our pocket except he used curse words. We went to a Kmart to pick him up and he was not there when we got there. He did not give us a legitimate address, and he did call another 13 times and I answered the phone finally and I told him we were not serving him. He can not charge him $25 because we do not have a credit card number. He told us if we reverse the charge he would not leave any bad reviews. It is an unsafe situation for us to not have a pickup and and drop off address. We are not blackmailing and we have not offered money back for anything. We can not charge him $150 for anything because again we have not payment information on him.

He was never charged any money to receive a refund. We can not refund what we did not charge. I am not selling my company so there will not be new management. He has never taken our service how or why would we charge him. We do not have a credit card number or anything. The notification of a possible charge is to get a customer to stop contacting when they will not give us a real address to pick him up. Again we did not charge him and this customer is on our do not pick up list, and we are definitely refuse his business. On our end we are done with this because we did not charge him anything.
