WE are still in negotiations with the insurance company and cannot provide a final bill into the expediting process has been completed Once we have final numbers approved we will be sure to get to Mr [redacted]

It seems there may have been a clerical error on the billing for this file I have taken a look at this personally and do see a discrepancy in the first amount billed Rather than go back and forth and in an effort to show sympathy on first error the company will be writing off remaining balance to resolve this issue We have adjusted the amount and will be sending out a zero balance invoice to [redacted]

Quality Construction [redacted] [redacted] www.qualityconstruction.name Email: [redacted] PAINTING BASEMENTI [redacted] from Quality Construction started around March 1st, received a deposit of $7,from [redacted] / [redacted] We agreed to work on the basement two or three days a weekI had other project to do, only time I hadI started with painting the basement.I light sanded new plaster ceiling was done before I started working thereI had to sand around twenty new recess lights I sanded existing walls,n one wall was texture wall to make it smooth the best I could; filled in imperfection with joint compound in all the walls n stair way to basement.I installed three coats of ceiling paint on ceiling, spot prime one coats on joint compound two coats of [redacted] paint on walls, all paint from [redacted] .The cost is $1, INSTALL FLOORHome owner wanted me to install x sub plane floor call [redacted] core from [redacted] ***, on basement floor is ft wide by ft long.I sealed [redacted] core with [redacted] vinyl adhesive cover with thin layer of plastic for moisture barrier.I installed Blue Hawk plastic underlayment cover with [redacted] vinyl planking year warranty from manufacturer which [redacted] picked out from [redacted] .Installed new per prime base board all around room and painted one coat of [redacted] paint The total cost with labor,materials n disposal is $5,six days to install $1,in materials INSTALL RAILING I removed existing railing n carpet on stairs to install red oak railing, painted white [redacted] paint from [redacted] .There are twelve to fifteen steps with two baluster in each step n four balusters in the wider step.The total cost with labor,materials n disposal is $ INSTALL DOORSI removed two existing flush panel doors saved existing frame , installed two six plane panel doors with new hardware n one wall door one inch thin trim outThe total cost with labor,materials n disposal is $ COVER LOLLY COLUMNSI boxed in two lolly columns with per prime pine eighty inches height, installed two costs of painted white [redacted] paint from [redacted] .The total cost with labor,materials n disposal is $350.00I Quality Construction over extended my services before half completion total is $9, [redacted] contacted [redacted] she had some concern about the job,she spoke to [redacted] she contacted me on April th[redacted] asked me when I was going to finish the floor, it was finished that day n a update on finish job,I said finishing up on phase onehalf completion is coming up.I told [redacted] I am six to eight weeks out to start to finish up whole jobI had problems with my cell broken screen n it will shut off come back on about three hours laterOn May 11th [redacted] contacted me the floor wasn't install right there was buckling in floortwelve days later there is a third party evaluation.On May 13th I respond to [redacted] ,I will come out to take a look at the floor n address any issueswith floor[redacted] respond that [redacted] wanted a refund on floor, On May th [redacted] said the floor was redone n [redacted] wants refund[redacted] wanted me to sign a ten year warranty on workmanship on ***core sub floor n on [redacted] vinyl planking I refused to

We actually use a very reputable marketing company to fly our banner Im sure they follow faa regulations as they fly multiple banner for multiple different companies

I would like the Revdex.com to be aware that we have been doing everything possible to resolve an issue with this customer I believe this complaint is out of the purview of Revdex.com due to the fact that the company is now seeking legal action as explained by Mr [redacted] 's complaint He is aware of the upcoming civil suit as he has already received our intent to lien Please note he is in violation of contract for several reasons: Term #under our terms and conditions clearly state a 50% deposit and 50% due at completion of each trade( as of now the company has not received any payment) Term# under our terms and conditions states if there is a problem due to workmanship Quality must be allowed to come out and inspect and correct the problem (Mr [redacted] has failed to allow the company to do that) Term # under our terms and conditions clearly state that final payment shall not be held while waiting on final inspection(Currently the city of Denver is 3-months behind on inspections and as a large business Quality cannot build 3-months of projects without getting paid) Please find the attached contract with terms and conditionsPlease understand we have been doing everything possible to get this resolved but our hands are tied when a customer will not allow progress to move forward That is why the company has filed lawsuit to compel [redacted] to allow progress to complete work and get paid per contract terms

This complaint is not a valid complaint due to the fact that this situation was taken care of and Ms [redacted] did come into our office and pick up an [redacted] gift card and said she was "going to go to lunch with friends." We sent a gift card to this consumer on two occasions and she said she had never received She 100% came into the office as I had witnessed my Office Manager handing her the card Ms [redacted] is elderly and I do not believe she has filed this complaint I feel her daughter has

I stayed in contact with [redacted] / [redacted] once or twice a weekThe owner wanted to buy the flooring materials, I contacted them the room sides is 12' wide x 30'long and how many boxes they needed.The problem occurred when I went over existing tile with [redacted] panel, [redacted] didn't like the results.In the contract says go over existing floor n tiles[redacted] argued with me for twenty minutes to remove the [redacted] panel n remove existing tileIt is an extra, he felt that I should do it for freeWe finally come to agreement on price[redacted] wanted a verbal price on opening up wall 12' long install beam and remodel other room,I couldn't start the job as I am six to eight weeks out[redacted] / [redacted] got up set,they want it done right away but I was too busy n here we are

I received an email from my Project Manager regarding this customer requesting work be completed that the insurance company did not pay for Apparently some additional work was done by the Project Manager and customer is refusing to pay for that as well. I am not sure why
customer has reached out to Revdex.com on Quality Construciton but it looks as if this complaint has been resolved Even though the customer did not like the answer that was given we still are in the process of handling this before complaint was received by Revdex.com Please review and let me know how to proceed

As mentioned in previous response Quality is going based upon insurance company approval and the documents attached I have tried to contact the daughter of ** *** *** *** twice @ *** today to see if we are able to get this resolved and have not received a call back

The problem occurred when I went over existing tile with Dir Core panel,*** didn't like the results.In the contract says go over existing floor n tiles.*** and *** reply: This is again, a lie Exact wording from contract, and the *** *** complaint department has this contract! "Go over existing floor with x sub panel finish floor vinyl floor." "*** argued with me for twenty minutes to remove the Dir core panel n remove existing tileIt is an extra, he felt that I should do it for freeWe finally come to agreement on price.*** and *** reply: This is again not true We had not agreed on the price, because it is in the contract that *** is suppose to install the 24xsubfloor If he install make a mistake installing something he needs to fix it Period.. *** wanted a verbal price on opening up wall 12' long install beam and remodel other room,I couldn't start the job as I am six to eight weeks out.*** and *** reply: We said not to do the long beam right at the beginning, when you told us it would cost like $or something That was on March 9th, and we told you not to do it right away You have never told us you are six to eight weeks out We had turn down a contractor because he is weeks out, and his quote was less than Quality Constructions If *** told us that he is six to eight weeks out, we would have never used him Alsolater when we hire a new contractor to finish ***'s left over mess, we had a engineer look at the wall, the beam is absolutely not needed So *** was trying to charge us $for something that we do not need Again, he is inexperienced and trying taking us for a ride. *** cashed 50% of the deposit, jobs like this should only be 1/of the deposit We are nice enough to give him 50% We trusted him too much We are nice enough to let his dog hang out with him He did only 1/of the total job, with horrible installation that we cannot even use, and we fixed at our own expense *** is obligated to refund what belongs to us Like I said, this is theft.

copy of the invoice for referenceThe reason for this policy is that there may
be a problem with the electrical
system of the item being repaired, and that
could cause damage to the partOnce the part leaves our store we have no
control over how it is handledThis policy was explained to the customer by an
employee in our parts department.The customer then went to our service department
and asked them to test the partThe service manager explained to him that we
can't test individual parts, we normally bring the machine into our shop and
run a series of tests to determine what part has failed and then replace that
partThe customer was advised that we have a minimum charge of 1/hour ($45) for diagnostic testing and we could diagnose the machine if he

I am very sorry that the ***s have had trouble communicating with our Project Manager ShaunWe have reached out to *** regarding gutters for this project and he has explained would like them detached and re aligned rather than replaced. That is not something we can do nor provide a
warranty for. My question to the ***s is if they would like the gutters replaced? If so we can definitely get that taken care of and again I apologize for any miscommunication on our part. I have called ***s today and left message to get this resolved. Thanks

We cannot adjust invoice as we work directly with insurance company to reach agreed upon price We are not charging customer for downspouts, we are only charging customer for the gutter work that we completed per insurance company agreement The linear footage of gutters that we completed directly match what the insurance company agreed to pay No downspouts were completed and no downspouts were charged to customer If the customer would like to come into the or call the office to go over numbers that would be great

I do not believe this is a valid complaint due to the fact we have explained the customer bill to *** on several documented occasions We want the Revdex.com and the consumers to know that we do not bill for anything the insurance has not allowed for unless on a seperate contract
Please find attached, A copy of contract with customercopy of gutter diagrams(showing exact linear ft to be completed)copy of adjuster report from insurance company showing in detail what the insurance has paid for Our contracts indicate that we will do work for what the insurance company agrees to pay nothing more nothing less In this particular instance the customer does not want to pay her deductible which we are required to collect by law

I spoke with *** (owner) Monday evening after this complaint was made, I had been trying to reach him since Wednesday of the previous weekI was told this would be taken care of but was asked to be patient and they are very busyI agreed to be patient I know things take time, I was not told it would be taken care of within days*** (sales man) had come out on Tuesday to take pictures, and agreed portions of the roof did not look good and that that some chimney flashing and vents were not replaced but on special order, and he removed the garbage from my roof but it would need to be reviewed and they would get back to meBut now all work is on hold because *** my insurance received a bill on Oct for double the amount my insurance company wrote for $33,that was never approved by my insurance companyThey are charging for work that they are not even doing (Awnings, and Patio Ceiling, A/C and, window screens) and for the gutters that haven't even been completedIn addition because nobody was paying attention or there was a miscommunication that I had to point out to my paper work there at Quality Construction billed *** to replace all my gutters when they were only suppose to be replacing the gutter guards and the downspouts*** you need to get all your employees that are handling my job on the same page, go through my work order from the insurance company, resubmit a new supplement for only the work completed and only work you are doingThis is upsetting me and my husband, and now inconveniencing us because now I cant even hire anybody to do the work Quality Construction were suppose to doWe are all busy not just Quality constructionI have to take time off work to meet with the new inspector because of your mistake now your costing me moneyI understand and agree we are in the process of resolving this complaint and when I see some actions being made and mistakes corrected I will retract my complaint

Again this is already in the process of being resolved, there should be no complaint hereThere is a negotiation process that happens between Quality and the insurance companyIt has already been explained to the insurance that Quality is not doing the awningsWe have supplemented for additional items such as all replacement of gutters which has not been approved by insurance company yetWe are required to let insurance of any discrepancies and that is what Quality has doneWhen we are so far off on ** insurance will do a reinspectVery very common in the industryWe didn't send insurance company an invoice, its an estimate which is attached

This is the first I am hearing of a price dispute.  I spoke with [redacted] this morning and he explained that [redacted] had called him over to the house and asked for a breakdown of Quality Construction's bill.  [redacted] went over to the house on the 29th and gave a breakdown to [redacted]...

[redacted] based upon what the insurance company approved.  [redacted] has explained that the conversation went well and he left without conflict.  The company has begun lien process on this file due to the length of time bill has been outstanding.  We want customers and Revdex.com to know that liens are nothing personal it is something that Quality Construction must do 120 to 180 days after permit has closed per Colorado State Law.  There has never been any threats of owning property only a discussion that pre lien has been placed on the property and the matter needs to be resolved quickly to avod additional fees.  [redacted] explained everything was ok until he received a phone call from [redacted] daughter today screaming and throwing outrageous accusations at [redacted] and Quality Construction.  My office staff walked into two voicemails this morning from an irate daughter and now we have a complaint on Revdex.com.  We are asking complaint to be removed because there has been no attempt to get this resolved through the company just a lot of emotions and jumping to conclusions.   Please find attached our estimate to the [redacted] with a breakdown itemized on everything that Quality billed for.  Also find an estimate from Champion windows to complete patio roof which the insurance company has denied the customers.  Since the estimate was denied we took that item off of our estimate and only billed the customer for work that Quality Completed.  I believe there is an issue with the insurance company not paying for the patio and the customer complaint should be with their insurance company.   Ive attached documents to this in the following order: Page 1:  Final invoice that we billed customer based upon approval from [redacted]Page 2: Email from the [redacted] that states they agreed to Quality Construction InvoicePage 3: Copy of Quality Estimate approved by [redacted]Page 4: Copy of Quality Itemized estimate with patio roof taken offPage 5:  Copy of Champion estimate for patio Roof which [redacted] denied I do not see how this should be a complaint with Quality I think the complaint lies with [redacted].  I do have my office manager looking into the claim personally as the admin that worked the claim originally is no longer with the company.
