I had done business with [redacted] in the past and was very pleased with the quality of his work. I recently inquired about his services for another property. I brought to [redacted]'s attention a matter concerning another review website who had de-listed him, and his discourse with me was very unprofessional. He stated, "Your attack on me and my business is unexceptable and will not be tolerated. My guess is you work for [redacted] so best of luck to you. I do not need your help in running my professional company of 17 years so please keep your comments to yourself. [...] So with this said any more harassment from you or badgering me will be taking in a more serious legal way." [redacted] carbon copied his attorney on his response email. Be forewarned -- [redacted] does excellent work, but his professional skills need some work.

I could restate all the cudos given to Jon in other reviews. My first experience with Quality Epoxy was in 2009 at the recommendation of a friend. An existing garage floor coating only lasted a few years. Jon re-did the floor and it still looks as good as new after 6 years. I recently moved to a 20 year old home that had a "mousey looking" floor. Jon just finished re-doing that floor and it looks amazing. I was impressed with the look of the bare concrete after the old floor was ground away. It looked like new concrete. I was so impressed that I also had him grind my concrete driveway and make it look like new again. It is rare to find a contractor who excels in workmanship, business sense, and communication.
