Quality Epoxy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The communication was great from inquiring about the process thru to the very end as well. Both Jon and Leo, who did the prep work of grinding our floor were true professionals. Jon's website was very informative and I was able to understand the process fairly well and since we had a paver stone process, I was understanding to not use the acid for the prep process which helped us feel comfortable with how the process would work.

We are very pleased with our floor and the whole process! After the initial meetup and picking colors he was a ninja and we never knew he was there. We would just step outside and say "oh, he came back and did more to it" and he didn't make a peep!

They do a great job explaining everything and how it works. The SECOND he said we could walk on it we did and we even had movers in and out, not being very gentle, and it seems to be holding up. It made me nervous because I know it still needs a few more to really cure. So far so good!

Quality Epoxy did a fantastic job. The 14 year old house I bought had an epoxy garage floor that looked terrible. These guys ground off the old and put down a new chip coat epoxy floor, filled a crack so you can't see it, and were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. A quality job and I will use them again.
