This customer never called the company after completion of the work The customer paid for the installation In order to ascertain what the problem(s) truly is, our District Project Coordinator, Mr [redacted] , will be meeting with the customer by Tuesday, Feb Upon determination of problem and cure, the appropriate action will be taken

Our (my) most sincere apologies go to this customer for the unwanted callsThe appropriate disciplinary steps have been taken with the offenders and this customer has been placed on the Do No Call list

This customer has their name on the DO NOT CALL list, which will be enforced

We were initially contacted in the winter of to consult for new windows No one showed for the first appointment We rescheduled and no one showed for the second appointment We then told the business to not contact us anymore We have received at least phone calls soliciting roof repair since that time Although we have stressed we do not want to hear from them anymore they have continued to call We do not want any repair to our roof We consider this harassment The most recent solicitation occurred 6/8/at about 1:p.m I asked the caller (no name) to give me the name, phone number and address of the business She was extremely reluctant to do so She claimed she did not know this Eventually she gave me the information but refused to give me the contractor license number

The work required was completed on July The customer was called to confirm such and she confirmed that it was completed Her refund has been approved, which she will receive shortly, if she already hasn't

This complaint really made our VP of Operations unhappy because he personally went to the customer's house and met with him The installation permit was signed off by the county but SMUD won't sign off on the connection because the panel doesn't have a sticker on it (not our problem, missing when we got there) The only solution was getting a licensed electrical engineer to do a load calculation and verify the panel Our VP did so and spoke to the customer last Friday The customer called again this Monday to complain that he thought he was getting the run around and our VP spoke to him again and told him that he wasn't and that our VP should have the letter by today (which is expected) Nothing else can be done, this should resolve quickly

Since the contact with the company in about August of 2012, the company cancelled the August contract with the customer and has not contacted the customer since The company has made sure that there have been no new sales or charges to the customer If there have been, involving $4, and a fiancé company by the name of [redacted] ***., that happened after [redacted] left the company and became involved with a new party That new party has taken all the customer lists from our company and has been calling on them and selling to them The company is also working with the CSLB in conjunction with this issue and has reported the theft of customer lists and sales materials and forms The company believes that [redacted] ( [redacted] ) has made a sale(s) to the customer and provided financing through the aforementioned finance company

I had a wonderful experience with Quality FirstOleg was very helpful in getting us started on our journey to solarThe company worked with us and were extremely professional and caring We will use them in the future and recommend them highly

This is my fourth time contacting ( OR trying to ) contact Quality First regarding a warranty issueI had to threaten to go to the California Contractor License Board, in writing, before they respondedThe time before this (third) the deadline was on a Friday, so on that Thursday evening a repfrom QFshowed up, with a flashlight, to look at the coating they misapplied, twice beforeI made approxphone calls to have no responses before the threat to the CCB

Several years ago Quality First approached me with a proposition to install solar on my homeWe discussed this for several weeks, probably over a month before I decided to hire themThere were two things that I insisted on that really were non negotiableFirst was the integrity of the roof of my houseI wanted no water leaks when they were doneThat was a nightmare!!! Once they installed the solar panels my roof was a shamblesIt took me weeks to get them to correct all the damage that they had inflicted on the roofI will say that they did not give up, but only because I was so insistent on it being done properlyMy second and really the one that has bothered me for years now is that the solar system that they installed doesn't even begin to cover the cost of my energy usageDuring the negotiation phase I kept telling them that I wanted a 100% system and they kept telling me to only buy an 80% system and that would be enoughThey kept telling me it would keep me in the tier

My experience with Quality First has been the absolute worst I am still waiting to get repairs done on a faulty roof that was installed in It leaks all around the perimeter and has caused dry rot problems After several calls, someone came out yesterday to look I'm still waiting for a date for repairs to begin High pressure all the way Talk, talk, talk...no work Slow to return calls I paid $16k for a roof that leaks I want it fixed! If you hate headaches, DON'T do business with these people

The panel upgrade was never a part of the contract, as at contract time, there was no evidence an upgrade was required Per contracting procedures, a change order is required to add to an existing contract The customer agreed to a change order but refused to sign it, consequently no panel upgrade was done The customer also too Quality First off the permit and put himself on, the permit did not expire Quality First performed its obligations as required See attached notes

Customer was called, was seen and purchased windows this past weekend

My name is Barbara ZI live in Fairfield CaOur introduction to Quality First Home Improvement was when Kurt gave us a presentation on replacing our windows and gutters He was very thorough and had a warm, friendly attitude We scheduled the work on our windows and gutters and both jobs were completed on scheduleThe windows and gutters are working perfectlyWe can really tell the difference with the temperature in the hous from the Windows Both the Windows and gutters look beautifulThe project coordinator Carlos and his crew were wonderful as well They did a great job We did another project of remodeling bathrooms Kurt gave us a presentation offering various possibilities The project coordinator was Arthur He came and helped us pick out all the fixtures etc At that time we decided to do our second bathroom remodel Arthur helped us schedule that as well The work on the bathrooms was scheduled to take about weeks each Both were completed ahead of schedule They are beautiful and we are very pleased Arthur's work crew Sasha and Dimitri were wonderful, putting everything just the way we want it Every work crew that has worked on all the projects were very neat and clean with all of their work and there was no mess We would recommend Quality First Home Improvement to anyone who needs work done on their house Barbara Z

Ok, here is our experience and hope that this helps in your researchWe had contracted QHFI to install a solar system for usAfter more than a year, we had a system that was far under performing (according to contract 8500KW, only produced ~6200KW) QFHI, Scott G (VP Ops) agreed to add additional panels after months of delays, denials, and attempts to derail what was in the contractFinally QFHI agreed to add additional panels to the systemAll was fine until the first rains of the yearDamage to the roof caused leaks and water damageReached out to Scott and Gary K [redacted] (Owner) Still trying to resolve these issues, result in non-returned calls, no responses to emails, and still battlingSo much for the year warranty that they CLAIM to offer!! STEER CLEAR!! They will not stand by what they sell/installWhat started out to be a good, green solution has gone all wrong
