I have lost count as to how many phone calls these people have given me! Before my wife died we both decided not to use their servicesie roof repairThey hounded us several times for over a year and a half! My wife died last SeptemberThey have called me no less than times since! I've threatened them with law suits , Revdex.comAnd even put two bad reports on their website and [redacted] ! I don't know what to do next!please help me with any complaints

We had new windows installed by Quality First Absolutely love how warm our home is now It's also very quiet as we live next to the airportPS: I worked in the conservation dept at a utility company for years

We brought solar from Quality First Home Improvement, Inc on 8/20/for years and only to found out we are not look to to [redacted] for monthsMy friend [redacted] who refered me to this companyOn 1/24/17, she told me her solar was not hood up for months tooAnd with many months (6-months) finally she did get her refund $from months she paid [redacted] $1,I have mailed my months of [redacted] bills to [redacted] (VP) & [redacted] (manager) with letter attached, please give me a call when you received themBut they never did and many calls to them (6-times) with messages of course no word from themI also sent a certified letter to the [redacted] (CEO) about the problem and their staffAfter weeks no word from them at all- they don't careFinally I got [redacted] (VP) on phone told me he will email [redacted] (son) and explain everythingOn 7/21/email from [redacted] (VP) - documents 1) 9/1/- AM - [redacted] email [redacted] ( [redacted] ) 2) 9/1/- AM - ***
