I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
On November 24 I filed a complaint against Quality Mechanical Professionals. Complaint # ***. On November Revdex.com provided the respondent's proposed solution. They admitted their failing. On November I accepted the respondent's solutionThe complaint was closed. In their response, Quality Mechanical Professionals said they would provide me with a T-report (state mandated report on air conditioning inspection), within days. That deadline has come and gone and I have not received a report. I hope I don't have to file another complaint. Regards - *** ***

Our senior technician advice us that the compressor needed to be changed outHe did not find any leaks in the system

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. In summary, I have been involved in a protracted issue with Quality Mechanical Professionals (QMP) since July of last year, and I got the Revdex.com involved in November. I was charged for an inspection that was never documented by QMP, and for which a permit was never pulled at the city of Escondido, both of which are required by law. Therefore, I paid for something that never was.The latest response by QMP, dated February 26, contains a fabrication. QMP representative *** *** states in his communication to Revdex.com, "Title documents was (sic) mailed to home owner twice before. Today (February 26) I have hand delivered, re certified copy of Title documents." The fact is that Mr*** handed me the Title document only minutes after he got them permitted by the city of Escondido (as noted on the document itself), so QMP could not have mailed the document to me "twice before." As I mentioned to you today, Mr***'s response was included in a March 2, Revdex.com email that was written to me, but for whatever reason, only appeared in the Revdex.com file and was not sent to my personal email, as had all previous communications from Revdex.com. As you noted to me today, it was opened by me March 10, only after I received communication to my personal email from Revdex.com that same day that closed the file. So, after many months and with Revdex.com's aid, I now have the Title document, which was properly permitted by the city of Escondido. Thank you. That is all I ever wanted, and this issue should be over. However, Mr*** could not leave well enough alone - he had to try to cover his butt one last time by implying that I had been unresponsive to his two mailers, which is absolutely untrue. Therefore, in my mind there is NOTHING that QMP can do to make this right. It is unresolved and will ALWAYS be unresolved. I do not know if you can identify it as such in your records; if you can that it would be great, but in any event I am compelled to call out QMP as a warning for any future, prospective customers.

The business response does not include refunding my $but rather includes untruths The other person working on my home did not leave but stayed to complete the work and is a witness to this incident He stated that *** was yelling in my front yard that I am a "crazy lady" and that I was not yelling; to the contrary, I was inside my home trying to converse on the telephone to someone else over his yelling The witness further states that the repair that *** was refusing to do involved slapping a piece of tape up over the hole and that anybody could do that and it is ridiculous that he said he had to check with insurance company before putting a piece of tape up The other remarks such as I ran after his car is impossible with my medical condition His accusation that I am racist because I expect the transaction to be in English is ridiculous I did not give consent to the transaction to be in some other language than English without requiring a translator to be provided for me to know what is being said His interpretation that my not speaking his non-English language is racist is ill-founded and ridiculous when known that I am of minority descent His accusation makes as much sense as if I said he was discriminating against the elderly and disabled by refusing to put a piece of tape up to fix my problem Even if I did do what he ridiculously accuses me of, (which I did not) it does not excuse him to act non-professional and substandard to HVAC industry standards and Revdex.com standards I demand my $refunded

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe stupidest contractor misanalysed the AC problem, it's not the compressor issue. The actual problem is refrigerant leak, repair the leak, and refrigerant rechargeOur family had suffered more than days hot heat summer weatherThe problem could be done on the same day

Good evening,We spoke to the homeowner and are scheduled to complete this job today (9/5/17)There was a delay in receiving equipment and scheduling an appointmentHowever, this has been addressed and we are scheduled to complete this job

This is the first time I have ever written a review BUT this organization was so bad and UN-ethical I felt compelled to get the word out - DO NOT use Quality Mechanical! UNfortunately I was forced to use Quality Mechanical via my Home Warranty Co (First American)
After unsuccessful repair trips (a great scheduling/ time burden to me personally) not only did they improperly misdiagnose/ repair a simple issue (HVAC was not working properly) they blew out the fan motor which had worked perfectly previouslyThey also started/ caused a small electrical fire due to improperly wiring the system during repair
Further more, because of their inability to repair/ diagnose what turned out to be a simple problem they claimed the entire system needed to be replaced (a complete fabrication/ lie) this was only partially covered by my home warranty BUT Quality wanted to charge me out of pocket $1,200! This is after weeks of waiting thru the hotter weather, not pleasant!
I was able to get a second opinion from a great co, A+ Heating and Air Conditioning, San Marcos (thru my home warranty co) A+ upon proper inspection simply replaced the fan motor and got the system up and running again within minutes, first trip, first time out, great co!
Again DO NOT USE Quality Mechanical They are UN-ethical, UN-professionalThey are no longer allowed at my residence or any of my rental properties!
Respectfully submitted, ***

RE: Revdex.com Complaint ***Good evening,We received your complaint from the Revdex.com and would like to take care of this problem immediately, tried contacting you last Week but was unable to talk to anyone so left a message and thought would follow up with an emailit looks like the last time our company
was at your home was on June 2017, From our notes from our technician, your outdoor condenser was low on refrigerant by lbsHe added lbs of R410A refrigerant and said afterwards your air conditioner was working greatAs I said before, we would like to resolve the issue with your air conditioner since it is still not workingThe first step would be to contact your home warranty, *** ***, and ask them to open a recal)A recall will not cost you an additional service fee, it justlets your home warranty know that your ao is still not working and we are going to go back out to fix itOnce this recall is placed can schedule your appointment and have the senior technician go out to yourhone. If you have any questions or would just like to talk over the phone, you can reach me directly at the number listed below,

first American home buyers protection coassigned the contractor to repair the central AC on 07/22/Since then, the contractor never show up again, I have called and asked for solutionIt seems the contractor does not care at all
Because Quality Mechanical Professionals Inc neglected and unprofessional conduct caused the money loss, first American has not reimbursed all the amount, which I paid$to my own contractor. They reimbursed $to meIf Quality Mechanical Professionals Inc did the right thing at the first time, I would not had suffered the summer hot weather for days and money lossI would like to ask Quality Mechanical Professionals Inc to reimburse $for the
differenceThanks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The technician put right on the paperwork that it was installed improperly THREE YEARS AGO! He said the installing company should come back out and re-install Well, everybody knows no company is going to come back THREE YEARS LATER and redo their work This is ridiculous The insurance company assigned another company to come out and fix it which they did without reinstalling
This company's behavior is totally out of line and continues to be so Please alert consumers as to this company's unacceptable behavior

We came back out to this customers house to resolve the issue of her unit leaking water on 9/07/16. When we originally installed the evaporator coil the condensation drain line was cleared and the drain line was also modified to connect to the new evaporator coil.  Water was leaking...

from the secondary drain line instead of the primary drain line. Our installer accidentally installed this backwards. On 9/07 our tech corrected the connection and water is now draining from the primary drain line. The Title 24 still needs to be completed, we do have up to year from the install date to complete. An appointment just needs to be set up.Since a stop payment was put on the check for $325, a permit refund will not be granted. We did reach out to the homeowner multiple times when we received the stop payment. The phone went to voice mail with no return call.  As for the screen, this complaint was the first time we have heard of this, we will need to talk to the homeowner in regards on how to proceed. We will reach out to the homeowner again to complete the title 24 and resolve the screen issue.Thank you and have a wonderful day! Quality Mechanical Professionals Inc.1536 Fayette StreetEl Cajon, CA 92020Ph: (619) 449-2735Fax: (619) 449-2523

Your senior technician is unprofessional, he fool homeowners  and his boss. Why A.C. is working well now? The compressor does not need to be changed. Don't argue with me!
go training your senior technician to be more professional or go bankruptcy!

RE: Revdex.com Complaint [redacted]October 23, 2017We returned to this property and installed a new wall air conditioner on September 28, 2017. This air conditioning claim, from American Home Shield, came to us during an extreme heat wave in San Diego. There was a high demand of service from multiple...

homeowners in regards to their air conditioner. We worked as quickly as possible to return to this homeowner's property and install his new air conditioner. Once we were completed with this install, the homeowner was satisfied with the result.[redacted] Quality Mechanical Office Manager

I have reviewed...

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is acceptable   The complaint has beed resolved, but the waiting time was unacceptable. It took numerous phone calls, e-mails, and involving Revdex.com to get the job done. I'm not a happy consumer.  My family spent almost the ENTIRE SUMMER without AC.  On the company's end, wrong measurements taken, measurements lost, wrong equipement ordered, waiting for a piece to be made, setting appointments and not having a crane available... were some of the delays that I heard/experienced  I want the potential consumers to know what I had to deal with regarding this company. And when the install date was finally made, it was via a text, not a phone call to see if someone would be available. Of course we change our schedule around to be there that day or it would be another delay.Yes, the company FINALLY completed their job, but at what price???
Disappointed  consumer,

Our technician [redacted] went out to the home and upon arriving check the homeowners unit and duct work. He found there was a tear and let the homeowner know that he wanted to verify with insurance company to make sure it was going to be covered. The homeowner signed invoice and gave check for service...

fee to technician. Homeowner became very upset when she realized that he was going to leave without repairing problem. Technician explained to her that he had to check with insurance. She demanded that he had to complete  work before leaving. Homeowner began to tell technician that he had no idea what he was talking about and couldn't understand him. She told tech that she couldn't believe that we had hired  a tech who couldn't speak the English language correctly. (Tech felt that was racist of her to say that to him) Homeowner then kicked tech out and told him she was going to contact police to let them know that he took her check. She ran after him and took pictures of his vehicle and license plate. At time of incident there was another person working  at homeowners house and they also left because of homeowners yells and how angry she was.
