Hello, customer showed up this past Friday wanting to buy a car, we are not sure what happened after he changed his mind and left without any explanations, we have never refused to give money back if the customer had stayed to complete transactionWe have messages we sent to customer advising ok to
give money backWe called customer several times today but his voicemail is not set up and we have refunded money to his account already but it might take up to days to show on his accountWe apologize for any inconvenience and we will be glad to help if he ever needs to purchase a carPlease let us know if you have any questions.Thank you

30-Day/1,000 miles policy, which serves as a COURTESY for our customers that find any MECHANICAL issues with their vehicles at the time of sale, or within the first 30 days of purchase or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. The problem with the Toyota Sequoia was resolved and customer was satisfied when he  picked up unit the past Saturday 10/17/2014. Quantum Auto Sales never got a call from customer to let us know that the problem continue. We have tried to reach customer several times leaving messages to set up an appointment and see if we can help to resolve any issues.

[redacted]Hi, first of all,in their first response they wanted me to get the parts myself. Second, I don't want their mechanics to work on my car anymore. I want them to buy the parts and and pey what ever they charge others to fix the same problem, because I would like to go to dealer and fix it. If the dealer charge me more I will pay the rest myself. I have many resons to not trust this company.Examples Before buying the car I found 3 problems and they promised to fix them. 1.Battry 2. Air conditioner 3. Shocks. I am not complaining about these,because I should have oppend my eyes sooner. Thank you

Quantum Auto Sales understands the disappointment you must have felt when you realized that 
the fuse box inside the trunk was burned. The dealership took full responsibility for the issues 
pertaining to...

Mr. [redacted] BMW and we were able to replace the fuse box and wiring. We also 
fixed the problem with the air conditioner. 
In regards to the [redacted] fees, the dealer reimbursed Mr. [redacted] $304 dollars for the overcharge. 
The [redacted] fees are estimated and all customers are reimbursed of any difference once their 
vehicle is registered. 
Although all of Mr. [redacted] concerns with the vehicle were taken care of, he was aggravated 
and used negative remarks and profanities against our Managers. Mr. [redacted] was also given a 
reimbursement check of $295 dollars for the towing of his vehicle, but after several attempts to 
come to terms with him, the check was voided. Mr. [redacted] was also offered to return the vehicle 
because he was displeased. Mr. [redacted] took the vehicle with him after all.
The next day, our business sent out a new check for $295 reimbursement for the towing fees and 
a letter of apology for the unfortunate dispute. Mr. [redacted] also received a follow up phone call 
from our [redacted] and he stated to be pleased with the final results to his issues.

Hi good afternoon [redacted] my name is [redacted] with Quantum Auto Sales And I'm responding to the complaint that was generated against our business ID number [redacted] originally at the time of sales all our customers are told that all cars are sold as is but as a courtesy we do give them 30 days or 1000...

miles to help them with any mechanical problems this customer has been back to our location several times for different matters which we attended every single one of them even though he had expired the thousand miles and the 30 days The last time when he came on 10-06-16 The request that he made was for us to fix the evaporation System which he requested at the time four months after The purchase of the vehicle so we fixed the vehicle at no cost then he came back again with the catalyst converter problem at that time the mechanic notice the mileage on the car the car was sold with 121,722 miles when he brought it in the last time the mileage was 137,817 when he was asked why the car had so much mileage customer said that he use the car as a commercial vehicle for [redacted]  at this point to extend our courtesy to our customer we will continue to assist him fixing his vehicle but he has to assume some responsibility we are willing to cover the labor and installation as long as he covers the parts and the vehicle will have to be fixed at our location if the customer agrees to this he could reach me directly at [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] or [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] thank you again [redacted]. [redacted] Quantum Auto Sales.

slider on her Jeep Liberty is considered “cosmetic”, per our policy. 
From the very first time Ms. [redacted] came in, she was informed that the sky slider was broken 
and that we were unable replace it. Ms. [redacted] was also informed that the only thing we could 
do for her at the moment was seal and secure the roof. We went ahead and secured the roof, per 
her agreement. We do not give estimates to customers for jobs that we do not perform at our 
shop; therefore the “estimate” or “charge” she is stating in her complaint is invalid. 
Ms. [redacted] was recently at our shop to get tires installed on her vehicle at no cost to her 
and she also recommended her friend J[redacted] this past September to purchase a 
vehicle from our dealership.

On 1/25/14 Quantum Auto sales sold [redacted] a 2008 Jeep Liberty VIN
[redacted] as is no warranty. Customer refused to purchase extended warranty and signed

understanding she was purchasing a used vehicle as is .. On 1/27/14 customer came to
dealer with concern of sliding roof not working properly. As a courtesy dealer inspected sliding roof and
advised customer sliding roof was not repairable and had no warranty. Advised customer dealer was
only able to close and secure roof. Customer also advised sliding roof would not be operable. , upon
customer approval roof was secured and closed. The dealer never gave an estimate of $3600 as we do
not do those types of repairs at our dealer.

Hi good morning once again my name is [redacted] and I'm responding to complain ID number [redacted] I understand the customer in regards to the times that he deal with some of the personnel at the dealer I apologize for any inconvenience but after that we have offered the customer to fix the car The only thing he would have to do is bring it to the dealer and allows us the time for us to work on it so we can make this right for him but continuously for the third time he has refused to work with us so at this point I don't know what else to do to try to work with the customer if he comes to the conclusion that he does want to take our help and wants to contact us he could do so at [redacted] or directly to my cell phone [redacted] and I'll be glad to sit down and Talk this over with him and reach an agreement that will satisfy both parties and bring this complaints to a conclusion. [As the dealership stated I did buy an used car as is but after buying the car it had a month warranty for the dealership to fix the problems I found with the vehicle or for me to exchange it for another of equal or lesser value. The dealership did not inform me that the roof was not fixable until I went for the last time after the manager told me to come once again after my roof was not fixed properly after the mechanic unsealed it since he closed and sealed my roof without my consent! I went back within the week to get it unsealed and still they did not inform me it was unfixable once I got it back it still lifted [redacted] the salesmen, and a few employees saw me there upset since it was not fixed right and Thomas the mechanic had left before I got there to inspec the car. [redacted] the manager had me come back once again and told me that he would get it fixed right and clean the mess that the mechanic did on my roof and seats (since they are beige and it had black stains, which he didnt!)  but when I came back days later he came and told me that it couldnt be fixed and that it would cost me $3600 for them too because it needed a new roof rail. The dealership sold me a car with a roof rail that was broken! They should not be allowed to sell or do business if they are selling cars that have broken pieces or arent fixed properly. since the first day I got it I was told by [redacted] that they will fix the roof since it was completely detached from the back and flapping. I did not notice until I was far from the dealer I called [redacted] and was told to come on that Monday that is negligence from the dealership that could of caused an accident.the car should of been inspected by the dealership and customers should be inform if anything is broken. I dont understand why the dealership is trying to make up a different version of the events and say they never told me an estimate or that I was only there once their employees saw me plenty of times they will come up to me and ask me why I was there again, [redacted] the receptionist knew why and how many times ive came, also 2 of their salesmen. the dealership had me waste my time throughout the whole month for five days going there. all the five times I went was to fix the roof and it also included an oil change and the last time new brakes since I complained. The salesman that sold me the car informed me that the five time I went and complained about the roof and other problems that the mechanic Thomas did not do anything whatsoever.  I would of not wasted my time and money to go there if I would of been informed two days after I purchased the car if that would had been the case I would of left the car there on the second day and left them keep my deposit, not made my first payment to the finance company, and bought insurance.]
