Good afternoon, We are very sorry to hear that Mr [redacted] is unhappyWe did silicone all of his sinks before leaving his residence and Mr [redacted] signed off on his customer checklistMr [redacted] did call and ask for us to return to silicone the sinks for him again and we were happy to reschedule himUnfortunately the day of 10/14/we had two of our crew member's involved in an accident the night before we tried to call Mr [redacted] we were unable to reach him Mr [redacted] called on Thursday 10/13/at 12:pm I asked to schedule him and he refused due to his work schedule I offered to have a crew member come on a Saturday or even a Sunday he simply refusedMr [redacted] wanted to speak with Management , our management did contact Mr [redacted] and offered to come out immediately Mr [redacted] refused, he claimed he had someone silicone his sinks for $We at Quarry Granite want our customers happy we were more then willing to fix the issue at hand Mr [redacted] refused for us to schedule him and add more silicone to his sinksWe did try to satisfy Mr [redacted] unfortunately we wasn't able to have the chance.Thank you, Quarry Granite

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me I acknowledge the business's resolution agreeing to the $discount; therefore, no further payments or installments will be paid to the business As a result of initiating the complaint, I did receive a phone call from the manager I will save the voicemail but am unsure at this time if I will return the call; I will need some time to think on my decision on that In reference to the business's response to my complaint and the voice mail from the manager, I appreciate the effort and intent to finish this out; however, due to two unsuccessful attempts by the business to find a company to repair the floors and no attempted communication whatsoever until today, I will work myself to find a company on my ownAs stated above, I accept the business's resolution and consider this resolved There is no need for me (the customer) or the business to waste any further time I wish the business the best from this point forward and hope this was taken as a learning experience and not entirely negatively Regards, [redacted]

This customer was scheduled for Friday July 3rd All issues were taken care of based on a comprehensive list the customer had supplied While employee vacations left us somewhat shorthanded it took us some extra time to resolve everything, but strive to make sure we have a happy customer in the end

Unfortunately on occasion we break a piece of graniteUnder those circumstances all we can do is correct itI think you'll find we corrected the granite issue in a timely mannerWhat makes this complicated is the damage to the floorWe are not flooring experts, as a result we have to ask a third
party company to assist us in the repairWe've made several attempts to use two different flooring companiesAfter our initial contact neither would respond to us again.Our communication with Mr*** has been terribleI plan on calling him directly after finishing this responseAlthough I cant correct what has happened up to now, I plan on using this situation as a learning experience and try to make sure our customers are communicated with better. Mr***'s request for a $discount seems reasonable under the circumstances

We have scheduled appointments twice with the customer to resolve these issues however they have cancelled both (June 25th and 26th). They are now scheduled for July 1st, but they advised that they weren't sure they could be available for that date and would let us know. Although the
customer showed up a day early for an appointment at our shop and I was not there, I had my remnant sales person there who was absolutely happy to show them the available remnant that they could choose from for their project

Good morning, We at Quarry Granite have been very apologetic to our Customer's the ***'s It has been years and no longer under warranty we are going to handle this at no additional cost to them because we want them happy. Unfortunately due to their distance we have to schedule
accordingly the day they were scheduled the install in their area was cancelled, and have been in constant contact with them to let them know we will be there to polish the piece they are unhappy withWe are working on getting them scheduled once we are in the area. Thank you, Quarry Granite

I am rejecting this response because: The installation of the sink was partially done because there are in correct butterfly cut on granite which makes it difficult for the installers to use the granite clips, l don't blame the installers because the problem was from the company's ware house where the granite was cut to begin withSink is being supported by 2/wood instead of the clips that needs to be useAs I explain to Kimberly this afternoon, there was no out faucets holes to place the faucets inApparently their template guy did not document that, which I don't see why it should be a fact to begin with if I had paid for an under mount sink installation.I have personally referred people to this company prior to this incident and I am very much dissatisfied with their current work ethicsThat's is an ongoing discussion Kim will be talking to Micheal Robert M*** aboutI either want my under mount credit back or I need them to fix the issue tomorrow
