The 2 year time frame has nothing to do with a warranty situation. (I checked my records & the granite is actually 1 1/2 yrs old-installed July 2014) The under qualified person they sent to my home caused the damage to my granite. The damage in question did not exist prior to May 29, 2015.I do not feel the business is trying to resolve the issue. They have never called me to keep me updated on the situation. My husband and I have always had to contact them. I have numerous dates and times over the last 8 mths that we have contacted either through email or phone calls in an attempt  to get this resolved. They sent someone to my home September 22, 2015. They too were not qualified to repair it. On that day, I texted photos to Tim (the person they sent to repair it) so that he could show his boss & have him get in contact with us. We have never received a call or follow up appointment. We have asked to speak to the owner, Mike on several occasions also. We have never received a call from him. I feel we have been more than patient on getting someone there to handle this matter. They have acknowledged that they have performed installs/templates in my area recently, but they have never set up a time or date to resolve my issue.  If the business is concerned about making their customers happy, I feel we have given them a long enough time to try and do so.

Company has agreed on a $300 credit back to my account and also have someone come out on 09/29th to fix the sink issues.

The customer has been taken care of and the issue resolved.  We strive to address issues in a timely fashion and in this case it took longer than anticipated.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.  I acknowledge the business's resolution agreeing to the $541 discount; therefore, no further payments or installments will be paid to the business.  As a result of initiating the complaint, I did receive a phone call from the manager.  I will save the voicemail but am unsure at this time if I will return the call; I will need some time to think on my decision on that.  In reference to the business's response to my complaint and the voice mail from the manager, I appreciate the effort and intent to finish this out; however, due to two unsuccessful attempts by the business to find a company to repair the floors and no attempted communication whatsoever until today, I will work myself to find a company on my own. As stated above, I accept the business's resolution and consider this resolved.  There is no need for me (the customer) or the business to waste any further time.  I wish the business the best from this point forward and hope this was taken as a learning experience and not entirely negatively.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. The manger , Michael will be arriving on Oct 26 to review and re measure the bath counter top. At which time I expect a re-cut of the exciting top. If re-cut is completed properly this business has done all that is asked of them and any complaint should be revised to reflect complete satisfaction with the workmanship of Quarry Granite.

Mr. [redacted] called on Thursday 10/13/15 at 12:04 pm I asked to schedule him and he refused due to his work schedule I offered to have a crew member come on a Saturday or even a Sunday he simply refused. Hi, I have sent a response and have not heard anything from the seller with regard to redoing the granite work they did not do well. This company uses delay tactics and is evident they do not intend to fix anything but delay until I go away. Please keep this as an unresolved complaint against them so other consumers can see for themselves the interaction occuring

The sink in this case was installed properly using industry standard procedure for such a large sink.  Pictures sent from the customer showed the sink installed, but we said we would send a crew to double check the installation.  Customer informed  us that his contractor advised the...

sink was installed incorrectly which was not the case.  Our crew was en route when the customer advised not to send them.  We are happy to make sure the sink is installed properly when we are in this area.  Had the crew that was en route been allowed to continue to the customers home the issue would have been solved.
