Good Morning, I have attempted to reach out to this Customer on different occasions. Once on Friday October 21st and twice on Monday October 24th. She has no VM set up and you are not able to leave a VoiceMail message for her. I sent her an email with settlement records on Friday
October 21st at 4:08pm EST. A refund was issued on October 9th for $169.52. If she is not seeing the refund she will need to file a dispute with her bank for not posting themI have attached the settlement records for review. Thank you!

Currently, orders are taking 7-business days to process, ship and deliver. This order certainly took a little longer then expected and we are sorry for the delay There is a lag and possibility that an item on the website is available, but truly out of stock. The website is
delayed in updating inventory levels as orders are continuously processing

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have called the Number on the Back of the card numerous amount of times and each time customer service has asked for all the information on the receipt of time of purchase and said they have no direct contact number to the gift card department everything is done via email I called on 2/19, 2/20, 2/22, 2/which on the 24th was given the corporate number which is *** *** *** and called that number for days straight which I did not even get the secretary to answerthis gift was for my yr old daughter which loves shopping in the local rue store and had to be embarrassed when she try to use the card in the store only thing I want is a replacement card so she can buy the things she wants.Regards,*** ***

Thank you for contacting rue21! Our sign state the entre store is UP TO a % off. which would indicate that the percentage received on an item would be 0-that % off. It may be in the form of BOGO 50% (combines the items would be 25% off each) to a straight up percentage off
or any other combination. We run sales like this several times a year in store and online. Thank you!

that not only does this company have poor customer service on a retail store

This package is shipped in UPS 2nd Day Air according to the tracking information on UPS. Our website states that we ship Monday thru Friday. The Customer placed his order on Sunday and the package shipped on Monday December 21st

Currently all orders are 7-business days for processing, shipping and delivery. It appears that the order was not eligible for the $off coupon, due to clearance items purchased. The agent was making an exception to honor the price difference. All appeasements must be
completed after the order ships. A cancellation notice is auto generated when items are cancelled, and is possible it is in the junk/spam folder or even the promotions tab. A refund for the missing items can be offered, we just need to know the skus to apply the correct refund. Once an orders is shipped we are unable to reship missing items off it

Regardless to what the shipping label says, it was not shipped 2nd day airThey only attach partial of the tracking label process, I don't understand why would you attach half of the tracking if you don't have anything to hide? I attach the whole tracking labels below because I have nothing to lie about
This UPS 2nd Day Air order was made on a Friday 18, 2015 after hours and didn't ship till Sunday after midnight *** https://*** just click on shipment progress and you can see the shipping routesThis second UPS 2nd Day Air, which I am disputing, was made on Sunday 20, 2015 *** https://***
Now here is a ground shipment I made Tuesday 08, 2015 *** https://*** and as you can see the order I made on Sunday 20,*** is taking the same route
The main concern is, don't charge me for a service and you do not provide it

I am not sure what is meant by change in delivery method. The customer selected to have the package delivered STD to what seems his home address. rueships all standard packages UPS SurePost. Our policy states we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once a delivery
confirmation is given. If a customer files a lost package claim the process is a business day investigation. If a refund is given it is a one time exception and no future refunds will be given. We suggest that the customer use a more secure delivery address for all future deliveries

Unfortunately, there is fraud in the retail world. If the customer could please call the number on the back of the Gift Card and representative would be more then happy to take the necessary information so a replacement can be issued. Please note, we have began requiring a PIN for all
online orders to help prevent this. It was not a requirement prior due to having a large number of cards with balances that had no PIN from before we became an online retailer. Prior to online, we didn't require PIN in store because the card had to be present and there was minimal fraud

The customer paid $for bottles and $for the 4th bottle. The $coupon he is referring to was spread across all items he purchased not just the fragrances. the Customer paid $for bottles and $for the coat equaling his final total of $64.16. It appears
that is refund is off just $0.25. If the customer would like to come back to the store for the quarter adjustmentI will notify the store. I need to know the date the Customer will be returning. Order confirmation is attached to show pricing the customer actually paid with discounts applied
