resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I received a shipment from Rue21 on 12/20/16 fro the partial amount of the order for  $105.85.  I am okay with the said order as long as no other duplicate orders are being processed on the same ticket.  The last time I talked with an supervisor Mattie L. I received an screen shot of what order you had for me which was one now and that my other items will be shipped once available in the amount of $32.02.

I can certainly issue a refund, once I have the new order number.  The order number provided is from the 1st order where the boots were cancelled.

According to the tracking information on the right hand side we selected 2day UPS air for delivery.

financial institutions discretion.  It appears that the customer had filed chargebacks against rue21, as a result of the chargebacks the customer can not place online order with rue21.

The last conversation that I had with Katie was on 9/28/15 and she stated that the check was being processed and should be mailed that week, that was 15 days ago. I will agree to the gift card for $40 when they inform me when the refund check was sent.

I received one phone call on a number that I did not leave as a contact number, I received two emails from Katie, I did not respond to the first email I called. As for the second email I did respond within hours and asked for a response and I then received none. It has been almost 2 months since this company has taken my money and I as of today 10/1/15 still do not have my refund. They took the money out of my account in less then 24 hours and now I have to wait 2 months to get my money back and compensation for my time spent dealing with this.

The Customer called our Call Center and the information was sent to our District Manager. The District Manager made several attempts to reach the Customer at the number she provided via email (###-###-####) with no returned phone calls from the customer.

If you could please fill out a contact up page email with the order number and skus missing we would gladly apply the adjustment. The 3rd order [redacted] for $171.78 via PayPal shipped [redacted]

A full refund was issued on Feb 16th.  If you are not seeing the refund you will need to file a dispute with the bank or card financial institution.
