I received a msg on my computer saying it was Microsoft & told me to call the number providedI was connected to someone in India saying I had a Koobface virusThey could fix it for me for $499.99.They asked for my checking acct number, routing number & my next check numberThey took control of my computer to "fix" the virus but I noticed part of the screen did not seem like it was actually doing anything it was in a "loop"When I questioned this that part of the screen quickly disappearedThey asked me to try & log into my bank accountI did not, they got nastyOn Monday to call the bank & but the $had electronically been withdrawn but not with the check numberNow they had a blank check of minePayment was stopped & the account closedThe bank is going to see if they can recover the money for me Three things had been added to my computer with that same date (3/13/26) & have been removedIt is definitely a SCAM

I was called about a hacker problem on my computer I was told I was called by Pyramid IT It turns up that it was Premium PC Solutionswith a number of XXX-XXX-XXXX I called a PC technician and asked about this call He indicated it was a Hacker I tried calling the phone number with no answer I was going to ask that they do not make a charge to my checking account No answer from my call I no not want any contact from Pyramid IT, or from Premium PC Solution I do not want any charges made from either company C

I am trying to be as clear as I can be we are not the installer we are not hired as the installer that relationship is establish directly with the customer and the installer we are the material only whatever negotiations payments decisions that are done between the customer and the installer are directly between the two parties of which we have nothing to do with if you would like your cabinets delivered now in the next couple of days will be happy to do that you need to discuss directly with *** for your expectations of completion of the floor we graciously gave you square feet to help you replace the flooring that was not done to your satisfaction buy a previous installer we have never received any monetary value purchased for any installation whatsoever from you to our company you solely bought materials please advise when you would like your cabinets to be delivered and we believe that it's in everyone's best interest if you choose an installer not from any of our list so that you can understand that we are not responsible for installations we do not do installations here we are here we are here to help you however we do not have installation department at kitchen and bath if its product that you need help with we are more than willing to assist you in every way shape and form

The employee that was responsible for mr hays contract was terminated today and mr hays cabinet is being white glove service delivered immediately as we speak We at kitchen and bath were not aware of the magnitude that Mr hays was impacted my this over siteWe apologize profusely and

How does a elite company such as ours respond to such an ill verbal attack, we believe that we went above and beyond to fulfill her needsWe would be happy to submit a copy of Mrs*** contract to prove the fact that she did not purchase backsplash labor with usHowever we have found that Mrs*** is insatiableWe appreciate the effort of the Revdex.com has exerted in this situation but we at Kitchen & Bath Décor have no other resolve except to close this chapter, we wish Mrs*** the best and hopes she finds happiness in life

They delivered some pieces and two cabinets boxed and not built as I originally paid forI am tired of wasting time with Kitchen and Bath Décor and will put the pieces together myselfI lost money and time dealing with these guys and will never do business with them again

They actually solved my pc problem, somebody hacked my computer, and premium pc solutions charged me $which was very pricy but I dont seem to have any issues with it anymore

I read the message received from the storeYes, they all are welcome to see the floors in the house, including a rep from the Revdex.com if it is necessaryI asked for this visit after the first laminate was placed in AugustNobody showed up until early inOctoberAs of yesterday afternoon, I went to the house and saw that two rooms in the upstairs are completely empty, and learned that leveling of the floors was starting todayI am not at the house, but the peope of Kitchen and Cabinets need to talk to *** and ask him if they can go see the work done at the houseI am not negotiating anything with anybodyI was offered by the store that their contractor would replace the floors and put the kitchen cabinets upThe contractor is working at his pace and I am still at a hotelit is very depressing to go to my house and see everything stripped and having to continue waitingSince July I have been asking when will delivery take place, since August I asked the people at the store to come and see the work their contractor didThey are paid in full, I have been waiting for them to deliverThey need to talk to their contractor *** and ask him about the time he will take to finish the floors and place the kitchen cabinetsI am not an expert in cosntruction, I do not know the handling of cabinets and counter topsI trusted the judgment of the CSR and the owners of the storePlease contact the contractor, go visit the house and let me know if any of you can live in a house in the conditions it isI do not have to be in the house for you to visit it

After I submitted complaint #10872257 against Kitchen and Bath Decor, but before the company formally received the complaint from the Revdex.com, Kitchen and Bath began working to resolve my complaint. The following steps have been taken: 
 
1) Celeste apologized for my treatment and worked with me to find a solution.
 
2) The installers returned to my home and widened the hole for the dishwasher so that a new one could fit without being broken. They also touched up the damage to the cabinets so it would not be as noticeable.
 
I have ordered and installed a new dishwasher. On Saturday, November 7th, I will pick up a check for $702.62 from Kitchen and Bath to reimburse me for this purchase. On that same day, Kitchen and Bath will send someone out to remove the old, broken dishwasher still in my possession. Upon the completion of these two activities, I will consider my complaint resolved.

The work that was contracted was completed on January 26th over 3 months after it was contracted out. The indicated time table was suppose to be one month.

To whom it may concern we sold solely material to this customer the installer was hired separately and paid separately outside of our company as a third-party installer as a courtesy we have referred a nother installer to the homeowner of which they chose to remove there subfloor on the second floor...

and have that installer replace it at their expense directly with a third-party installer that is not employed by our company there timelines in there dates are strictly between the two parties and have nothing to do with kitchen and bath decor and more we are as a courtesy giving them an additional 600 square feet at no cost to the customer to help them out in this situation but as I will remind you once again the customer solely bought material no installation on the entire job all materials for their job is in our warehouse waiting for their instruction to deliver to their home the floor must be remedied before the cabinets or the counter tops can be installed they are also hiring a third-party installer to install the cabinets as well the only installation that we are personally doing as kitchen and bath to court and more is the countertop installation we feel that buying 600 square feet of material to help this customer with their installation is our attempt to go above and beyond to help our customer remedy their situation we stand by ready willing and able to assist and care for a customer in any way shape or form humanly possible however when it comes to the installation we are a wholesaler of materials only thank you so much

Mrs.[redacted] purchased Park Gate Cambria countertops, She was installed 30 days after her purchase date due to product availability and install availability. Our staff were in constant contact with Mrs. [redacted]. There was a discrepancy because neither Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] disclosed the extra square...

footage that they had in the existing kitchen at their property. Our Fabrication manager contacted Mrs. [redacted] to notify her of the extra square footage that her current kitchen had despite have the measurements that they brought into our showroom. Due to the extra square footage she would need to purchase an extra slab to cover the depth of her peninsula and the existing counter depth. A standard slab is 55" wide subtract the depth of the a standard countertop 26' you wouldn't be able to fabricate a wide countertop. The countertops were installed over two months ago to date and from our understanding until this complaint was received it was to Mrs. [redacted] satisfactory.  As far as the product being "messy" Mrs. [redacted] may be referring to her backsplash install which was not contracted with our company directly she contracted with an installer directly on her installation. She should contact her installer directly with her concerns since the install was not done by our company. As always we are ready, willing, and able to exceed our clients expectations and in fact we did that in Mrs. [redacted] case. We have contacted the installer that installed her backsplash and referenced Mrs. [redacted] concerns and he was told to contact her. Please feel free to contact us directly at (832)-620-1700.

Tried on log into a webpage. All of a sudden I got this message on my computer that a virus or serious situation appeared. Asked me to call a Microsoft Tech at this phone number and I could get this situation fixed. got foreign speaking people, who said they were in Las Vegas. Phone kept breaking up, finally got someone I could understand. Ran scans and other stuff on my computer. Asked that I had to pay by electronic check (not credit card). And of course, like a nut, I gave them my routing number and checking account number for $299.99 for 12 months of service. Low and behold the next day, I found out it was probably a scam. I stopped payment on the check. Bad thing is they have my account number. I would not recommend this company to anyone after finding out what I did. I am going to call their phone number and see if I get a response. Supposedly they should answer between 10 am and 10 pm.
