Premium PC solution - Andhra Pradesh, India, Computer based company has debited my bank account twice for the same amount on Oct. 26th.
Now this no. X-XXX-XXX-XXXX do not exist. Nor is there any company site, for loging a complaint.
I want my full refund of $400

CONS: I too feel that I was taken advantage of based on my own lack of knowledge about hacking. If Microsoft does not work with this company, then yes I was baited and scammed out of $449.99. Of course, I was suspicious; I only went with this company because of the recommendation made by "Microsoft." I was told by "Microsoft" that my IP address had been hacked and all of my devices at home were vulnerable. They "looked up" the information to Premium Solutions and patched me through on a secure line. I was pressured to give my bank account information, but did not. I was also told that I would have 6 months of tech support; that changed to 3 months when talking to a manager.

PROS: It seems that the problem was fixed. It appeared that spyware, etc were detected and removed. They called me several times during the 2-hour process to inform me of the progress. I would be happy to add additional positive comments should the opportunity present itself.

I was called about a hacker problem on my computer. I was told I was called by Pyramid IT.
It turns up that it was Premium PC Solutions. with a number of XXX-XXX-XXXX.
I called a PC technician and asked about this call. He indicated it was a Hacker.
I tried calling the phone number with no answer.
I was going to ask that they do not make a charge to my checking account.
No answer from my call.
I no not want any contact from Pyramid IT, or from Premium PC Solution.
I do not want any charges made from either company.
