I order a handfull of DVD''s in which said they would be shipped and delivered in 3-5 business days. I only ordered a few because we've my wife and I have been ripped off before by other sites/company's. We have an extensive collection of adult movies around 2000 hours give or take but our goal is to build a massive collection it has now been 11 business day scents I placed the order and still no delivery. My wifes outlook on this situation is if I'm not going to receive the DVDs at least return my funds! Actually my opinion is please sent my order ASAP because I've already created a list of future orders I estimate around 30 DVDs in all so send my order if u want more cash just saying thank you

quickdvddelivery on September 15, 2015.  My complaint number was [redacted].  I was complaining it had been 9 days and the company had not delivered the dvds that I ordered and I was worried that they were going to not send the 13 dvds that I purchased from them for $20.53 but they were going to keep the $20.53 that I paid them but never deliver the dvds.  Im writing you to let you know the matter has been resolved.  I received the 13 dvds today Friday September 18, 2015.  After you sent my complaint to the quickdvddelivery company, their owner sent me an email on Wednesday September 16, 2015 stating that he had just shipped the dvds on Wednesday September 16, 2015; and again I did receive all 13 dvds today Friday September 18 but I want to express to the Revdex.com that I feel that had I not made a complaint to you in a timely manner that this business owner would have just tried to keep the $20.53 that I paid the quickdvddelivery company without ever sending the dvds.  I have had problems with this owner taking more than 9 days in the past to deliver the dvds and on one occasion it took this person nearly 25 days or more to finally send the dvds.  I want to make quite clear that even though this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction I feel that the owner of quickdvddelivery is a dishonest and shady business person and only sending the items just because he knows he has been complained about to the Revdex.com is just unacceptable.  And again I feel highly strongly that had I not made a complaint to the Revdex.com this man would have just tried to keep the $20.53 I paid the company but then never deliver the 13 dvds.  I feel this way because as you can see it was more than 9 days without receiving the dvds but as soon as he saw my copy of the complaint to the Revdex.com he had the dvds their in 2 days.  Again I feel this owner is a dishonest and shady business person and I have every reason to be concerned when he acts the way he does because he already has numerous complaints from other customers that they paid for dvds and the dvds were never delivered.  So this man has quite an extensive history of dishonesty with customers and like I said in one case it took him 25 days or more to deliver my dvds.  So I have every right to make a complaint and even though the 13 dvds have arrived I will be checking on them to make absolutely certain the dvds are not defective or damaged in any way or manner.  Also again, despite this man resolving the issue to my satisfaction I want to let the Revdex.com know that because of this business owners dishonest ways he will not keep me as a returning customer.  He will lose me as a customer and I will never make any purchases from his company ever again.  Well I was just writing the Revdex.com to let you know that after 12 or 13 days this business owner has finally resolved the issue and delivered the 13 dvds on Friday September 18, 2015.  I have to go.  See you later.  Have a great and wonderful day.  Bye.

We buy from these guys all the time. They might have had a customer service issue in the past, but not in the last 3 years. We have placed about 20 orders and never had an issue. If you email them they get back to you in less than an hour. Do not hesitate to use these guys.

Review: I ordered Several DVD's from The business who stated delivery would be 5-7 days or less. 8 days after I paid, I received an auto email stating I would have my dvd's in 2-3 business days. Another week has passed have sent them 6 e-mails and called to no avail. I noticed this seems to be a habit according to the Revdex.com site. They charged me to insure package and I am pretty sure I got ripped off and I expect you will get no response but, I figured I would try. Review: I placed the original order on January 16th 2013. I received partial order on Saturday, January 26th and two out of the three that was received are bad. I very disappointed with your company, so how do we go about getting these exchanged or money back? I am also waiting on 3 movies that still have not been delivered. If you bought a terrible book from [redacted] it's not really a reflection of [redacted] as a company. We sell about 12,000 different DVDs. We have about 700 that are 2.50 are less and the quality is not good but u get what u pay for. The other 11,000 titles are about 5 and up and are all very good quality. Adult DVDs are not like Hollywood DVDs. The picture quality is not all the same. The more hours on a DVD the poorer the quality.

So please describe exactly what the problem is and what the titles are and I'll be glad to help you.

I sent four more emails and one text message with no more response from this company. And still waiting on a refund or to receive the entire order I have paid for.Desired Settlement: At this time I would like a full credit for the entire order. I ordered a total of 6 movies only received 3 but out of the 3 I did get only one of the movies played correctly. And the lack of customer service with this company I'd rather not even deal with this company ever again. So please just have not credit card refund the entire amount of order $42.52. Thanks for any help in this matter.

In the air are 50 Different 4 Hour Asian DVDs New in Cases, a $99.99 value. If Quick Dvd Delivery can come up with 200 hours of Asian content (all unique dvds, no gay, no she males, no censored, no more than 20 hours of lesbian or oral) then I would accept that. I would also accept dvds in sleeves at 1/2 value in length, example being 4 hours would equal 2. As a last resort I would accept 400 hrs of non asian content as outlined above.
