Review: not received advertised product, I was charge and never received productDesired Settlement: they responsible for delivery the product they charge for it.

Review: Ordered 49 videos valued at 150.00 + on Friday November 7th. I receive an email showing my ordered dvds and total amount which also showed my credit card paying for order. I sent email tues the 18th requesting delivery info and got no response. After reading more than several reviews about this company's practice of basically ignoring customers questions and complaints and never shipping orders at all, I'm informing Revdex.com and will be in contact with [redacted] about a fraudulent charge to my credit card. It's been 13 days without hearing from this company about my delivery or receiving it. I live 2 hrs away topsDesired Settlement: I'd like to cancel this order but I'm pretty sure that's not gonna happen on this company's end, so I'm leaving it up to credit card company to refund my money

Review: As I mentioned, I ordered DVD's from Adult DVD(Quick DVD Delivery) about 2 weeks ago. They received the money for the DVD's, but yet never sent them to me. When I try to call the number of the business on my bank statement, it is disconnected. They keep sending me emails saying when my order ships, I will be notified. I sent an email to them asking where my order is, but only received an automated response saying a real person will contact me in 48 hours which I've yet to be contacted. I would either like to receive the products I ordered, or I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would either like to receive the products I ordered, or I would like a full refund.

Review: I made an order of 10 adult dvds from quickdvddelivery.com on Thursday 5/22/2014 for a total of $20.48. I made an order of 4 dvds on 5/23/2014 from quickdvddelivery.com for a total of $9.54. I received the 4 dvds that I ordered on 5/23/2014. The 10 dvds that I ordered on 5/22/2014 were never delivered, however, the quickdvddelivery company still charged my debit card $20.48. This is like some form of stealing or theft by deception. This is horrible and despicable.Desired Settlement: I either want the 10 dvds that I ordered or if the company does not want to send the dvds, then I want a refund of $20.48 back to my debit card.

The matter has been resolved. The quickdvddelivery company did deliver the 10 dvds. They were just a little bit later than usual about delivering them. But I did receive the 10 dvds. Thankyou. Bye.

Review: This company has charged my bank acct $25.00 and I have incurred a $35.00 overdraft fee. The company did not delivery the three dvd" s I have ordered. After waitin one month I decided to look them up and to no surprise I am not the on,y Son one complaining about this bogus company. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED! THEY ARE ROBBING CONSUMERSDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THIS COMPANY TO BE investigated. This has been goin on since 2010. These companies need to be held accountable for taking peoples money and not delivering the products.

Review: Ordered merchandise on 11-01-2013. Credit card paid on 11-02-2013. Received e-mail from Quick DVD Delivery that order was sent to shipping. Nothing since. No response to my previous 3 e-mails to send my paid for merchandise.Desired Settlement: Deliver merchandise or refund my credit card.

Review: I placed and order with this company almost a month ago ..I got some of my order what I did get 2 of the dvds were damaged and dont play and the other part of my order still has not came... thier site states all email will be returned in 1-48hrs ..I have sent several emails ..I have called no response it actually tells me to text so I have no response..my order is completly paid for and they took the money but will not return any emails or texts and the other number when u call says its an invalid mailbox and I still have not been in contact with them... I have saved all my emails and all my texts .. no response to anything... I dont feel it is fair they have been paid why are they not responding to anything about missing poducts and damaged productsDesired Settlement: if the are not going to respond and fix the issue in the timely manner as the website says then I feel I should recieve a refund with all the hassle I will just take my buisness elsewhere in the future

Review: I ordered $44 in dvds and adult toys I only received 5 of the 7 dvds I ordered and none of the adult toys. They were supposed to be delivered 4 days after my order was placed. When the partial order arrived there was a note attached to the dvds indicating this was a partial order and the rest of my order was coming soon at that point I really had no worries. I attempted to contact this company for the first time maybe on week after my order was placed by phone. At this point I found at the both numbers that were given had been disconnected. I started to doubt I would receive the rest of my order. I had sent several messages via email requesting to speak with a representative. They would always send an auto response indicating a real person would respond to me within 48 hours. After about sending 10 messages I began to realize this was not true. Ultimately they charged my credit card and did not deliver my products.Desired Settlement: I would really like the products I ordered. However if this is not possible I would appreciate the funds they charged to my account refunded and applied to my card

Review: Well we ordered some movies from this co and they stated that we would get movies with in three to seven days it'd been almost a month and we only got one movie after charging our card 30.00 our order # is [redacted] after many attempts to resolve this matter I can never talk to some one live uDesired Settlement: To get what I ordered plus a few free movies
