My boyfriend and me rent an apartment from Holton WiseIt's pretty nice and the people at the office helped us out when our hot water went out once earlier this yearThey are pretty decent landlords

This company might be effective from the perspective of an investor, but to be a tenant one should expect inaccessible or absentee customer serviceThere is no accountability or mediation provided in a multi-family unit, so expect losses in the form of theft, vandalism, and pest elimination as Holton-Wise rents to and retains co-tenants who exhibit criminal and unhygienic behaviors

My furnace started blowing cold air days ago due to a thermocouple I requested to be replaced May of last year and by it going into the summer I totally forgot about it until days ago when it officially failed on meI called them the same night and never got a response from emergency maintenanceI have children under in my home and one of them have asthmaI got a call back around noon the next day and was told someone would be out later that day and they would callThey never calledI had to call my own personal HVAC person to make the repairThey called me back the next day around to tell me that someone would be out around 4pm at this point it's been almost hours since I have had no heat and the average temps have been in the twentiesNot only that they have shown minimal concern or communicationI am kinda pissed because I pay too much money for this type of serviceOverall I have no issues with them but this was an emergency situation considering the weather

They sold my houseI was pretty happy with them my agent knew what he was doing and always answered my calls even at nightIf recommend them to my friends

I am rejecting this response because: Quick Stop Motors never told me that my deposit was not refundable. It was based on me getting a loan from the bank which was rejected. they had me sign different forms that wasn't explained to me since my English isn't very good. I would not give them money for nothing in returnAs of now, I can't pay all my bills because a $is a lot of money that I no longer have and that I really needyou can call me at ###-###-#### PLEASE!

this is the response from quick stop motors about *** ***Mr*** came to our business with his wife and friend he checks a car it was Honda civic he asks to hold the car for him before that he putted a deposit before he go to bring the rest of the money from the bank so he is the
one who asks as to keep and putted deposit on the for the carthe deposit is not refundable

I sold my house with them and it was fast and easyMy agent was open and honest with me and I loved their service

My boyfriend and me rent an apartment from Holton Wise. It's pretty nice and the people at the office helped us out when our hot water went out once earlier this year. They are pretty decent landlords.

I worked with one of Holton-Wise's agents (Federico) to sell my house in Lakewood. He always answered my calls and emails in a timely manor. He knows Lakewood really well as he lives there himself.

I called them the same night and never got a response from emergency maintenance. I have 5 children under 10 in my home and one of them have asthma. I got a call back around noon the next day and was told someone would be out later that day and they would call. They never called. I had to call my own personal HVAC person to make the repair. They called me back the next day around 11 to tell me that someone would be out around 4pm at this point it's been almost 48 hours since I have had no heat and the average temps have been in the twenties. Not only that they have shown minimal concern or communication. I am kinda pissed because I pay too much money for this type of service. Overall I have no issues with them but this was an emergency situation considering the weather.
