Theft!
I tried the product, but it has non-methylated B vitamins so I can't take it. I have tried 6 times to cancel subscription by emailing customer service. The reply state "Thank you for renewing."!, and they keep sending moreand billing me. They do not answer the phone DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. This is violation of interstate commerce, I am calling FBI if this doesn't result in resolution.

Horrible experience
Bilked out of $400 for useless gummy bears. I tried calling to cancel and phone number 844 872 9827 says sorry call can not be completed. Mailbox is full and can’t leave message. I had to close my bank account to avoid further charges! I want to return product but packing slip does not have return address. How can I return and get refund. I will refuse any future shipments. Last order number was 23171977

Horrible, horrible company
Somehow you get put on a subscription plan even though you don't consent to it. I've got a bunch of useless gummy supplements. I ordered through a keto gummy site not realizing it is actually QuickTrim. There is no way to cancel. The so called "customer service" line is only a "offer" phone where you supposedly can receive some $100 rebate thing. I finally tracked down a customer service number and now have been on hold for 45 mins. All I want to do is cancel this stupid subscription. I'd really like my $119 back but I don't see that happening anytime since I can't get a hold of a live person. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could rate this business 0 stars, I would! Very deceptive advertising. Nowhere did I agree to a subscription to the products, just a trial. I emailed 3 times and got no response. Then called the number on the packing slip and was told I could only get half of my money back and would have to return products sealed & unused. Customer Service was courteous, but the QuickTrim Diet Labs, Widderketo, Widderdetox, and whatever other names they go by are a fraud!

We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our products free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel within trial, upon expiration you are billed the retail price of the products as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days. The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products.

I have been overcharged by this company and I am filing this complaint to get my full refund.
I ordered a product from this company in the beginning in January and I was charged January 02 for the amount of $6.91 and another $6.89 and that is fine since there I have not purchased more products at all. But I just checked my bank account and realized I have been overcharged from your company on Jan 23 for &44.87 and on Jan 28 for $22.42, on Feb 24 for 44.87, on Feb 28 for $22.42 . I never signed for automatic payment. I did not buy more of your products after January 2nd . I ordered this product for what I thought was a free 30 day supply on 9/4/2019. I attempted to decline the detox, but there was no way to do so. My bank alerted me to potential fraud when a company attempted to withdraw 89.74 and 89.76 on 9/21 at which time a asked them not to process the transaction. When I called on 9/23, they told me one transaction went through as it was the second which alerted the potently fraud. I pulled the information from my bank statement for the company who withdrew the money and was not able to find the company on google. Knowing I had not made any purchases from this company, my bank credited my account. I also filed a dispute with my bank. Here we are almost a month 1/2 later and I'm surprised the bank The bank debited the same amount as this company had provided documentation that I purchased products from them. I received a number from the bank, contacted "customer support" at which time I still had no clue as to who had taken money from me. I explained to the customer support person this "trial" was not something I was aware. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she told me 3 times it doesn't matter what I say, they still won't give me a refund. I spoke with 3 account managers at this call center who all stated their was no person who this case could be escalated higher. One person promised to transfer me to a supervisor and never did, another person kept putting me on hold/mute while I was talking to her and then hung up on me because I was being "uncooperative". This person asked for my number which I provided after she also said she would transfer me to a supervisor.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of the amount of 89.74. I would also like to see this company brought up on a class action lawsuit for false advertisement and unfair business practices.

The company copied and pasted their previous response. They did not acknowledge my previous message. I've attached the message from the company stating I cancelled within the trial period. I did not receive a partial refund on 08/08/2019. I require a full refund of $89.74. Please see attached.

This company didn't cancel my account when told to do so in June,09.2019 and they still my account at the end of June and in July.
This company was told to cancel my account in June and I thought they had but at the end of June and now at the end of this month,July,they charged my account again for $89.74. This company gave my information and account number to others without my knowledge or permission. A class action lawsuits needs to be brought up on this company for violation of privacy act because I feel violated. I got to go and change everything at my bank because of this?

The email response is false. I am sending email related and the postal receipt to show when I cancelled order and sent the product back. I paid for this products return. The response goes to show this company or it's workers aren't honest. I want to take action because my info and privacy has been violated. No one be able to sent your information to others without permission.They didn't say that on the order of site that they are a third party company or people. The reason I want action against this company is because they sent my credit card and information around to others without my permission. They openly said they sent it the companies and my card was charged by different companies not just this company.I gave the FTC the different numbers of the ones who had my information and card numbers. This is wrong and I believe I am not the only one who has been a victim. Please help us stop companies like this one from operating and selling customers information. Getting my money back isn't the real issue,the consumer fraud, privacy act violation,and sending a person's information for monetary gain and then lie about it is wrong. All companies like this needs to be held accountable for their actions to us consumers and not be allowed to cover up and keep continuously defrauding us. Getting my money back was supposed to be a way of quieting this problem down and bury the issue but this needs to expose for what they have done and are doing. Please get the word out about this company. I had to go to my bank and change my account and information to protect my money because I can't trust that information isn't going around. I payed for shipping only, for what was suppose to be a free trail of the products RawliteGARCINA and RawliteDETOX.Got charged $89.67 and $89.74.
On July 3, 2019 I got charged for amounts $6.89 and $6.91 for products RAWLITE DETOX and RAWLITE GARCIN, which was suppose to be a free trial , and only paying shipping. I then received two charges to my Amazon Prime Visa card on July 20, 2019 for amounts $89.67 and $89.74. That same day, I received an email from Chase asking if I recognized the transaction, which I did not. I contacted my bank, and they paused my card until we can find out what is going on. They ruled out fraud, since it was a product that I had paid shipping for, but did say we should dispute the transactions. I called the company to complaint, all the sales rep. whom was a woman who had broken English said they handle several products and asked for specific information, told me that she can only offer me half of the refund since I had already received the trial. I told her I can return it, and she said no. That she will cancel my monthly subscription and give me HALF the refund. She said that in the terms in conditions is explicitly says that you have 14 days to cancel, if not they will charge you full amount for the products, ans charge you a monthly subscription. Not only is it false advertisement, it does not say beside the small fine print that you are indeed paying for the product at a later date if you do not cancel. However, the website is hard to locate, and the numbers they provide are multiple from several different products that in reality do not work as advertised as well. I strongly believe they are placebos, and they are just ripping people off.

I was billed for 190 dollars of product without my authorization. I called and cancelled within the 14 day period requested but they deny me a refund

I spoke to "Grey" at 888-326-1728 TX. He refused to supply a mailing address other than saying the company was located in Tampa, Florida. They are a fraud using the name of RAWLITE also, beware they will rob you.

I ordered a trial of this product but after that I was sent more of the product that I didn't order and was charged $89.74 and $89.67 plus $8.97 for postage.I sent the first package back and wrote on it, not ordered and cancel. But didn't get my money back and I just got another package I didn't order or want.And charged $89.74. Before fully making your purchase you were asked if you agreed to the terms and conditions. Everything is stated on the terms and conditions. Your trial started on 06/18/18 in which you received a 30-day supply of the products, the trial ended on 07/11/18 without any cancellation hence the regular charges. You were officially enrolled to the recurring shipping on 07/11/18 and you were billed for a new shipment every month until 10/10/18.

I bought this product online for the free trial and was just charged shipping, since then I have been charged multiple times unwillingly.
I purchased both the Quick Trim Garcinia #XXXXXX and Quick Trim Detox #XXXXXX on August 14th, 2018. I received both quickly, and started to use them and saw some potential results. I then thought that I might be pregnant and stopped taking them. The side effects were substantial. I was super depressed, moody and practically suicidal. I since then have not taken anymore of the product. It was advertised that I would received a month's trial, and since each bottle contained 60 pills, I believed I had received that. I had no intentions of receiving more or being charged for a product I wasn't using.
I received multiple charges after purchase of this product. Initially it was around $40 and I didn't have a problem with it, but then the charges have become higher and more frequent. I was initially charged: $6.91 from PROVITAMINSGARCINIA XX1728 TX and $6.89 from RAWLITEDETOXX5317 GA on August 14th with regards to my purchase. Both of these charges are correct. Since then I have been charged: on September 4th for $89.74 from PROVITAMINSGARCINIA XX1728 TX (I was upset about this charge but didn't do anything if it was needed to get my account current or to settle my account, since I hadn't actually cancelled. However, I never received any more product.), September 10th for $38.56 from RAWLITEDETOXX5317 GA (If my account was settled in above, there is absolutely no reason to charge me for this.), and today on October 7th, 2018 for three transactions: $39.49 from PROVITAMINS-GARCIN, $8.97 from GILMARK(which apparently is their fitness website that you receive a free trial to when you sign up. I have not even logged onto the website until today.), and $38.56 from RAWLITE*.
Like I stated before, if the first extra charge in the amount of $89.74 was needed because I didn't cancel my account I understand. However, I did not receive any more pills, and have not used the product myself for a month and a half. I did not authorize these companies to continually charge me, and I would not have signed up if I knew that they would continually charge me when it said to just pay for shipping. I realize that I probably should have paid more attention to the fine print, but after the $89.74 on September 4th, I thought my account was paid in full and would not receive any additional charges.
Everything in the process I feel was misleading. If they were going to continue to charge me, it should be in bigger print or made more clearer to the consumer, or at the very least be sent an email before the charges happen. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

I would like a full refund from all dates following 9/4, the 10th: $38.56, and from today Oct. 7th: $39.49, $8.97, $38.56, ($12558).and a partial refund from the $89.74 from September 4th if possible.

I ordered a trial offer from this company which said I only had to pay the shipping cost of $6.59 I think it was. and it also stated in the ad that if I didn't cancel my trial membership before 14 days I would be charged $89.and some cents which is the regular price and it would be an automatic refill unless I canceled within the time frame. I did cancel and was told, that I had to return the unused capsules. There was nothing mentioned before or in the ad that this was required and I told the person I talked to when I canceled that that was not in the ad and that I was NOT going to return the rest because I was going to continue taking the capsules to see if they helped me lose weight. Of course, you can't possibly tell if something is going to work if you only take a few days worth of the capsules. I told them that what they were doing was like a " bait and switch tactic" and that it isn't legal to require something to be returned when nothing was said about that previously in their ad. So I'm asking 1st if I have to return these capsules of which there won't be any anyhow because I'm going to finish them and 2. is this legal?

No further contact by the busi I just want to find out if I have to return the capsules and if there are any legal ramifications to this. In other words, can they come after me for not returning the capsules since there was no mention of that taking place if I canceled my "subscription"? thanks for any help or information you can give me.

I accept their willingness to close the case and I will NOT have to return the unused product. Thank You for your help in getting action and a resolve to my problem.

False advertising. Prices and terms not disclosed up front. Order product as a trial and company then debited my account w/o my authorization.
I saw the product advertised on line stating several celebrities use the product. I ordered the Quick Trim on a 14 day trial basis for about $6.00. Company also sent a bottle of Quick Detox. I received the products on September 8, 2018. To my surprise when I reviewed my bank account, there were two debits of $89.74 and $89.67 posted on 9/20/18. I immediately contacted Customer Service at 1-844-872-9827. I requested a credit to my account and rude lady said no. I then asked for a Supervisor. She put me on hold for a couple of minutes only to tell me that "Supervisor was not available." I then demanded full credit to my account. Rude lady said she could only refund $100.00 since bottles had been opened. However, since these are trial and you are supposed to send them back in 14 days, bottles will have to be opened to try the product and company is supposed to receive open bottles. Not sure what is the difference here. I told rude lady I would contact my bank. Rude lady then said that she would not refund the $!00.00 since I was contacting my bank. Fear of not getting any refund at all, I finally accepted to the $100.00 refund which was credited to my account on 9/21/18 (two credits of $50.00 each). This company is a total rip off. Who in the world is going to pay $90 when you can get it for less than $20.00 at a Walmart. If I would have seen that this products was $89.67 per bottle, I would have never tried their product. In addition to that, someone also signed me up to a Fitm8 without my authorization. As soon as I got off the phone with the rude lady, I immediately cancelled this as well.

Desired Outcome

I would like for company to provide me with a full refund. To make my refund complete, they should credit my bank account in the amount of $79.41. I'll be happy to return the bottles with the unused product.

You must call us directly at 1-844-872-9827 with your bank on the line, once we can confirm that the dispute on the charge is withdrawn we will be able to process the refund for the remainder amount. We have to make sure any cases pertaining to the charge are closed in order for us to process a refund for any charges and make sure no double refunds are processed.
