Thought it was was a trial offer of just paying shipping. Next thing I knew my credit card was charged almost $170.
I bought the products on 8-1-18. I thought it was a trial offer of just paying shipping. I received the package on 8-6-18 and took them with me to a doctor's appointment. I'm diabetic and she afvadvi me to not use them. On 8-16-18 my credit card company notified me that there were two charges for almost $180. I immediately called the credit card company and told them that these are fraudulent charges. I tried calling the number for Quick Trim Diet Labs and got no answer. I emailed them and they asked me to call. When I did they offered me $50 credit.

Hello, When you place an order with us, you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that you will receive a 30 day supply of the product and you can test it out for 14 days for the cost of shipping and handling fee only, after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if you do not call to cancel and return the product. The shipping and handling fee charges of the products are non-refundandable as per terms, before fully making your purchase you were asked if you agreed to the terms and conditions.

The order was placed on 07/31/2018 and the trial ended on 08/17/2018. Any delay in shipment or concerns with the products, the customer should call our support so the representative can further update the account.

I accept the offer and I appreciate reimbursing my credit card account off the charges of $89.74 and $89.67. Thank you for not charging bmy account. I purchase diet pills sample order for $6.00 a price for shipping and handling on July 17 2018. on August 2/2018 I account was debited for $89.64 twice for the two free bottle of pills. I contacted the company and the offered $100 refund for the two bottles of pill. I informed them that the had already billed me for the two free bottle of trial pill for $12.00. I should not be billed for $179.00. the company informed me that the can only refund back to me 100. because the 15 day trial for the tow bottle of pills cost $79.24. they with drew this amount with out my permission.

Our terms and conditions states the automatic withdrawal of funds if not cancelled. You were charged last August 2, 2018 at 12:13am on our system hence when you called to cancel that representative gave you a 50% refund of each product. The remaining charge on your account is $79.41 (39.67 - detox & 39.74 garcinia)

If the products are still unopened, you can return them with the RMA number outside of the packaging and we will refund you the remaining $79.41 in total. Please let me know so I can generate the RMA number for you.

I ordered this product Quicktrim Garcinia/QuickTGrim Detex and after receiving this product I realize I could not take it because I am diabetic. I did not realize that this was a trial product. It did not say anywhere that I would be charged a monthly fee at $89.74 and $89.67. Plus you're enroll in a program called Fitm8 which they deducted $8.00 monthly subscription. On July 7th I realize something was wrong with my checking. I spoke to my Bank customer-service on Saturday July 7th. I was told the Bank would call me on Monday July 9th. July 9th is when I realize this company as debit my account. I called this company I was told this was a trial product. I am requesting this company refund my money to my account. This is trickery I read the emails I did not see trial product anywhere nor did I read anywhere about a monthly fee.

Customer Support at Quick Trim Diet Labs have hung up on me, ignored my Bank's request for refund. I did not knowingly sign up for this amount.
After seeing an ad online for a "trial size" of Quick slim Garcinia featuring Sandra Bullock, for only $6.95, I quickly ordered.Only to then have a charge for an additional $6.95 for a DeTox I didn't order but I let that slide. I see now, that was a red flag and I should have complained but I didn't. After seeing a $89.74 with drawl from my account I immediately called the company, I recorded the phone calls because I then realized what kind of character's I was dealing with. After 6 phone calls, and 5 email's both from my Bank requesting a refund directly to them to no response other than we need a 3 way call from your Bank and every single time that I attempted this they would hang up or not answer.

Per terms and conditions all used products are non-returnable or refundable once past the 14-day trial period. You called to cancel after trial period ended. The trial started from the time you placed the order on 06/02/2018 until 06/19/2018. You were charged on 06/26/2018 which was already beyond the trial. Your account was cancelled by a CSR on 06/26/2018 during your first call with you. During you previous calls and correspondence to us, we offered to process a customer courtesy refund of $50.00 off of the charge for the product you were shipped and billed for on 06/02/2018 and you get to keep the products. The refund policy for all unused returned products will have a restocking fee. And If you cancel during the 14 day trial period you are required to send back (shipping fee must be covered by the customer) the remainder of the Quick Trim Garcinia to avoid further charges (Unless the product is purchased upon cancellation). Promised free 14 day trial with payment of shipping and handling. Later that month they billed $89.74 and 89.67.
14 days later they charged my credit card (no email no warning). When the credit card statement arrived I phoned the number associated with the charges - I was informed that without cancellation I had agreed to the charges.

I do have a confirmation of cancellation now but they would not refund the charges. I still had the original packaging and there is nothing in the shipment about the cancellation or the additional charges. When I pushed for that "acknowledgement" I was directed to a website that did not look familiar but it clearly did state that I had agreed to the charges after 14 days.

I feel that there should have been clear paperwork on the charges/autobilling/etc required in the shipping paperwork. Lesson learned, to good to be true all the way around.

I believe that the package should include the call/return data for future clients. I believe this would eliminate the number of dissatisfied customers to have the packaging enclose the additional billing situation.

If I do not receive the credit on my account I will follow up with th the complaint.

This company does not want to refund the price of their product and continues to ship. When I spoke with the rep, he told me I would get nothing.
I ordered the initial pills. It is not plainly stated that if you order the initial set that within 17 days, they will still charge you for the full price of $179. After that, they automatically ship the bottles.When I caught the second charge, I contacted the company. The representative told me that I had only 30 days to send it back. I received it on 03/23/2018 and today is 04/18/2018. He said that the date started when they charged me. He told me he was not going to refund me because I had waited more than thirty days. I gave him a lesson on how many days was between the 23rd and 18th. What an it! After arguing back and forth, I hung up with him, called the company back and got someone else on the line who gave me a confirmation number to send it back for refund. The first representative was extremely rude and needs to be fired. I was then told that I had to pay restocking for the product. Are you kidding me? $20 per bottle to put it on a shelf so that they can send it out to someone else to scam?!?!

Don't buy it- put this company out of business.

Our trial offer is only for 14-days + 3 days for shipping and started the moment you placed your order. Any delay in delivery or shipment should be relayed to us so we can extend your trial period. As per our terms, you will be charged for the regular price of the products once your trial subscription expires and will be automatically enrolled in a monthly shipment. Your account has been kept active hence the continuous shipment you've received before.

As a one time customer courtesy, we will refund you in full for 2 months worth of shipments, a total of $358.82, all you need to do is return the products back to us with the RMA number outside of the package. If you've already done so, kindly contact us at *** so our CSR can take note of the return tracking and process your refund.

I did not receive my money back when I returned two items to quicktrim, one of which I did not order, and recurring charges on my bank stmt.
January 2018 I ordered from the face book ad one of the quicktrim garcinia diet items for $6.91. When I received the order, there were 2 items and another charge for $6.89. I decided the company was not honest and called them to return the items. THey gave me a RMA number XXXXXXXXXXXXXX to return. I paid the post office $4.10 to return the items. I called quicktrim on February 19 questioning why I had not received credit. They said no credit was due to me!!

To top it off, 0n my March bank statement, March 12, 2018, there is an entry using my bank debit card for $8.97...RECUR FIT8.NET SUPPORT FIT8. FL
From the internet I found a phone number 877 470 9746 to question this entry. they said I wanted their monthly support, so this was to be an ongoing charge to my debit card!!

The customer is made aware of all charges throughout the ordering process. Prior to fully purchasing customers must acknowledge the trial period time frame (14 days from date of order and 4 days for shipping, a total of 18 days), shipping charges, recurring charges - unless offered a promotional price). As per terms, all shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. Customers are fully informed and must agree to the cancellation policy along with terms and conditions. During the ordering process customers must agree to all terms and conditions two (2) times with electronic signature.

We are sorry to say but Quicktrim Diet Labs and Fitm8.net are two different companies, any charges made under fitm8.net should be verified with them.

in an e-mail from quicktrim detox dated 1/31/18 acknowledging that they had heard from me about returning their product, they stated "because you have cancelled during the 14 day
trial period you are required to send back the remainder of the 30 day supply of the quicktrim to avoid further charges." On Feb 5, 2018, I returned the unopened package which included two diet items (one which I did not order and was the cause of my apprehension that there was a scam going on.) If they didn't contact Fit8 how did the charges from them happen at the same time as the quicktrim charges?

I ordered 1bottle of quick trim on 12/11/17 which I used and was willing to pay. They automatically sent 3 refills unrequested. They charged my card $89.74 for each bottom without my authorization. I returned 2 bottles to the proper address by writing Return to Sender and Do not send more product. I received no credit. When received 3rd bottle, I called but number (866) 377-5096 on my bill and it was no longer in service. I found (844) 872-9827. Representative will only give me a credit for $35 for 3rd bottle ONLY. They explained if I return the unopened 3rd bottle with an RMA #, they will credit an additional $35.74 but after I will pay for shipping. I get NO credit ($0)for other 2 unopened returned bottles sent to correct address. Not a different address. I understand not getting a full refund for 2 previously returned unopened bottles. BUT product was sent back unopened and to the correct address. They can sell these 2 bottles to other customers PLUS they collected $179.48 from me. This is a scam.

Partial refund of $141.48 (70.74x2) for 2 unopened bottles returned to correct address. They have the product so I should be given a partial refund for product that they can sell to other customers. They should not charge me a full amount AND sell the product again for another full amount. That is double revenue for the same bottles.

They responded to me with a refund after you sent this email. But it shouldn't have had to go this far. The first time for the 1/2/18 package.... I sent back their product, it had my information, was unopened. The second package... I returned unopened with a note to not send me any product. I then got another package in 3/8. When I called, they said that the post office doesn't return the packages without postage. I asked to Post Office and they said that the Requested Return would get the package back to them.

This company should be reported to the Attorney Generals office by charging 90.00 getting the product returned and able to sell it again without giving a refund to the original buyer. They are profiting twice from the same product.

Per terms and conditions, any packages marked "refused", "cancel" or "return to sender" without the rma number will not be processed as a refund nor will it cancel the auto ship program. It will be destroyed and credit will not be offered thus why you need to contact our customer support so they cna generate the rma number for you and close your account accordingly. During the ordering process customers must agree to all terms and conditions two (2) times with electronic signature. Feel that the business is falsely advertising their trial offers for shipping cost only when they automatically ship and charge for the trial as well.
I received the product which I was charged twice for shipping on a free trial offer that was shipped as one package. I called to cancel, because my sister made me aware that they will automatically charge you for the trial as well as sending out an additional order. I feel that if they are giving you a free trial offer that you should not be charged. I have since read about the horrors of returning the products. I have spoken to a person that claims she is a supervisor, but she doesn't seem to want to help the clients. I have also sent a message to their support department. I am requesting that there be no additional charges to my account and I will return the unused portion of the product. I would however, like to be refunded for at least one of the shipping charges. Shipping information on the unused product that was opened is: USPS tracking #***, shipped on 3/7/18 with an expected delivery date of Saturday 3/10/18, however it was delivered on Monday the 12th. See attached confirmation.

I ordered my bottle of the quick trim and it automatically signed me up to receive the detox as the way it is on there is confusing. I then noticed 22 days later they charged me $89.67 for one and $89.74 the other. I called as soon as I found out there was a charge. First off the phone numbers that they put on my bank charge is no longer in service (866-377-3195 and 866-377-5096). So I had to research their number. When I talked to them they told me they can only give me $50 a bottle. I asked to speak with a supervisor and then they could only give me $65 per bottle. I told them I would send the bottles back unopened but I still would not get my full refund and I would have to pay shipping it back. Super frustrated that they took my money.

I ordered the trial of quick trim. When I received it,I immediately sent it back. I was told no additional charges, my CC was charged this month.

I was able to contact the business directly and my money was refunded to my credit card.

I ordered 2 bottles of quick trim products after receiving an email from the company. I ordered the products and received both products. I payed for both, both products cost around $6 a piece. I ordered them both around December 19th. Now on January 5th, I saw in my bank account 2 debits. 1 debit for each product. One being 89.74 and the other 89.61. I did not agree knowingly to these prices when I purchased the products. I called the company today, they agreed to cancel services on both products but refused to give me more than $55 a piece for each product. They wont refund the entire amount I feel owed to me.

I CONTINUE TO CONTACT THE NUMBERS I HAVE AND REQUEST A TOTAL REFUND. THE CHARGES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED, AND I HAVE CONTACTED MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION REGARDING THE FRAUDULENT CHARGES.
COMPANY REP COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A COPY OF MY PURCHASE ORDER. I DID NOT GET ONE AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL FREE-TRIAL ORDER SHOWING APPROPRIATE CANCELLATION POLICY AND CONTACT INFORMATION LISTED. THE CHARGES WERE MADE AFTER CANCELLATION WAS ATTEMPTED ONLINE. CALLED 12-4 AND ONE OF THE TWO CHARGE WAS SUBMITTED AFTERWARDS. I sent for a trial and was dissatisfied. Tried to go back to their web site and it was gone. Now my credit card was charged and I got the phone there.
I paid shipping and handling for a trial. When I couldn't go back to their website I went to my Discover Card and saw they charged me for what I received: $89.74 & $89.67. I called today Dec 1, 2018 and all they are crediting me is $100. They said that I could not return it because it was past the 17 day trial, it was 24. They said I could have gone to the web site and cancelled, I could not find it, it kept saying not found. So now I am stuck with the $79.41 charge on my Discover card after the $100 refund. This is a scam to make $ off of people that tried to discontinue the trial. I have a #XXXXX that was given me for processing the $100 refund.

The refund of $79.41 that they are charging me after the $100 refund.

Never asked for company's product or services. Would like to return product at company's expense and ensure I receive no costs.
No idea of who gave company my address. Didn't order product, don't want product. Reviewed list of complaints on record and want to end this situation. I want the company to send me a free return label so I can send the product back and be done with this matter.

Per terms and conditions all used products are non-returnable or refundable once past the 14-day trial period. You called to cancel after trial period ended. The trial started from the time you placed the order on 08/17/17 until 09/03/17. Your account was cancelled by a CSR on 11/09/17. To help you with the charges we offered to process a customer courtesy refund of $50.00 off of each charge for the products you were shipped and billed for on 11/02/17 and you get to keep the products. The refund policy for all unused returned products will have a restocking fee. And If you cancel during the 14 day trial period you are required to send back (shipping fee must be covered by the customer) the remainder of the Quick Trim Garcinia to avoid further charges (Unless the product is purchased upon cancellation). I can do a ONE time adjustment and waive of the restocking if you decide to return unused or sealed products. The refund for the remainder amount will be processed once we receive the products. I accept their response providing they send me the RMA as noted. I will return all unopened (everything they sent) products since none were used. Three boxes in all, two still sealed and one (the first box received) opened with sealed products.

On October 18, 2017 I contacted Quicktrim Diet Labs to make purchase of QuickTrim Detox and Quicktrim Garcinia.
The Quicktrim Detox was $6.89 and Quicktrim Garcinia was $6.91. While waiting for the products to be delivered I decided to do some research about Garcinia's weight loss system. I found complaints of additional charges with this company. I called on October 25,2017 to cancel. Later I looked at my bank statement and found the charges of $19.74 and $19.67. This company is fraudelent in advertising the correct price for their products and I need a refund.

I need the amount of $39.41 refunded to my account or mailed to my address.

The actual price of the products should be more visible.

Called to cancel monthly order to get a full refund. Was told they would only refund a small portion since the 14 day trial period was up. NOT TRUE

In September 2017, I responded to an article on-line and purchased Quick Trim Diet Tablets. It said I could try out their product for a nominal fee plus shipping and handling. I placed my online order by VISA and received 1 bottle of Diet tablets and 1 bottle of Detox tablets. I was NOT TOLD that I would have to pay $89.64 for one bottle and $89.47 for the other bottle after 14 days. There was no disclosure sent with the shipment stating that I needed to contact them and return the merchandise or they were going to charge my VISA $179.11 plus shipping and handling. I would never had to agreed to pay $179.11 a month for diet pills. I called them on October 11, 2017 to dispute these outrageous charges and was informed they best they could do was to give me a refund total of $80.00. When I asked to speak with a supervisor the man told me I would have to call back another time since there are no supervisors to speak with. I just want the total I paid. All four bottles of this diet pill have not even been used and have been returned. This Company scams hardworking people out of their hard earned money like myself. I wasn't even aware all of this money was going to be taken out of my Credit Union's Visa account. Any help with getting my $179.11 plus the original order amount would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The resolution I would like is a total refund to my Credit Union's VISA of 179.11 plus all shipping and handling. I had to pay shipping to return all four bottles, which was even more money I had to pay to the scamming company.
