Never using them again ZERO STARS
Flew into DTW Sunday evening and was met with total chaos. Quik Park busses drove right by customers who had been standing outside flagging them down and picked up people just coming out of the building . Had a curtesy wheel chair with us and ended up walking up and down the area trying to get a driver to stop where we were. Was never a consistent location. They stopped in front of large buses then would stop behind them. When asked the drivers where to wait, where the next bus would be stopping was told could be anywhere. Obviously DYW and the parking lot busses need to designate pick up areas. And obviously they didn’t have adequate busses running NEVER AGAIN

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Quik Park regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: they are telling me that the quote based on photos via email they are only offering me $They have never had an adjustor see my vehicle in person, they are soley basing on photos emailed by us to themMy car is very dark green-looks black and the photos do not depict the actual damage done by the quikpark parking attendant I took my car to an reputable auto body shop in [redacted] and they quoted the damage repair will cost $ I cannot put this thru my insurance as a claim as my deductible was $at the time of this incident.I feel the offer of $is very unfair since I did not do this damage and why am I paying such a huge shortage for damage that their parking attendant didI have been trying since November to get Quikpark claims dept to resolve this fairly with meI have been in touch with the manager John M [redacted] email: [redacted] phone: ###-###-####I have suggested a get a 2nd quote but so far Quikpark keeps telling me there quote is $353.85there is damage to my front left fender in front of the wheel, dent chipped paint and my bumper is dented and there is a good size cap under front end where bumper is underI feel a quote done with a body shop that actually see the vehicle in person is a more valid quote than viewing emailed photosI hope you can assist me with this situation thank you, [redacted] ###-###-#### [Your Answer Here] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

On March *** Tricia a claims specialist for Quik Park sent me an email requesting my home address and claiming a check will be mailedOn March
***, I received an email from Trisha (see below) indicating they were in need of my home address (once again) to process my claim and mail a check to repair the damages to my vehicleIn spite of the fact that numerous documents previously sent depicted both my home address and telephone number, I compliedAs of yet, I have not received the monies due or any further correspondenceThis appears to be just another ploy to avoid paying for the damages done by their employee or delay paying for the repair with the hope I would give up.
