Ms [redacted] ,We are cancelling your policy as of December 30th, (which is when you said that you first sent in the cancellation paperwork) Your pro-rated refund check will be sent out this Friday (11/20/2015) in the amount of $1,111.19.We cannot issue a full refund because you had your policy since 4/17/and did not send cancellation paperwork until 12/30/2014.We apologize that you have to wait this long to receive your refund, but that was because you had sent the paperwork to the incorrect company and we did not receive it until just recently.Also, if you did not receive the policy book/ID card for some reason, you should have notified us or Auto Protection Department, and we would have immediately resent that information to youHowever, our records show that this information was sent and delivered to you twice - once on 4/25/and again on 4/29/2013.We hope that you will be satisfied with this refund, as it seems to us to be the most fair resolution of your complaint As I stated before, if you would like to discuss this over the phone with a representative, we can be reached at ###-###-####.Thank you,***Omega Autocare Customer Care###-###-####

Hello,The customer thought the dealership had sent in the trapaperwork, but it had not been received The customer then requested that the dealership fax it in, and it has now been receivedThe cancellation is in processing and he will have his check by the beginning of July The customer has been advised of all of this, and is satisfied with the result.Thanks,Omega Autocare

We reached out the company that sold this policy, and they responded:"This policy was cancelled and refunded earlier this morningBeing that we spoke with her on Friday evening and informed her that we would be cancelling her policy and she would see her refund appear back on her card on Monday (today) I was confused as to why she would of filed a complaint except for to make sure that cancelling the policy was not going to effect her credit ratingSo, we called her and she said that she filed the complaint before she spoke to us on Friday night and that she will be calling the Revdex.com to drop the complaintBottomline, this policy has already been cancelled and refunded and she will be contacting the Revdex.com regarding the resolution and request to have it dropped."
