We had purchased a car from them in March and same time they gave us a service contract of years from [redacted] for which they charged USD but as they had explained it will be just to usd for months and for years it will come around around usd, and even they told we can cancel it if we dont want anytime in future We took the service contract and when we got the papers in hand and when we saw it was USD for years and we were just shocked and so we went ahead the very next day to cancel it, but they said finance team concern person is not available and asked us to return after week and when we went again back for cancellation, the concern person [redacted] refused to cancel and said it is under loan we took for car and she cannot refund it back though it is clearly written in document it can be cancelledLater we called [redacted] who agreed to cancel it and they told we will get back full refund and asked to get in touch with 21st au

I went to 21st century auto group last week with my mother to look at vehicles and potentially purchase them Upon finally selecting a vehicle that I like and did not have any issues(I test drove suvs one of which had missing buttons and the center console fell out and the other had an issue with acceleration)we sat down to discuss priceThe price that is listed online is not the correct price that is listed on [redacted] , [redacted] also has no disclosures to the price listed but if you go to the dealership website in tiny tiny letters they insinuate that the price is subject to one "rebate" I would first like to say that the wording is tricky and confusing at best and when read at what it says indicates that there may be one rebate which would result in the price, regardless, in addition to these"rebates" which total they have an additional dollars in fees that they charge you for documentation, and insinuate that these numbers are not negotiableIn order to negotiate

If I could give no stars I would! I found a car online for a very good price It was a lexus GS I emailed and called about the car on numerous occasions They car fax online was clean and the price was right I called and asked about the price and they told me that was the price I asked if the car fax was correct and no issues They said it was good to go I told them I was coming from Maryland and it was a hour drive I asked if they could hold the vehicle and they said no because it has high traffic and is a hot car I decided to take my chances and drive up there to get the car When I finally made it up there, they tried the old bait and switch! They said they could not sell me the one lexus because it has frame damage They told me they were aware of the damage but the girls in the front desk answering the phone did not They should not be giving information if they are not familiar! They then said they could sell me the same exact car, same color, same interior but it had 5,less miles for only $9,more I told them I wanted the advertised price and the price I was told of $21, They said that included ALL their incentives which was military, recent graduate AND loyalty reward Since I didn't qualify for any of these that $21,would be $24k if it didn't have the frame damage This place uses deceitful tactics to bait customers In addition, they had been advertising a car with frame damage at a low price and then had the audacity to try and make it sound like I should have known that car would never sell for that low Well you should not be advertising that car at that price!!!! Someone needs to do something about their deceitful practices, their advertisement and their lack of disclosure online regarding issues with their cars I see they have some pending charges against them and I am curious to see how that pans out! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

worst dealership experience, trade in a car on the 5th of October with 25 days payoff paid upfront at the closing. when I called in to inquire about my new license plates. sales man want me to pay another 300 for the payoff difference. talk to the manager and explain him the situation. finally got my plates. sketchy dealer ever. I was sold a 2015 Jeep Wrangler and the vehicle was grossly misrepresented. The vehicle specification sheet I was given for the vehicle was proven to be inaccurate upon further inspection when I brought the vehicle home. The specification sheet states that the vehicle is equipped with Bluetooth and UConnect system, and it is not. The salesman also confirmed with me that the vehicle was equipped with Bluetooth when it was not. There are several other specs that the vehicle does not have, however, this is the most material one. I got an estimate from Jeep to equip the system ($560) and 21st Century Auto Group did not want to pay for the cost or reimburse it. I was told that there was nothing they could do regarding the vehicle being false misrepresented and advertised.

I purchased tire and wheel insurance and called the company that I paid over dollars and they have no record of my contractWhich means 21st auto sold me a policy and did not register it with them

Purchased Mercedes Benz C class vehicle late Juneweeks into driving the vehicle I noticed hesitation and accelerationBrought the car back to the used auto lot and they stated the brakes needed to be replacedPaid 25% portion of the total cost as per stated in the 'implied month warranty" that I was not allowed to get a copy of and the problem was resolved for day onlyI insisted that the entire car be evaluated at that time for transmission issues, battery, engine trouble; I was told nothing else is wrongdays later hesitation and acceleration started up againSpoke to my salesguy and he stated that I should get a 2nd opinion and have a mechanic look at the vehicleI acquired a page diagnostic report from * * * *** *in *** that listed several codes demonstrating pending failure for transmission and voltage powerFaxed report to 21st Century Auto who asked me to bring the vehicle again to evaluate the issues foundThey found nothing when they used a re

I had a contract with Gap insurance when I financed my vehicle at Century Auto GroupAbout months later I refinanced my vehicle with *** *** who includes Gap insurance in their loan so I no longer needed the Gap insurance with Century Auto GroupUpon cancelling the Gap insurance with Century Auto group I was expecting a prorated refund for the unearned portion of the $that I paid for that service as stated in the contractWhen I went in to pick up what I was expecting to be around $800, the employee at Century Auto Group hands me a check of $When I asked for him to explain why they were only refunding me $of the $that I paid, the Employee said that they penalized me for cancelling within monthsThe contract mentions a cancellation fee if cancelling after days in the amount of $25.00, NOT $I then proceeded to ask for the employee to show me how they came up with the $refund he was trying to give me as it did not make sense to meHe

I recently bought a car from Century Auto Group in NJ and had an absolutely horrible experience1st they are completely misleading and put ridiculously low prices online to sucker you into going inI drove over hours after calling to confirm the price on the phone and when I got there it was $more because of some about military discounts and travel discounts etc I put $down and agreed to come back in days to get the car when everything was done
The next day I got a call from my salesman Issac who said they were going to sell the car to someone else if I didn’t come back that day to get it… Keep in mind I put $cash down on the car and it was less then hours laterI reminded him of our previous agreement and went back the following day to get the car
I got to the dealership at 8pm expecting to sign some paperwork and drive away in my new carOnly one problem, when I was signing the paperwork they refused to tell me how much the purchase prices of the

I agreed to purchase a GT-BMW from 21st Century Auto on September 16, after their Sales manager - Oscar, agreed that the dealer would fix things identified to be wrong with the car: 1) Bumper Damage, 2) Sunroof, 3) Several Oil leaks & 4) Touch up scratches
I primarily worked with Oscar (Sales manager) & Joe (Service manager) over an month pain staking period in attempts to get my car fixedThere were so many non-returned phone calls to themI had both of their cell phones as wellI had to visit their location in order to get a response and most of it was lip service that they'd get back to me to resolve the problems
Towards the end, I spoke with the GM, Mark
None were able to resolve the situation to my satisfactionBelow is the
