Since we received the complaint, we made several attempts to reach out to the customer Once we made contact with the customer we discussed, and began working on a solution that would be mutually satisfactoryDue to the nature of this situation and in an effort to protect the customer's privacy, we will avoid disclosing further details We strive to make all of our customers satisfied We understand that things outside of their control do happenWe do what we can to work with our customers to find solutions to the challenges and problems in life [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Automatic payments were sent to Chacon autos as priority from April until October when I changed jobs which is also noted in my bankruptcy paperwork This still does not negate the fact that I was told that they had no payment history for me on the car purchases 4/and that I had the car for months without paymentWhy did they say that and why couldn't the payment history be seen in the computer? The customers vehicle was used in the commission of a crime and confiscated by the police The car was released to Chacon Autos only for that reason We did after customer provided us with a copy of the police report offer to release vehicle back to her as long as she brought her account current The customer refused this offer letting us know her attorney would contact us After no contact for additional days the account was charged off

I have been very pleased with all the work they have performed on my vehiclesIt usually ends up less expensive than I think it will be, and the service is excellent

Mr*** is in default of his contract however we did make several different offers to try to help him resolve his delinquency Mr*** was not able to comply with any of our offers to help him All of these are still availableWe will work with him and return the car as
long as we can come to a mutual agreement

I am rejecting this response because: I feel that I gave chacon auto time to deal with the issueAnd I contacted personnel from their office and I got the run around
im sure I would get the same treatment. I did not refuse mechanical services on my vehicleI believe that the car shouldn't have been put on the lot like that to begin withAnd I asked chacon to give me a loaner or a rental because I lived out of town and work a full time job and have a child in school and couldn't sit at the service station all dayI did go places they asked me to go and when I got an answer from sears where they sent me Chacon once again gave me the run around
Yes, it has been three years but the vehicle was put on the lot like that & I did try as soon as I got it to get it taken care of

Customer purchased a vehicle on 5/28/after becoming past due on her payments we re-wrote her account on 3/20/in order to help her On 4/17/customer filed for bankruptcy we worked with the bankruptcy courts thru our attorney and allowed to reposes the car on 12/31/ We
had receive no payments from the bankruptcy courts during this time Her attorney and the trustee were sent communications from us thru our attorney

I am sorry you felt like you were mislead regarding reporting to credit bureaus If you will contact me I would like to discuss your situation as I see you have not turned in your car as stated I am sure we can reach a satisfactory resolution

I am rejecting this response because:Several pieces of documentation was submitted to [redacted] and members of his staff. He accused them of being forged despite a letter directly from Customer Service. He made impossible demands, such as requesting a direct number to a major corporation's call center and wanting the exact same agent I spoke to. He also demanded that I sign documentation relinquishing them of liability for property, before allowing me my personal property, which is against Texas law. His intent was never to give me the car back despite payments being made and all his efforts have been to stall out the process because he doesn't want to admit his company made a huge mistake and so has he. And I am not under any obligation, even as part of his sales contract, to provide him access to my personal bank account, despite his repeated request for my username and password to my online account.

I am rejecting this response because:
they only called twice and were back at the same point we started with this complain. I told them ill take the car back or my money and for them to remove the repossesion off my credit report. they said there working on the repossesion removal but of my car or my money they are sticking to there story and im not getting anything resolved. they called yesterday but I been busy at work and havent had time to give u guys an update but im still not getting my problem resolved  i need my car or I need my money back because its not fair and its bad business from there part.

I will be happy to discuss with you about reporting your account to the credit bureau.  You may reach me at the number I have provided.   As far as the mechanical issue, we offered to look at, you refused to give us that opportunity.  That offer still stands, however after 3 years any...

Terrible customer service.. Never returned phone call. They reposed my car for not having full down pmt when I called to make a pmt arrangement they said we can work with you. Week later they came and got it..
