He came in, did what he was supposed to do, and finished in a quick time frame I was very please at how well he did his job and at how kind and friendly he was I use Armstrong with a lot of my household issues, and I have never had any problems with them They are a great team, and very reliable

On January 3, 2017, [redacted] Mwas scheduled to do the first month inspection for our new HVAC system [redacted] arrived on time, introduced herself, put on shoe coverings and was shown where the unit was located She did a thorough inspection, changed the box filter after showing me its condition, settings, thermostat I felt very at ease with her work, thoroughness, communication with me, personality and ability She did a good job and is a good rep of Armstrong MechanicalVH

Saturday after 5PM we came home to find our AC not blowing cold air Outside temp was > Called Armstrong & within an hour we had a serviceman, Trey, here to fix the problem While the fix was an easy one it was lifesaving! The prospect of staying in an un-airconditioned house was not a pleasant one Trey was knowledgeable and efficient He also made some recommendations on our thermostat settings AND the cost was very reasonable We figured we'd have to pay a fortune for the service since it was after hours & a weekend In addition to their wonderful service, we applaud Armstrong's choice to hire Veterans
