On January 3, 2017, [redacted] M. was scheduled to do the first 6 month inspection for our new HVAC system. [redacted] arrived on time, introduced herself, put on shoe coverings and was shown where the unit was located. She did a thorough inspection, changed the box filter after showing me its condition, settings, thermostat. I felt very at ease with her work, thoroughness, communication with me, personality and ability. She did a good job and is a good rep of Armstrong Mechanical. VH
We have used Armstrong Heating and Air Conditioning for over 25 years. The workers are great, very helpful, skilled and friendly. They all go beyond the call of duty. [redacted] M. was especially skilled and friendly. I LOVE having a woman technician. The guys are good too, though.
I am writing this review for [redacted] who came to unclog an A/C and water heater drain pipe. He finished the job the A/C technician did not completely do , therefore the pipe backup in the garage. [redacted] was very professional, polite, and did a thorough job. he made sure the pipe is free of any obstructions.
We highly recommend him to hour friends.

The service pro guy, [redacted] M, was very courteous, respectful, and friendly! He came in, did what he was supposed to do, and finished in a quick time frame. I was very please at how well he did his job and at how kind and friendly he was. I use Armstrong with a lot of my household issues, and I have never had any problems with them. They are a great team, and very reliable.
My Mom's house was built in Lubbock in the 1960s, and the last few years she has experienced periodic difficulties with the sewer line (it stops up). We wanted the problem corrected permanently and [redacted] W. from Armstrong Mechanical was exactly the right man for a complex job. He passed a camera through the sewer line, and because of his years of experience in interpreting images from the camera, he accurately diagnosed the problem as a downward shift in a section of sewer pipe. A section of pipe will have to be replaced. This is a major project, which will involve three days of work by a three-man team from Armstrong, but it will solve the problem. [redacted] did a wonderful job of explaining how he diagnosed the problem and how it will be repaired. By the time we talked, he already had the cost estimate for us and had alerted the work scheduler and repair crew at Armstrong. I should mention that this entire interaction occurred by telephone since we live 400 miles from Lubbock! However, [redacted] and I have talked in person before, and I assure you that he is always professional: he is polite, patient, honest and friendly. [redacted] W. is the best!
[redacted] C came and fixed the problem of my leaky toilet promptly and efficiently. He was professional ,friendly and explained the problem and the best way to fix in language I understood.
This company was recommended to me by some friends and I can understand why. I will be doing the same!
