My debit card was lost at a store and whoever found it bought this company's product unbeknownst to meI've contacted my bankAnd this CoIs treating me disrespectful lyrics, has lied to me, and said I'm not who I say I amI didn't order this and want to be reimbursed for this This company has some very disrespectful employee working for them

In Aug of I purchased Finishing Touch Flawless Both had year warrantiesIn Dec I had to replace one of the unitsI provided documention & it was replaced Then I tried to replace 2nd oneI did all the required documentation with no successCompany representative first informed me replacement had been shippedI waited ten days suggested & never receivedI was not given correct info- item was never sent Contacted them again & they said a charge back had been done by [redacted] the credit card I had used [redacted] said they only did an inquiry on my purchase, NOT a chargebackIn my contacts with the company I spoke to persons, Marnel & RanekaOne said they would not send the replacement until I provide a letter from [redacted] saying the chargeback was cancelledOf course [redacted] will not write that letter because no chargeback was ever done [redacted] advised me to contact the Federal Trade Commission as well as New Jersey Attorney

months ago, I called [redacted] to order the Comfort Click Belt, as seen on TV My [redacted] ending in [redacted] was charged approximately $20.00, however this product was never shipped to me

I ordered a belt from Comfort Click (which I guess is Idea Village?) for my husband for Christmas My credit card was charged $on December 21, I have sent three emails to the company advising them that the belt was never received and have received no response I am looking for either the belt to be delivered or for my money to be refunded Thank you, [redacted]

I placed an order for a CopperFit back brace With the order, a [redacted] Magazine subscription was included free After waiting months, the magazine came today BUT, it is in Spanish!! I can not read or speak Spanish I called [redacted] to have them change to English They said they could only cancel the order but could not change So they give me the another number [redacted] did not write who this was but got a foreign speaking person who said they could only cancel the order and not change it I told them I would give it away before they would be allowed to cancel And this was why I am voting for [redacted] for President....it is discrimination to send a magazine for Hispanic origin to and different ethnic person So I called CopperFit at [redacted] The customer service guy actually laughed like it was funny He said they had no control over the magazine

I sent complaints via company website regarding quality and potential design flaws regarding Comfort Click Belts There was no response from the website On Apr 17, I mailed a formal memorandum to the Comfort Click Belt distributor located at [redacted] once again describing the problems with this product The problem is in the design of the metal buckle portion and where the leather belt is securedThese belts fail to remain secure to the buckle, and "often" falls loose of the bet at very undesirable timesDuring recent travels, the buckle has fallen off while in restrooms, and when dressing in the morning, or when making adjustments throughout the day I believe the flaw is either the metal teeth that are made to pinch the leather and hold the belt in-place, or the amount of belt allowed (slides into the buckle) is insufficient to permit a secure hold

Purchased a Copper fit step FX watch that is advertised to track steps, distance and calories burned Steps are not counted, only the movement of the arm the watch is on I can lay on the couch watching TV and wave my arm and the steps increase rapidly, but if I walk naturally around the house, no steps are added The product has no benefit for me A note that came with the devise states that if you experience any issues with your Copper Fit Fx do not return to retailer, contact customer service at [redacted] I have sent them emails, but have not received a response The watch was purchased from Younkers in Plover, WI on 9/30/

Indicated that the Flawless Hair Remover is a new product it is not a new product I have purchased it for a while and I have noticed that you have stated that it does not irritate the skinWell that is advertisingIt does irritate the skin and it did leave my skin with a mark right above my lip where I remove the hairAnd after I remove the hair it keeps coming back and I have to keep removing it every time it grows backSo how can you say that your product does not irritate skinLike I said that is advertising and you need to stop saying that

Your GoBelt is too small for the average person It would only be comfortable on someone with a in waist I found it too tight to be able to include any objects that are of any size larger than a credit card

On February 15th I placed an online POS order for Copper Fit products which did not post to my account for 3-weeks on March 4, Upon discovery of the late payment, which was presumed to have posted weeks earlier, I requested an immediate cancellation and refund, or 'stop payment', on the pending transaction which was honored by March 6,
One (1) day later, on the evening of March 7th, an unidentified customer support representative forwarded an e-mail stating that Idea Village cannot not accept my request (which had been fulfilled) as my order had been processed for shipping
Another two (2) days later, on the evening of March 9th (9:30p), I receive an e-mail with preemptive shipping information stating that my order 'has been shipped on 03/10/16'
At no point following my refund request and the subsequent fulfillment of said request (as reflected in the restored balance and absent transaction) was Idea Village authorized to remove funds from my account -- prompting me to immediately notify my credit union and forward two additional complaints via phone and e-mail
Despite blatant fraud and deception on the part certain individuals, I am pleased that eventually someone was able to address my disappointment and refund my money in fullUltimately, I would not do business with Idea Village or Copper Fit again given the ridiculously sluggish nature of the initial transaction and certainly not after the commandeering of my account information

I bought packs of the Copperfit white socks for medical reasons and it turns out they are real slippery so that the user's foot slides around inside the shoe and causes blisters and abwear It is past the return window, so I asked Idea Village to address the issue and they declined to help me I am out I would settle for a credit on their website

On 5/17/I ordered a Comfort Click belt onlineit did not work and there was a 30-day money back guarantee givenOn 5/28/I emailed the company at the email address provided for returns and/or complaints and the email did not bounce backThey did not reply to my concern that the belt did not work so I emailed again on June Still, I did not hear backI sort of laid the belt aside and just realized they still have not addressed my concern, not even so much as w/ a return emailI have since seen these belts at less than half the price I paid, possibly b/c they do not function as advertisedOf course, I have no way of knowing that, but I do know that mine has never worked and I asked for a refund TWICE during the 30-day money back period
I have all of my email communication and would be happy to provide itRather surprised that you don't have a way of uploading supporting documentation but perhaps I can send it to the customer service representative who ends up handling
