We ordered Copper Fit Tough Knees - XL and Copper Fit Knee Sleeve - XL from the ideavillage.com website on March 30, Order number *** We called on 4/28/to find out when they would be delivered We were told they were on back-order & we would receive them on May We called on 6/2/and were told they would be delivered on June The customer service person reduced our price from $to $due to the length of time for the back-order We called on 6/20/and were told they would be delivered by July We called on 8/1/and were told that all orders (of them) for these items would be shipped out by 8/ We called on 8/12/and were told that the items were still on back-order and delivery is scheduled for September

I bought the spin spa ($29) with extra brushes($10) I received the item and it had a defective switch I contacted them through email to get the return address I did not try the batteries in the brush It looked very cheaply made I returned it through the post office the very next day Mckayla M*** replied to my email with the address to return the spin spa The address is *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
The *** website now says "Delivery status not updated" since May 1st I sent another email complaining to Mckayla on May 3rd I have not heard any response I have a research number with *** It is ***

I purchased a Comfort Click belt for around $by phone based on an advertisement I saw on TV Unfortunately it no longer works properly because when you click it to the right size, the belt will not lock (like it is suppose to) because one of the screws fell out I called to ask for a replacement but they refused because the warranty is only good for months - so what does that tell you about the confidence they have in the quality of their product??? They offered to sell me another belt for $($off) but I don't want to buy another belt because I already paid them $for the one I have and it should last more than a few months if it was constructed properly

I ordered a watch for an advertised price of $plus S&H (4.95) and my credit card was billed the price of $plus S&H (4.95) I called the company times about this issue for resolution with absolutely no satisfaction This is fraud and a rip-off I want to be reimbursed $immediately

I bought the finishing touch yes, thinking it was comparable to the product, but it wasn't even close This is just a razor and not a very good one! So they need to stop lying and misrepresenting themselves!

There is no warning on the label that the brush could cause skin injuryAfter using it on low speed with the softest brush, my leg sustained bruising

Item advertised as "chrome plated solid brass." Purchased in December, for $plus local/state sales tax Item broke today, December 4, and the shaft is clearly made of aluminum/zinc/pot metal - NOT BRASS

I ordered the ion brush from one of Ideavillage subsidiary companies Hairology RefreshI placed the order on February 8, and on February 16, they sent me an notice that the item I ordered was on backorder and it would be four to six weeks before I receive itI contacted them and advised that they had an overwhelming response to the TV ad and they had sold out of my ordered itemI even asked if I change models would that help expedite the shipping of my product and they advised me it would notThey indicated at that time that it is possible that I might receive the item fore the stated timeframe but they could not guarantee itOn March 18, they sent me an email indicating that I would have my ordered item on or before April 18, April 17, they sent me a notice that my order had been cancelled due to a problem processing my paymentI was fully aware of the card used and when it would be charge so it made no sense why there was an issue issuing the payment,

I ordered a product (Finishing Touch Flawless Legs hair remover) through ***Customer service is handled by this businessWhen I contacted them to say that I had a problem with the product (it stopped working after less than six months), they told me to submit my *** receipt, name, shipping address, and telephone number and a replacement would be sentI provided the requested information, and now they are saying that they will not perform their end of the agreement

I ordered a belt from Comfort Click (which I guess is Idea Village?) for my husband for Christmas My credit card was charged $on December 21, I have sent three emails to the company advising them that the belt was never received and have received no response I am looking for either the belt to be delivered or for my money to be refunded

Purchased a Copper fit step FX watch that is advertised to track steps, distance and calories burned Steps are not counted, only the movement of the arm the watch is on I can lay on the couch watching TV and wave my arm and the steps increase rapidly, but if I walk naturally around the house, no steps are added The product has no benefit for me A note that came with the devise states that if you experience any issues with your Copper Fit Fx do not return to retailer, contact customer service at *** I have sent them emails, but have not received a response The watch was purchased from Younkers in Plover, WI on 9/30/

I ordered a razor advertised on TV by the ex quarter back *** *** of the *** *** ***I received the razor and it shaved a well as advertisedI had it in the shower and it fell on the ceramic floor and the head that hold the razor broke offThey certainly did not advertise that the head was plastic and subject to breaking if droppedThe razor is now uselessI e-mailed the company and they said the razor was only warranted for daysI think this is a poor warranty and the least they could have done is send a replacement and then I would have been more careful knowing it was made of plastic and could not be dropped
