Our contract was supposed to be completed 5/ It still has not been completed as of now We overfunded the project by over $39K We were given $10K and still have not received the rest We were told we'd be given clear invoices detailing the work so that we can actually see our tax benefits and rebates offered by the state There are still multiple elements of the project that are incomplete and we are still waiting for them to be completed The customer service is amazingly bad

Yikes!, an 'A' rating?, doesn't give me much faith in the Revdex.comThis is probably the worst company I've ever dealt withThey would call to setup an install appointment, I'd take the day off of work and they wouldn't show up (times)They got me mixed up with my parents several times (call me and show up at their house)Left me with no power overnight because they brought the wrong panel for an upgradeFailed inspection times, way too many other issues to list hereThey started the PV install in January of 2016, It's now October and still waiting for them to finish the projectGot pressure from the salesman to sign the Hero acceptance papers before project was finished, said he would pay my Jan/Feb/ SDGE bill once he got his commission check, against my better judgement I did, now it's like pulling teeth to get them to come out and finish (and never heard from the salesman again)Called Hero, they said they would get on it and never heard from anyone over there either (its all sounding like a scam to me)I think there is a ton of money to be made here with the Hero program and the Solar boom, and some contractors are really making a killing and not performingSo many other issues with these guys I wish I had more room to list them all Stay away from this company, you will regret it, read Yelp and you will find the same experiences

Dear Ms***:
justify;">Ms*** is attempting to perpetrate a fraud on PIERRO and the HERO PROGRAM the project lenderI encourage you to contact Robert *** the compliance officer for the HERO PROGRAM, lender on the project and discuss the *** *** and Ms*** project with himYou will learn that Mr*** an independent sales person sold a solar contract to Ms*** for approximately $42,Mr*** and Ms***, over inflated the contract price by approximately $23,144.44, with a side agreement that once the project was funded Mr*** would split the commission with Ms***Apparently, Mr*** reneged on the side agreement and Ms*** started complaining by filing complaints against PIERRO with the CSLB and Revdex.comThe HERO PROGRAM started a fraud investigation and concluded that PIERRO and the HERO PROGRAM were victims of a scam operation between Ms*** and Mr***I have talked personally with Mr*** and he has indicated that Mr*** has issued a check to the HERO PROGRAM which has in turn been credited to the loan received by

Yes, there has been a resolution to my dispute with Pierro Construction. The surplus funds from the Hero program have now been credited back to my account and Mr. Pierro was very helpful in making sure that happened. After some time and pursuit on my part their company sent someone to turn on my system. The reason I could not turn on my system myself was an error on their part but they remedied that. Throughout the problems Mr. Pierro was not good at responding to me or calling me back. I think I only talked to him directly 2 times, and once it was only to threaten me. We agreed to leave the solar panels in the place they had installed them even though thats not what I had asked for and had requested in writing. I no longer have any disputes with Pierro construction but I thank Revdex.com for the assistance in resolving this conflict.

This us a completelyfalse statement. I tried for months or have an engineer come out to my home and NOBODY ever came. I finally received a CALL, not a visit, for an "engineer" and he stayed on the phone with me and talked ME through reseting my system! Not the the Engineer, ME the costomer. The engineer concluded to tell me the reason why my invert system NEVER produced and energy  was because the original technicians never synced my system and or the inverter that Pierro Construction installed had a computer glitch. That is a blaten lie from this company. After 20 plus complaints and 16 months of my system producing ZERO energy I finally got a technician on the phone. Not a visit to my home. A phone call. This company is so poorly run and it's employees lie at any cost. They throw their costomer under the bus and then point the finger at the costomer as if they are to blame. This ahs been the most disturbing and disgusting business practice I have yet to experience.Their outlandish lies to the consumer are OUTRAGEOUS.Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction if you ever are propositioned by this company! m

Mr. [redacted] is correct about the first line of his complaint that on November 11, 2014 he did sign a contract with our sales rep, N[redacted] on behalf of Pierro Construction for the installation of a 2.5kw solar system with 18 panels for $14,000 and a deposit of $500 to start the job. The...

problem is Mr. [redacted] doesn't know how to do math. It might be in his best interest to invest in a calculator. Because as many times we have given him the exact numbers, he still doesn't seem to understand.18 x 135 watts = 2,430 watts (Which is rounded to a 2.5kw system) There are a 1000 watts to every kw. Simple math:1000 x 2.5= 2500 wattsWe cannot install half of a panel, so we rounded it off to the nearest 100's.After consistent complaining and his lack of ability to do simple math we added 4 more panels at 135 FREE OF CHARGE to Mr. [redacted]'s system. His system now has about 3.0 kw currently.Instead of being greatly appreciative, Mr. [redacted] decides to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. The only breach of contract is on Mr. [redacted]'s part, as he still has an outstanding balance of $6.750.00 due to Pierro Construction. Due to this matter, we a pursuing a Mechanic's Lien Law and will be filling litigation.Mr. [redacted] needs to check his facts, learn simple math, and be thankful when people go above and beyond even when they are not required.Robert Pierro, CEO/President[redacted]
