Dear Ms***,Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.I have looked into Ms***'s account and do see the order on 8/14/that she is referring to Ms*** claims that she canceled her auto-ship, however, there is no record of this on her customer account
When she contacted Customer Service earlier today, she was given instructions on how to return the package Normally, she would receive a refund minus shipping costs but we will make an exception this time as a courtesy to her.Once we have confirmation the product has been returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund in the amount of $110.99.Please let me know if you need any additional information.Sincerely,*** ***Research & Compliance

Annual Renewal Fee for being a registered Promoter was the only charge in Further, there is no cancellation statement on record prior to today On 12/14/2012, Ms*** contacted Customer Service to inquire about her order and why she had not received it yet She was informed that the package was damaged in transit and was issued a refund for this order This was the last note in Ms*** account history prior to today.As a courtesy, we will issue a refund in the amount of $and permanently close Ms*** account She is not entitled to any additional refunds since there is no statement on record and there is no additional $charge from the year before.Please let me know if you need any additional information.Sincerely,*** ***Research & Compliance

back. The agent clearly said that she saw where my information was taken
out, but the same number was put back in. I am not dumb and I know what I
heard. It is very simple. We can do this the easy way or the hard
way. I work with a Lawyer and he is willing to take my case. I know
for a fact that I took my information out that night, that is why I wasn't even
thinking that money was coming out of my accountt. I am sure this is how
Visalus get their money by scamming people like this. I have spoke to
plenty of people who stated the same thing happened to them, but they recovered
their money. They also told me if I go to court that they will be willing
to witness. I am not trying to get anything that I am not owedThis is
bad business and if that is the case you need to tell people to just call in to
take the information off in stead of going through the computer, because
evidently you can say this every time that your system didn't take it.Regards,

account to be canceled on 7/21/15, however, the charge was processed on 4/20/and there was no request to close the account prior to this date.As a courtesy, I will send a request to have this $charge refunded to Mr*** credit card and can assure him that there will be no further charges on his account or *** account.Please let me know if you need any additional information.Sincerely,*** ***Research & Compliance
