Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] The dealership has told me since three people who have heard the noise [redacted] ) are not "certified [redacted] " do not qualify to to say the breaks are squeakingObviously replacing the pads three times is not the correct fix to this issueThe [redacted] told me that it would only cost te dealership $to replace the rotars, but will not take the necessary steps to making a cusomer, me, happyIf it's really only $to replace the rotars, [redacted] They make thousands maybe millions of dollars a yearWhat is $to them?? They have spent more then $having technicians loom at my car

To Whom It May Concern, [redacted] *** came into our dealership purchased a [redacted] with a warranty that covered major components only! [redacted] then came into service with issues a little after months of original purchase date, but did not want to pay for them even though she was made aware she would have to and decided to trade in her vehicleThe down payment for the [redacted] *** was credited to original purchase of the [redacted] with no down paymentFinance explained to the customer that she was trading in vehicle and had to sign trade documentsIt was also disclosed to customer total amount of the [redacted] would be more than original sales price due to interest, negative equity, tax title and license at the end of her finance term On the customer contract copy of purchase order the amount figures are disclosed line by line and explained thoroughlyCustomer test drove vehicle before she agreed on signature [redacted] is now upset because the car is not fully loaded even after she agreed to these terms before driving awayWe as Texan Dodge have done our part as a business and feel we helped this customer as best as we possibly could, given her situationThank you for your time

This is our final decision and we will not to be forced to replace a part that does not need to be replacedI'am sorry you have chosenthe tactic of bad mouthing our dealership which does not make our dealership nor the manufacturer responsible to do an unnecessary repairI am truly sorry you feel you have chosen this path to get what you want and not what you need. Thanks again

Regards,

We do sincerely apologize for any inconvience we have caused this customer, the way the process works per the manufacture is that if a vehicle is brought in for the power train warranty, the vehicle must first be diagnosed before we provide any alternate transportation assistanceI must apologize
for my call center and the representative that misinformed you for the rental that he was told he would receive once he arrived at the dealership, however we have repaired this customers vehicle and paid for all rental expenses while his vehicle was in the shopOnce again we sincerely apologize for any inconvience, and this customer has his vehicle in his possession

The customer has brought this vehicle in with a brake noise concern and the brake pads has been replace three different timesThe last time the vehicle was in the dealership we performed a complete brake inspection and had the vehicle test driven by *** *** *** and could not
duplicate any noiseThe *** *** never told any *** not to repair the vehicle, they were told that we could not replace parts that are not verifiable as a source of the customers concern

Texan dodge will be more the happy to fix repairs on the vehicle for the customer. We will contact customer and fix asap.

Regards,As previously told to Texan Jeep, the issue is not with what Slaters auto repair did to repair the vehicle. They test drove it just like Texan Jeep supposedly did (twice) and found the problem and repaired it. They both were looking for a problem but only Slaters Auto Repair diagnosed and repaired correctly. Slaters did not charge for a diagnosis / Texan Jeep did. The vehicle is running great (June 22) and shows absolutely no engine problem. The diagnosis of "engine needs to be replaced" is ridiculous. If this diagnosis was correct, the Jeep Liberty would not be running as good as it is which is perfect. Amazing they can actually try to walk away from the diagnosis. Faulty diagnosis paid for by customer. Nothing wrong with engine. They should have said, engine shows no problem. Imagine if I had put a new engine in this vehicle ($6,000.00)? Nothing wrong with engine / faulty diagnosis.Due to faulty diagnosis, funds charged for diagnosis should be returned to customer just like any other company would do. Very poor decision by Texan Jeep.     [redacted]

Regards,
I do not appreciate you saying bad things about a customer. I'm not sure who is responding to these responses but you are truly a bad customer service "agent". You have no right to talk badly about me or any customers, on the other hand I do have the right as a consumer to deter people from purchasing things from places that give bad service. It's called freedom of speech. Unfortunately you are the closest dealership to me so I have to deal with you for at least the next year and a half for my warranty needs.

Regards,
I do not believe the claim of rebates being posted twice is correct. As you state it was our responsibility to verify accuracy of the price shown online. We did that on two separate occasions over the phone with your sales staff. It was not until at the dealership that the story changed and we were told the price would be different. There was no claim of "double rebates" at this time, only that the salesman offered us a price he shouldn't have and that you would not follow through on. This price was offered by the way with full knowledge by your staff on what rebates we qualified for. His claim was that he'd offer that price "regardless of rebates".  As a customer I don't know what else we could have done to prevent this from occurring. It was a bait and switch to get us to drive 1hr to dealership and what I would describe as a shady business practice. We ended up purchasing the same exact vehicle through another dealership (for the exact price that was quoted by your salesman over the phone). As long as this complaint is filed with Revdex.com I would consider it resolved as there's really no further action to take. I do not consider it resolved, however, due to the false claim made by the buisness here.

This is just one of the lies they are telling from reviews I see I'm not the only one who has had problems with them, each and every time I come it's a customer in here with the same complaint. I have been up there not once twice but trillions of times since the third day I had my car and been given the run around this one time they speaking of was one week ago and it's not that they tried it's after they have realized I was serious and have made complaints to everyone who I possible can! I came in for which Diana I believe her name was to drop car off which was the same day she called me but it's always a miss communication once you arrive, I brought my husband with me to witness this and like always it never fails! These complaints been since June tell them to mention that and if it is me that is not doing what I need to ask them why I was told for all my promises which Casey the sales person promised I would receive but they would have to call me because the guy is not always there why haven't as little as a buffing been done to my car as well I guess that's my fault too!

Regards,

Customer came into the dealership with a concern of rough idle, and running rough. He told the service advisor he had already replaced some ignition parts, and that he needed engine diagnosis done. One of our certified trained technicians performed a diagnosis of the electrical system, and the known...

parts were found to be good. After that he performed a compression test on the engine only to find one of the cylinders had a misfire. Upon his findings he made the recommendation to have the engine replaced instead of doing a repair because of the mileage on the vehicle. The customer declined the repair and paid his diagnosis. A few days later we receive a call from the customer stating that he took his vehicle into another shop and they replaced the u-joints (which has nothing to do with the engine), and everything is fine. We placed a call to Slaters Auto Repair which is were he had his repairs done, and asked if we could find out what the customers concerns were at there shop and what repair was done. We were informed that the customer came into Slaters for a clicking noise and never mentioned anything about the way the vehicle ran. The repair that was performed at Slaters has nothing to do with a rough idle, and the customer never mentioned to slater about a rough idle only about a clicking noise. Our technician spent several hours diagnosing this customers concern and we feel he should be charged the diagnosis fee.

Texan dodge has informed Mr [redacted] we would replace his head light. Just need to set a appointment to bring it in.

We have reviewed the recording of finance transaction and Nate did disclose the coverages and customer was aware. Texan dodge has no problem refunding the amount to the customer but with the understanding that with any benefits stemmed from said products will become null and void. Thank you

There was a delay in the cancellation because it was fresh and in pending status with the warranty company we have now flat canceled the products and a check for $1840.00 will be overnighted to [redacted] today. Thanks, J. [redacted], Controller

The previous response is Texans final answer, if you read the previous response [redacted] the gsm did talk to Mr [redacted] and he chose to back out of the deal and not take the deal on the truck and we honored that.  Thanks Bert B[redacted] GM
