Mr. [redacted] was shown several vehicles to meet his financial needs. After coming to an agreement and finished the finance process, the vehicle came back with transmission issues. While in service Texan Dodge realized Mr. [redacted] was In the wrong vehicle based on the options the vehicle had. We...

realized that was not the truck we negotiated to meet his financial needs. After realizing we made a mistake We were Willing to take a loss and let him keep the truck based on Mr. [redacted] returning to sign new documentation on the correct vin (vehicle identification number). At that point Mr.[redacted] got upset and decided to take his business elsewhere.

Problem has been resolved with customer. He is scheduled to come in on 07/20/2016.

After speaking with [redacted] and sincerely apologizing for the way she was treated Texan Dodge will address here concern and hopefully keep her as a valued customer. And also connected her directly to the GM Zeke M[redacted] for any concerns in the future she might have.

The vehicle Mrs. [redacted] purchased does not have transmission issues . It had a check engine light appear and she never brought it in for service to determine what the concern was.Further we tried to trade Mrs. [redacted] out of her preowned and Mrs. [redacted] denied the deal. She wanted the same payment on a new vehicle that she currently pays on her preowned . We have done everything to try and accommodate Mrs. [redacted] at this time.

Texan Dodge was fully aware that  I was out of state and when I would return, that was discussed up front in the beginning. All they said they needed  was  a deposit.  they also knew that payment for the vehicle would be secured  on  5/30/2016 and that they receive my trade-in vehicle  not later then 6/24/2016. all this information is also in a voice mail recording on my phone that  states that everything is good to go an that  on 5/30/2016 they would contact us for payment and paper work. Texan Dodge did not inform me of any changes in the status, as fact I had to contact them on 5/30/2016 and that is when they informed me  that they sold the vehicle to someone else

After reviewing the customers concern Texan dodge did sell the vehicle but there was a issue with the customers financing so the [redacted] was put back into inventory. When the [redacted] was put back into our inventory there was a pricing mistake on the jeep. Texan dodge does provide a disclaimer on our...

website as mistakes do happen. We apologize for the mistake but can not sell the jeep for the incorrect price online. Thank you

Regards,
I drove the vehicle off the lot on Wednesday and was told that we had a deal with [redacted] for no more than 400 a month with no down payment. I was never informed that a down payment was needed. On Wednesday I was told he just had to finish the deal and that there was no problem and all I had to do was come back in to sign in finance.  Friday rolls around I called Richard to inform him I could be there Saturday to sign papers. At this point he said that there was no issue financing was set with no down payment  and even scheduled me an appointment so I would not have to wait. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday waited two hours to even talk to Richard and he then informed me that the bank would not finance because the financed amount was above 130% of the vehicle's value of around 19,xxx which I saw him circle. While the price of the truck in the deal was 20,991. we were at 132% 1100 dollars off give or take. This calculation was not in my error. If your finance department messed up on the numbers than they should have to cover the difference and make the deal that we shook hands on. It is your finance departments job to understand all the terms and limitations of a bank not mine. If there was any doubt in their mind that a deal was not reached than I should not of been told that their was a deal with a hand shake behind it much less let me drive off in your truck without signing papers.   Before you go out and accuse me of being told that I needed a down payment mabie you need to get your story straight on what really happened.  I was told a deal was done and all I had to do was sign papers. That's the bottom line.  And that deal was with NO DOWN PAYMENT.  so I would suggest that they make sure they have a deal before they tell a customer they got a deal knowing darn well that it wasn't finalized.   Good customer service is being good on your word they told me and lied to me and said I was financed and all I had to do was sign. Otherwise I would not of driven the vehicle off the lot  if I knew what was really going on.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I was never informed that there was a financing issue and that the vehicle was put back to stock...How was the the vehicle put back into stock with the price "mistakenly added"? The attachments are photos that I took before I headed to the dealership showing the 18,888 price. The photos is showing the stock #, the vin # as I have stated before..Also, this does not change the fact that I was lied to informing me, from my salesman that this vehicle was sold before I arrived to the dealership, only to sell me the same vehicle. None of this is making sense. This is a big dealership, I would think that Texas Dodge would be more careful making sure that these types of errors do not occur. My request stands as to honoring the difference on the price for this vehicle I have purchased.
Regards,

We have contacted the manufacturers technical department and was told,if the brake pads were good and the rotors are not blued ( which they are not) that there is not much we can do. This may be considered a characteristically sound emitted from the metallic disc braking system. We were advise not to replace any parts as they will not resolve this sound. Temperature, humidity, stop and go traffic, overnight oxidation all can play a role in creating this characteristically sound. If the customer would like to pursue this any further they would l need to contact [redacted] at this time there is nothing the dealership can do.

Texan dodge sent a refund check to customers lien holder two days after cancelation was requested.Mailing address given by lien holder was incorrect so another check was sent to correct address 8/8/2016.

[I am only asking for Texan Dodge to repair the dome light that they broke in the course of repairing my ABS module and nothing more. It is not a courtesy when they were the cause of the problem. I am asking that they accept the blame for causing the malfunction. I will not accept any response from Texan Dodge until they have contacted me, scheduled a repair, and repaired the issue as they have indicated. I do not trust that they will be true to their word as they have not done so up until this point. They have my contact information on file and may do so when they see fit to do so.]
Regards,

When Mrs. [redacted] brought vehicle to service we made every attempt to look at her concerns but Mrs [redacted] refused to leave her vehicle. We were even willing to provide her with a loaner car but couldn't because Mrs [redacted] did not have her license the day she was here. We have made every attempt to...

get her vehicle into service but she refuses to bring it in.

Regards,
[redacted]. The dealership has told me since three people who have heard the noise [redacted]) are not "certified [redacted]" do not qualify to to say the breaks are squeaking. Obviously replacing the pads three times is not the correct fix to this issue. The [redacted] told me that it would only cost te dealership $300 to replace the rotars, but will not take the necessary steps to making a cusomer, me, happy. If it's really only $300 to replace the rotars, [redacted]  They make thousands maybe millions of dollars a year. What is $300 to them??  They have spent more then $300 having technicians loom at my car.

Yes Texan dodge did except credit card authorization from customer after we agreed on price ,terms, and trade. But after taking info and agreeing Texan was informed by mr. [redacted] that he would not be in town to sign documents for almost 30 days. So at that point we could no longer do deal. Texan...

fully refunded mr. [redacted] and informed him we could not wait that long to finalize deal.

This is where Texan Dodge stands. We will only repairs the dome light as a courtesy. The other issues are wear and tear that comes with a vehicle with that amount of miles. Thank you

Texan dodge has called customer but have only got voicemails and daytime number is not valid. We have no issues returning customer the refund , but a check is store policy for proof of refund. Customer can come in and ask for the General Manager and he will make sure they are taken care of.

To Whom It May Concern, [redacted] came into our dealership purchased a 2008 [redacted] with a warranty that covered major components only! [redacted] then came into service with issues a little after 2 months of original purchase date, but did...

not want to pay for them even though she was made aware she would have to and decided to trade in her vehicle. The down payment for the 2015 [redacted] was credited to original purchase of the 2008 [redacted] with no down payment. Finance explained to the customer that she was trading in vehicle and had to sign trade documents. It was also disclosed to customer total amount of the 2015 [redacted] would be more than original sales price due to interest, negative equity, tax title and license at the end of her finance term.  On the customer contract copy of purchase order the amount figures are disclosed line by line and explained thoroughly. Customer test drove vehicle before she agreed on signature. [redacted] is now upset because the car is not fully loaded even after she agreed to these terms before driving away. We as Texan Dodge have done our part as a business and feel we helped this customer as best as we possibly could, given her situation. Thank you for your time.

Mr. [redacted] we are glad you found the vehicle you wanted at the price you wanted. We once again apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately, there was nothing we can do to meet the price that was once quoted to you. Again the price was listed incorrectly online at the time. We once again apologize for the confusion.

Mr. [redacted] we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that was caused by the situation. The dealership did have a price online that was to be honored if customer qualified for all stated rebates that is correct. However, at the time there was a glitch in our system and our internet rebates...

were posted twice to the vehicle instead of once causing the price to be extremely low. Our sales staff was trying to work with you by offering you the vehicle with the incentives that you may or may not have qualified for. If you look on the website there is also a disclaimer says 'We attempt to update our website in a timely manner however neither Chrysler nor the dealer can guarantee that the inventory shown will be available at the dealership. We cannot be responsible for typographical and other errors, including data transmissions or software errors that may appear on the site. If the posted price, incentive, offer or other service is incorrect due to typographical or other error we will only be responsible for honoring the correct price, incentive or offer. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information however when you are ready to purchase products or services, it is your responsibility to verify with us that all details listed are accurate.' We understand your frustration and would like to apologize once again.

Texan is not replacing a part that the manufacture does not deem as a part that needs to be replaced. This is Texans Final answer Thank [redacted]
