I do understand the frustration of the customer and would be more than happy to try and help her to get the carport. I am not able to give her the unit for free, however I would be willing to help her get the unit with no more scheduling issues, as well as a discount of $150. If the customer no... longer wants the carport, I will mail her a settlement check in the amount of $100, due to the inconvenience of dealing with the reschedules. The job was completed on 5/18/The customer has been contacted via phone and email to confirm the customer is satisfied with no response from Ms [redacted] We did confirm with the installer that the job was completedI am not sure why Ms [redacted] still has any type of concern since the job is finished

I spoke with Mr [redacted] on the phone just last weekI explained to him that we have not serviced his area since June of this year due to not having an engineer in New YorkI will be more than happy to refund any money he has paid to EagleI told Mr [redacted] last week that it would be best for him to find a local company in his area to install his carportIf Mr [redacted] decides to keep the order in place, it will be the 1st or 2nd week of October before I can have a crew in his areaIf he decides against waiting and wants to cancel, I am happy to issue the refundThank you,Chris ***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:It is a pretty big and apparently incorrect assumption that we have the same weatherA few hours distance can make a huge difference in weather, especially in the Carolinas with mountains one side and coast on the otherOur forecast has been no rain for Friday (our appointment day) since at least Tuesday and is still currently project as clear for FridayThe rain we have had has been light to heavy mist and I would not expect it to be an issueAdditionally our appointment was rescheduled on Wednesday which is pretty far out to cancel for a clear forecastThis has been the consistent trend of excuses (and inaccurate claims) and lack of dependability from EagleWhile we understand a reasonable amount of cancellations, We been patiently waiting to get a final product installed for more than a reasonable amount of time and been more than accommodating with reschedulesOur cancellations have even included no call/no showsWe eventually have to reach a point where we consider this product, as marketed and presented, as not being delivered and pursue our needs elsewhereThe final deadline is Tuesday and we can no longer continue what has been a very disruptive and lengthy processThis should not be an issue as we see a clear forecast all weekend and next weekWe are expecting that if Eagle cannot make their appointment that they make special accommodations (come earlier, work weekends, etc.) to get the matter resolvedIf this cannot be accomplished then they are expected to take responsibility of their inability to execute the order in a reasonable fashionThis should include and has now surpassed a reasonable amount of cancellations.On Tuesday evening, if we do not have our repairs made to satisfaction we will immediately purchase and schedule a similar product from another companyWe will expect Eagle to accept that they were unable to complete the order and retrieve their property with in one week (days)We will accept no financial responsibilityUpon failure to retrieve their property we will move the building, without liability, off the placement site to make room for the new company to install their product and Eagle is welcome to come retrieve itAfter that week, we will then have the building completely removed from our property.At this point, this is a final statement from us and all that we can offer to work in agreement with Eagle Regards, Nicholas [redacted]

We are sorry that the appointment time was misinformed. Our installer installed your unit yesterday evening and you signed a paper saying you wanted to pay by credit card.

Update to response sent by business MMN Reedy, I tried to go back and add another small bit of info that I forgot to mention in my response to Mr [redacted] complaintThe customer never pulled a permit to have the carport installedWe had a city official call to get info from us so that he could get his permitWith that said, we would not have been able to install his carport due to the fact that he still does not have a permit issued as of todayAny help would be much appreciated ReedyThank you!!

I am rejecting this response because:I want the canopy fixed like we asked numerous times I sit here all day waiting everytime I was told they was coming and they didnt show several timesEven had a crew at my house lied to me and said he didn't have material to fix it and he he didI talked to Gerald on phone while they were here and he heard how they were talking to me and he assured me it would be fixed and that is all we have wanted from the start Regards, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] ad placed an order through of our vendors, stating that the building was to be installed on cementThe order does not specify that the building is to be certified, as we have a specific line on all order forms that show whether or not the customer wants a certified unitAll carports, barns, or garages that are installed on a cement pad, are automatically certifiedMr [redacted] never sent in a revised order stating he wanted the building to be installed on ground, as well as to be a certified unit, installed on groundHe informed one of my schedulers that he had changed his mind about the cement, but never said anything to her about wanting the building to be certifiedHad he mentioned wanting the certification, we would have informed him that the high wind, mobile home anchors would need to be added to his order for an additional costUnfortunately I can't give him the anchors for free, however I would be willing to give him the anchors at a discounted priceIf he does not want to purchase the anchors from Eagle, he can purchase the anchors from Lowes or Home Depot and install them himselfThe anchors will cost the same no matter where he decides to purchase them

Eagle Carports has went above and beyond to try and please Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] originally ordered a 12' wide unit for his RVWe brought out the 12' wide unit only to find out that it would not fit where he wanted it installedWe then took that unit back to the shop and built a custom size 10' wide unit to accommodate Mr [redacted] 's propertyMr [redacted] was there with the contractors when they came out to install his new custom size RV coverThere was no issue at time of install with the placement of the carport or Mr [redacted] would have had the installer made the corrections at that timeOnly when Mr [redacted] tried to back his RV into the carport did he discover the difficulty of trying to park his RVAt this point he called in to let us know that he wanted our installer to come back and move the carportWe explained to him that the contractors would charge $to come back, disassemble, move the carport, then reassembleHe was upset saying he refused to pay anythingEagle then agreed to split the cost of the return trip and labor ($each) to try and rectify the situationMr [redacted] agreed to this, but now says he refuses to pay anythingThe contractors are reluctant to go back and do the job in fear of not being paid Mr [redacted] is on schedule for November the 10th and the job will be completed as long as he upholds his end of the agreement to pay the crew $Thank you,Chris ***

I will NOT pay any money for anything I have already paid for the building the roof is under warranty and a crew needs to get here to fix it I have things outside or at other locations so I can keep them safe from damage for the leaking roofIt is winter time here in upstate NY that means snow rain and the inside of my garage is not getting any dryerthis company need to hurry up and send someone out here ASAP I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]
