This merchant charged me upfront for two scheduled services, one service was performed (a permanent eyeliner), which completely came off in less than a week After this experience I decided to cancel the other service (permanent eyebrows) and asked for a refund on services NOT performed to which the merchant stated that it would take up to three business days to post on my bank, but I never received the credit, then she gave me the run around for over a week, after many calls and text messages she responded stating that her business policy did not allow for refunds, I went back to her website and looked up her refund policy and it reads as follows"Refund Policy on Services: We have a no refund policy on services performed on clients." However this policy DOES NOT apply to services NOT performed and cancelled with plenty of time

acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto ship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our Skin Cream and Eye Serum products on a day trial basis back on 10/05/and paid the shipping and handling fees of $and $Additional to trial orders the customer also ordered the Vitamin C Serum for $29.99.The trial expired on 10/19/and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/19/$for the Skin Cream and $for the Eye Serum.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 11/15/and requested for the subscriptions to be cancelled, which we didUnfortunately the customer had filed a dispute, which their financial institution and the chargeback processor ruled in our favor.Resulting in the customer’s account being flagged as a chargeback. On 12/15/2017 the customer contacted our Customer Service requesting a refundOur Customer Service provided the customer a refund of $as a courtesy despite the account being flagged as a chargebackAt this the chargeback company and financial institution will provide any additional refunds as neededWe appreciate your understanding

I purchased a facial and chemical peel deal on *** with the expectation of receiving that serviceWhat I received instead was removal of my make up, application of a "mask", a warm towel rubbed across my face, followed by (what felt and smelled like) full strength rubbing alcohol applied to my skinThen the esthetician brushed some chemicals on my face and told me to leave them on until the next morningWhen I looked in the mirror I still had eye make up smeared on my eye lids and underneath my eyes and my face was burning and redI have never before experienced such a disappointing "facial"I will never go to this business again, and I will warn my friends not to do itThis service was very poorly explained by *** and I had no choice but to book it on line, because this "salon" does not answer their phoneHad I realized that I would not be receiving the "Jessner" facial and treatment for an hour and minutes, I would never have bothered to waste my timeIt would have been helpful to have a live person answer the phone when I wanted to book my appointment to explain to me that I really was only receiving a smearing of chemicals on my face which supposedly costs double what I paid for and takes half an hourI was not even lying in that woman's chair for minutes, and had to endure her incessant complaining about her boyfriend for the full amount of time that I was lying thereI hope my skin doesn't peel or have an allergic reactionIt was a horrible experience

I was offered to try Radiant Skin serum for only $4.95 by one of the websites than run Dr. Oz’s videos. The name of the company that sold it to me is QUEENSERUM Phone 877-498-1321. During my investigation I learned that those websites constantly change their names and names of their products. Last time I called them, their name was Radiant Skin. 2 weeks later they charged my credit card $ 94.95 for so called subscription I signed while paying for the serum.
Let's be honest: most of people do not read all those terms and conditions to the end when they pay for products. They just pay the price that was advertised. And the Doctor Oz is taking advantage of the busy people like you and I. Shame on Doctor Oz and companies that represent him. This all has to stop.
I do not know what legal actions I could take.
But I know for sure that Dr. Oz and the companies behind him should stop playing those subscription games, and should let people know how much he is charging for his products actually.
