Radiant Skin offered a sample of SkinLush for $4.95 shipping and handling. We didn't like the product and had no way to contact them to cancel future purchases. A new charge has appeared which we intend to dispute. According to our on-line searches, this is a common occurrence with many still trying to resolve the problem.

Talked with [redacted] this morning. Offered her a refund. I was told by [redacted] " she has rescheduled her appointment on line for this Saturday May 2, 2015 @ 10:30am which I personally confirmed for her. She is not asking for a refund but will like to continue coming in for services". Explained to...

her, we sent notices out on line & left calls in advance,  to let her know we will be out of the office,  if she could reschedule please. She says she had not received any of them. She still will like to continue coming to our office for serves!

I purchased a facial and chemical peel deal on [redacted] with the expectation of receiving that service. What I received instead was removal of my make up, application of a "mask", a warm towel rubbed across my face, followed by (what felt and smelled like) full strength rubbing alcohol applied to my skin. Then the esthetician brushed some chemicals on my face and told me to leave them on until the next morning. When I looked in the mirror I still had eye make up smeared on my eye lids and underneath my eyes and my face was burning and red. I have never before experienced such a disappointing "facial". I will never go to this business again, and I will warn my friends not to do it. This service was very poorly explained by [redacted] and I had no choice but to book it on line, because this "salon" does not answer their phone. Had I realized that I would not be receiving the "Jessner" facial and treatment for an hour and 15 minutes, I would never have bothered to waste my time. It would have been helpful to have a live person answer the phone when I wanted to book my appointment to explain to me that I really was only receiving a smearing of chemicals on my face which supposedly costs double what I paid for and takes half an hour. I was not even lying in that woman's chair for 20 minutes, and had to endure her incessant complaining about her boyfriend for the full amount of time that I was lying there. I hope my skin doesn't peel or have an allergic reaction. It was a horrible experience.

Review: I have had 4 appointments scheduled with [redacted]. Of the 4, I have only been able to complete 2! She cancels or reschedules. The appointment on 03/21/2015 was for 2pm. I received a text message the day before asking if I could come in a 12:15pm. I agreed and arrived at 12pm. I waited until 12:39pm when she came out of her appointment with someone else and in the meantime 3 other guests arrive for appointments at 12pm, 12:15pm and 12:30pm. So I am double booked and there is 15 minutes booked between appoinments. The last appointment she did not show up for and I wasted an hour an a half of my day. I left a message for her on the door and never received a call back to rebook the appointment. I tip $40 each visit and I have bought on the 2 occassions I was able to be seen. Unfortunately, you waste a lot of time trying to get into your appointment and although I have booked my appointments well in advance (some were booked for months) all being 3 to 4 weeks apart and I have been only able to be seen twice in the last 4 months. On 03/14/2015, I arrived for my appointment on time and waited approximately 30 minutes before going to the door to find that [redacted] was not there. I left a note for her to please call me to reschedule and never received a call. The last appointment I attempted to have a scheduled appointment was on 04/04/2015 and I received an e-mail confirmation for the appointment and for the 4th time in a row I wasted my time going to my appointment only to find that [redacted], again, was a no call no show. After having waited for ten minutes I knocked on the door and left a note advising I expect a full refund for the services of treatments I purchased and I will find another place to go to.

If I owned Radiant Skin, as I have owned a Salon myself before, I would not have anyone work for me that has such poor time management and communication skills as her poor performance reflects back on the company.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to have a place to go to Radiant Skin for any issues like this in the future that is responsive to concerns. The only phone numbers that are listed are to the Radiant Skin locations and half of the time, no one answers or picks up. You will only get the person that you have already expressed concerns with and no resolution is ever provided. I am asking for a full refund of my package or a different treatment specialist at the same location to provide the services of a One year microdermabrasion, micro-needling or chemical peel to be completed. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

This merchant charged me upfront for two scheduled services, one service was performed (a permanent eyeliner), which completely came off in less than a week. After this experience I decided to cancel the other service (permanent eyebrows) and asked for a refund on services NOT performed to which the merchant stated that it would take up to three business days to post on my bank, but I never received the credit, then she gave me the run around for over a week, after many calls and text messages she responded stating that her business policy did not allow for refunds, I went back to her website and looked up her refund policy and it reads as follows. "Refund Policy on Services: We have a no refund policy on services performed on clients." However this policy DOES NOT apply to services NOT performed and cancelled with plenty of time.

Review: I order a "free 14-day trial" eye care cream. Less than 14 days after I received it I was notified that since I did not cancel my subscription, I now owed $89.15 . After talking to the representative I asked what additional produce I got for that price since they refused to refund me. She told me that was for the product I got. The product I got was .5ounces. I again said, this product was advertised

free(minus the $4.95 postage fee). She said,"This is America, nothing is free". I thought this was very unfair since I am on a fixed income. I didn't want this to happen to any other senior citizen, who fails to read the fine print.

Review: November 8th, 2014 I received Avoir Skin(0.50fl oz) and Velour Skin(0.5fl oz) that I ordered on a trial basis. I ordered a trial Avoir anti-aging Serum and Velour Skin Cream from Dr. Oz's recommendation online. I believed I was getting samples to try for 14 days. I received a call from a man on Monday 11/10th or Tuesday 11/11th. He wanted know if I had used the products, I told him no, and that, I did not want to use it. And that I am willing to return it. He explained that it was mine to keep. I asked him to cancel both, so that, I wouldn't get additional charges. He said he would. He seemed displeased, but not nasty, he told me he would take care of it. On November 19th, the company billed me $98.73 for one and $94.53 for the other, to my debit card. There was no money in my account to cover these charges, my credit union charged me a $25.00nsf for each, $50.00 plus $193.26 totaling $243.26. The only thing I failed to do, is get HIS name and confirmation numbers. I called their company and spoke to a representative name Stephanie that told me I had 14 days to cancel, after I didn't cancel, I had to pay for the charges. Stephanie told me, she could send more serum to off set the charges. What sense does that make? I told her and the young man, I didn't want the product. It had already charged my credit card $4.95 and $3.95. I asked her, if her company, didn't have a way of tracking who the young man was that called me. She repeated again, the only thing, she could do for me, was to send more serum. After giving me two confirmation numbers for the products, she told me my account would be on HOLD. I asked her to explain that, and she said I might change my mind. I covered again, with her, the same information. It is like they are not listening. When I started researching the company, I found some negative reviews, and called my credit card company to make sure there would be no more charges from this company, and they informed me, they can bill me again.Desired Settlement: The company owes me $243.26. I'm guilty of not getting the confirmation numbers, as well as, the young man's NAME WHO CONTACTED ME, A FEW DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS. This is my first and last time ordering anything. Normally, I can find what ever I want in stores. Perhaps this company put much pressure on their representatives to sell, sell, sell. I believe, hadn't money, bonus been attached to this, the young man would have cancelled as he said he would. UNHAPPY I AM WITH THIS COMPANY!

Review: August 2014 order a sample of product 4.95 paid and told them to cancel any further shipments on that same day . Sept they charged my account 188.88 which I did not authorize My bank put the money back into my account . One of the calls was from my cell I spoke to someone was told go back to my bank. Bank cannot do anything else, now cell phone is blocked everyone I spoke with gave a different answer , did not show any respect toward me , or wanted to listen to what I had to say This company along with crystal clear skin is a scam . They owe me 89.15. I cannot use their products,Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of 89.15 , either to my bank or cashiers check sent to my home . take the Revdex.com logo off their website

Review: I ordered a free sample product from Radiant Skin. It was only supposed to cost shipping & handling (2.95) On the 1-11 I noticed Rasiant Skin had taken a payment of 89.73 out of my account. I called customer service and was told I only had 14 days from the day I ordered it to send it back or somethin. I ordered it 12-27-13 I didnt even have it 14 days. Im not sure I understand I wasnt supposed to be hooked up to monthly shipments They finally credited half 44.86 into my account. I still do not feel thats fair The ad said a free trial sample if I pay 2.95 shipping. The ad never said anything else about monthly products or cancellation fees.Desired Settlement: I want my 44.87 back
