We were treated like Gold and purchased a vehicle which we are very happy with. Larry Groom asked me to call him to see how we made out. I called Larry to thank him for the referral.
He then asked how we had made out with getting our taxes back. We still have not received that money so Larry bent over backwards to help us, even though we didn't even purchase our car from him! What an amazing company this is, and of course Larry. He said he hated to see people getting ripped off from sleazy dealerships which the one we had dealt with is!

This morning an unexpected minus 21 following highs of -3 ... Get into my truck and while enroute to work the windshield defrost - fan/blower decides to quit unexpectedly. I turn around knowing that my best go to place is Auto gallery staff persons and the owner Dan [redacted]. Sure enough they welcomed me with their usual professional approach, rolled my truck into their service repair shop even though they were busy - gave me a coffee, a smile, a comfy waiting room & said 'Let us take a look'. Less than a 30 minute wait they had me in a loaner car and said 'see you later -we hope to have your truck fixed by end of day. And, they did just that. By 6:00 p.m. I had my truck back in good repair. I always invest in the full warranty when I purchase my vehicles from Auto Gallery. The warranty is precise reliable and well worth the extra dollars you pay to obtain it. THANK YOU AGAIN staff from Auto Gallery."
