I am from Toronto, Ontario and was looking for a 2013 mustang GT convertible in the surrounding area but could not find one. I thought of looking nationally, and am I glad I did. [redacted] of Auto Gallery Winnipeg answered all my questions, took extra pictures of the car so I could see it was in great shape. They recommended a car carrier company to ship it to Toronto. Auto Gallery was easy to deal with and very professional. Even adding the cost of shipping still made the total price of the mustang very competitive. Ontarians should not be worried about buying out of province from Auto Gallery. Thanks for the beautiful mustang.

I recently purchased a truck from Autogallery that came with some aftermarket accessories including a lift kit. Shortly after purchase, a knocking noise was heard from the front end. Being under factory warranty still, I had full confidence it would be fixed at the Ford dealership at no cost. They uncovered an issue with the aftermarket lift kit that wasn't under warranty and as such, they wouldn't be able to repair it without it becoming "expensive", according to the service representative at the Ford dealership. Being as the truck was less than a couple months old to me, my undersatandable first reaction was to become quite stressed. Thankfully for me, I took the advice from family and friends and purchased through Autogallery. Steven, my sales representative and Nathan, the used vehicle sales manager (I believe that is his position, apologies if wrong) assured me whatever had to be done to fix the lift kit will be done. They provided me with a courtesy car over the weekend, and had my vehicle repaired by first thing Monday morning and at the Ford dealership at my request waiting for a Ford authorized alignment and verification the problem was repaired. When I picked up my vehicle from Autogallery, they also had a cheque for the amount I had paid to Ford on the previous Friday, some $270 for uncovering this issue waiting for me, leaving me owing absolutely nothing out of pocket. All of this I would honestly expect after making such a major purchase, however, as most consumers know, expectations and reality are often two different things. The fact that Autogallery did the right thing right out of the gate with no questions asked, speaks volumes in my opinion. My only criticism would be a Service Manager named Rick. Although it didn't cost me anything, Rick at first insisted to my Ford service representative that they wouldn't be paying for the alignment as this repair was the result of an accident. I assume Rick had heard through my emails to Nathan and Steven I had an MPI repair being done at Ford the week prior as well as diagnosing the front end noise, and tried to link the two hoping to possibly get out of paying? In fact the MPI repair was a vandalism claim, which I never disclosed in my emails. Being an incurable optomist, I hoped that Rick was just severely ill informed of the overall picture, which obviously turned out to be the case. The annoyance of an ill informed service manager however was barely a blip on the radar considering the amazing service and reassurance I had received from everyone I had actually met 'in person' there. Great dealership, and look forward to many years of future business there as well as recommending to family and friends alike.

I have now bought three vehicles from Auto Gallery and have been very pleased with their ability to find a vehicle quickly that you are looking for. Any issue I have encountered has been remedied immediately to my total satisfaction. I find the staff courteous and professional. I have also found their pricing to be competitive especially when I know any issues will be looked after. I am very very pleased with all my dealings with Auto Gallery and prefer dealing with local businesses.
