This complaint is about the (RSS) Radio Shopping Show (SOCO Radio) On 12/2/I was listening to the Radio Shopping ShowThey had a deal come on for people for [redacted] on N AcademyI thought this would be a suitable place to take my grandkids, so I got in on the deal I purchased the voucher for admissions to [redacted] and the price was $ I had until 3/2/to use these per the expiration date on the vouchersOn Saturday, 1/13/we decided to use these and take the Grandkids there Upon arriving and presenting the vouchers we are told by the manager, that they are no longer accepting these vouchers, and they are fraudulent She them proceeded to tell me she has contacted The Radio Shopping Show on several occasions and informed them of that decisionThis morning 1/15/2018, I went to the RSS office to ask for a refund for these vouchersI was told by the very rude and unprofessional girl at the front desk that they have a No Refund Policy but can of

Radio Show sold me a certificate for air duct cleaningThe company to do the cleaning stated they would not do the cleaning after delays and cancellations, They never even called me to tell me thatTold me to contact the Radio Show and get a refundCalled the Radio Show and they said no refundThe certificate had expired, even though the company that was to provide the cleaning delayed and never told me they refused to clean the ductsI only want the price of the certificate refunded$

STAY AWAY FROM RSS!!! RSS is giving away much more than I authorized!!! In exchange for radio advertising, I offered some Gift Certificates valued at $ The GCs would completely cover a two night stay in a Queen Studio at our lodging and could be used towards an upgrade to a larger unitI also gave RSS several rules for use that were to be included and the only one that (sort of) was, mentioned Black Out Dates, which there are a lot of, because it's the only way I could include summer at all It was also to say, "New Customers Only, nights must be consecutive, not valid with other offers, Pet-Stay Fees extra, etc." I just had an already established customer arrive with two of theses certificates, each of which say "Value $420"!!!! WTH!!! We have done these kinds of promotions with other entities before and we specifically offer $so we have an opportunity for upgrades WITH PAYMENT! I purchased a number of certificates on the Radio Shopping Show with airs on *** FMNew contact number for RSS is***, Colorado Springs Co 80915, phone number is 719-***)I purchased the certificates in February and March
Two of the certificates were for auto detailing with ***, phone number 719-***I called to schedule an appointment and talked with *** who stated she did not authorize the Radio Shopping Show to sell certificates and that the RSS had not followed thru with their contract
I then contacted *** a business where I purchased another certificate from RSS on 02/14/ I talked with the owner Ben *** who stated he would not honor the certificate He stated he had asked the RSS to stop selling the certificates in He said the RSS was dishonest and fraudulent The RSS sold several certificates to *** during the months of February and March
I called RSS on 04/03/

I've used RSS to purchase a number of restaurant vouchersThey were all accepted and I paid for the meals without a problem

They lure you in with wonderful dealsWhat they do not tell you is most of the deals if not all are with business struggling to make ends meet or with below horrible ratings They will also overcharge your card and then refuse to give you a refundThey are rude and condescending when talking to anyone or about anyoneIf I could give them a less than one star rating I would

I am a small business owner and my reputation in Colorado Springs and surround communities is now tarnished by The Radio Shopping Show I was contacted by Marty in June of Like other reviews on here he was offering free advertising in exchange for $vouchers ( no minimum purchase just $in free product)He called me the next day to ask if he could increase the vouchers to $because he was partnering with a near by hotel and make it vouchers instead of I said yes, as radio advertising south of Denver is not in my advertising budget I started seeing vouchers on July 1st and by the end of the day I was at vouchers By mid morning July 2nd I had received all vouchers, or so I thought By that afternoon I was turning people away with vouchers In total I turned away addition vouchers as of July 4th It is now September 14th and I am still turning people with vouchers awayI have lost count at how many angry people I have turned away and tell them to contact Marty directly I did get an apology from Marty and the promise of a free vacation for the screw up but have not received anything from him I do not know how many vouchers are still outstanding but at this rate I am likely to find the end soon, I hopeThis is a scam, don't fall victim to itThese are snake oil salemens at there finest

I placed an order with them today at 10:30, I was a little bummed because they did not mention that the pick up office was not open until noon; they did mention they would be closed at and I have to pick up everything or I'd lose itI went ahead and went all the way to the other side of town just to find out that they were closed, not a big deal but then I get a phone call from their officeSome lady says I need to give her my credit card right this minute I explained I couldnt since I'm not near my wallet but I would give it to them when I got to your officeShe said absolutely not and she revoked me! She said I can no longer shop at their show ever and disconnected the phone call

These people are swindlers and lying to consumers do not use them you will be sorry

The radio shopping show on *** FM should be shut down, they are nothing but a scam and they say you get a deal but all of the places I bought stuff from either do not call you back or you have to spend more money to get a deal, that's not a deal to me and I got a certificate for a tattoo at EZ Ink tattoos and they aren't ever open and they don't call you back!! Horrible service!!

I was very happy with the service at the radio shopping show provided the certificates I got were worth way more than the price I paid so I was a very happy shopper the staff was very helpful and the process was quick thank you radio shopping show

We had an agreement with them to sell vouchers for experiences at our business in exchange for advertising on their programThe "advertising" is little more than whenever they mention the name of the business and say that their price is a really great dealI have mistakenly worked with them twiceIt might be different for restaurants but I have never had a group who bought a voucher ever upgrade their experience to bring in actual revenue to my business, nor have I ever had a regular customer come in and say that they heard about us through the RSS and then decided to give us a try
Worse still with this second batch of vouchers they sold additional vouchers beyond the that I had authorized and I have been dealing with that mess for over a monthEasy money for them and they screw over the businesses that are just trying to get some visability and reach out to new customersWe have lost money in additional product that we gave away or sold at a deep discount to poor customers who got sold fraudulent vouchersWe have been stuck footing the bill for their [RSS] dishonest practices
Do not work with them, do not buy from them, do not trust them

The manager will not help you replace or exchange any of these so called certificates and only act hatefully discriminating against you and your families needsMost awful experience and complete waste of money

When you get vouchers AS Stated there is a Catch for food there states a mandatory 20% gratuity not stated when they sell on the AIR before you can see the vouchers you PAY then read the fine print its nothing but a scam Then there is a statement NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS ITS **

Someone named Marty called wanting to trade us advertising time on some radio stations on the Front Range to promote our area of Colorado in exchange for a promotional giveaway I have never heard from him or his company, never received a contract or any information I have received a phone call from someone saying he purchased an item of ours from the radio station and wants to redeem it He did not win in a promotion, but actually paid the radio station $99! It appears Marty sells his customers something he does not even own The email address of the Marty is a gmail account Not even a company that owns it's own email account Seems very fraudulent I would give stars if it were an option
