I purchased of the packages offered at $each, plus a fee of $for using my credit card to have the certificates mailed to me instead of driving to the Radio Shopping Show office Total should have been $total When we received the certificates, the enclosed receipt was for $ I contacted the office and spoke with the representative that took my order originally She said the orders were for $each This is not accurate I wrote down the information at the time This seems like a scam Will never do business with them again Guess the saying correct...."if it's too good to be true, It probably is!"

I certainly wish I had checked here before doing "business" with the Radio Shopping Show!
Marty was misleading in his "sales" pitch and as soon as I realized what he was doing, I told him to stop selling stays at my cabins
He has never communicated anything to me besides messages saying, "Sorry, I'll call you tomorrow." Or, "Sorry I didn't call." I have requested a copy of the ad and a list of people who purchased the certificates I have been requesting this information for over three months
I have honored two certificates, because I feel sorry for the people who got ripped off Both the certificates have the wrong phone number and our home address on them! No wonder people have been showing up at our house asking for a room!

I purchased something through their radio sales and did not receive what I purchased They won't refund my money because they have a no refund policy

August I contacted the radio shopping show and ordered some food values in the am I forgot to pick up the food values I was suppose to pay with cash I due have a credit card on file but did not auth them to use itwhen I was charged weeks later I called up nicole who is the office manager and explained to her I didnt auth them to use my card what do people do if they dont have cards on file? so she said she had verbal auth to charge cards if we didnt pick up our things that day I asked her to pull up the verbal auth or signed paper she told me she couldnt not due that so because of our disagreement she decided to suspend my acounti went in and spoke to the owner martin or martyan they said they would unsuspend my account which they never did so when I called in a month or two later mike over the live radio show said he couldnt process orders on my account and that was humiliating so I came in and spoke to a woman with blonde hair who unsuspended my acountnow june

On May 17, 2014 I purchased multiple items to receive the "free vouchers" for 2 trips for 2 to include airfare & hotel vacation getaway to various locations. As I was ordering coupons I specifically noted I am buying items to get vouchers to use as a small family trip. At no point was I asked my age or the age of my family members. They assured me vouchers would arrive in the mail in about 3 days.
I began calling after I hadn't received them in over a week, and didn't get a call back. I continued to call and eventually was able to reach the secretary, I was told they had been sent however I hadn't received them still within a week of this call. I was getting concerned because the vouchers for the getaway have an expiration date and I eventually went to the office to get them. Upon review of the certificate it noted "This certificate is valid for a reservation registration form offering 2 adults 21 years of age or older 2 nights of ......" which was not indicated and would keep my children from joining my husband and I on our "getaway". I called the office and was told I could use a different certificate( which I didn't have) to go to another location and would be responsible for the airfare which was covered in the one I had. (This is not what I wanted) so then was told I could contact the Fun Rewards for You redemption center to explore options that don't require 21 y/o limit however never heard anything back from them regarding my questions. (Needless to say my certificate was going to expire 2 months from the time of purchasing and by this time I had a couple weeks until expiration).
I have stopped in the Radio Shopping office more than 5 or 6 X to address this and was met with evasive and avoidant responses by the secretary.
I again tried to reach the Fun Rewards redemption center and they noted the Radio Shopping Show can issue a new non expired certificate sooooo.... I went back to the office and asked to speak with the manager, the secretary walked into the room behind the front desk, was in there for several minutes and upon her return proceeded to tell me "he must have stepped out", I left my numbers to contact me, needless to say he hasn't attempted to contact me. Today I called and was able to speak directly to him. He proceeded to make the following statements "Do you really think I care what you have to say? I have 100,000 shoppers. What do I need you for". As I proceeded to share my situation he indicated "I don't care what you have to say" "do you think what you say matters to me? I have 3 homes". When I expressed my difficulty reaching him and my unsuccessful attempts to reach him he stated "I am very busy, I have 11 radio stations, I am THE boss". I told him as the boss I would imagine he may understands the value of customer service at which time he again stated "Do you really think I care what you have to say? I have 100,000 shoppers and have 3 homes". So I validated how very impressive his success is which was again met with condescending narrative. I reflected at this time the Revdex.com rating of F which appears to be valid given my customer service experience and he in conclusion responded "What do I need you for...?" When asking for his manager he shared again "I am the boss".
Well "Boss"......................... less than impressive! Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!

I have become a new shopper with them. I love there deals, and there office staff is always so kind and welcoming whenever I go in.

Had an issue with a product and when we contacted the sales manager, they were rude and disrespectful. My wife was yelled at by the employee and treated poorly. We attempted to contact the manager Mr. [redacted], but he has not responded to call or email and it has been 6 months. I am very disappointed in their customer service and the lack of response when confronted with the issue.
