We contacted the resident and her issues have been resolved

I have personally reached out to apologize and let the resident know that I can be a point of contact moving forward if needed We let the resident know that we accepted her personal check and waived the late fees per her request We have also noted on her account that she was not late this month and removed her account information from the online portal through our IT Department

After viewing all documentation and pictures on file from this resident Her total deposits were $and all monies were applied to her move-out charges The final statement she received in Sept.’is accurate and no adjustments will be made The amount due is and she will need to contact Rent Collect Global to satisfy this debt The telephone number is 888-313-9662.As for the VOR it was sent to Resort at the Lakes on 9/and faxed back to Total Real Estate of Nevada on 9/4/by Resort at the Lakes office. The moving charges she incurred are charges she would have incurred anyway and Resort at the Lakes is not responsible for these charges[redacted] ***Administrative Assistant | ConAm ManagementO: 702- [redacted]

Additional
deposits are sometimes required when a new occupant
resides in the apartment home. In order to stay consistent we
use a third party company to run background and credit checks on all our
occupants. At times these reports will come back with additional deposits
required. To make your payment of $easier we have agreed to allow you
to make payments starting in January 2016. We hope this helps *** ***Vice PresidentConAm Arizona

Mr. [redacted] Ms. [redacted] was contacted by the Community Manager and invited to come by the office so we could review her account in detail with her.   This meeting took place on 3/15.  The entire account was reviewed and all charges, credits and balances due were discussed.  The entire confusion was related to Ms. [redacted]s transfer following a fire into a different unit.  Ms. [redacted] left the office happy and with full knowledge of her account.  She collected her deposit check that had been waiting for her at the property and will return with a new check for the deposit on her new apartment. To the best of my knowledge Ms. [redacted] is happy and all is well. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me Thank You

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am appalled by Ms. [redacted]'s response. I can understand that this may be "routine" to the company, but this is NOT routine to me. The charges will absolutely NOT stay as is, and if Ms. [redacted] is unable or unwilling to assist with my case, I request that I am referred to her superior, as I can understand that she may not have fully understood my complaint, or maybe does not have the resources to assist. Once again.... I am not denying that I have the charges, I am requesting a "re-evaluation" of the bill, with consideration of what it cost me to do business with Resort At The Lakes. The following message by Ms. [redacted] of, "The moving charges she incurred are
charges she would have incurred anyway and Resort at the Lakes is not
responsible for these charges." Is completely incorrect, also, the tone of this message is offensive. Total Realty contacted Resort At The Lakes NUMEROUS times before the 1st 2nd and 3rd. Meaning, I would absolutely NOT have incurred the extra moving charges that  I did, if they would have responded in a timely manner, and I could have moved from my old place to my new place period.  If you would like the fax confirmations showing how many times Total Realty contacted Resort at the Lakes, simply call the Broker's Assistant [redacted], who wrote the letter I attached, and she can confirm. In all, the point of this complaint is that Resort At the Lakes cannot simply decide that I owe an amount, NEVER contact me, notify me, or show me an actual bill, then decide they will just go ahead and write it off, because it has been "long enough to do so". At the VERY least they should have notified me during the numerous calls I made after moving out. Please be advised, that if you do not take the proper steps to correct this through the Revdex.com you will leave me no other option but to practice my rights as a consumer, and reach out to THE STATE OF NEVADA - DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY REAL ESTATE DIVISION, and proceed to submit an official complaint on Resort at The Lakes and ConAm. I am also allowed to publicly submit that report to the Local News outlets so my fellow consumers are aware of what type of treatment they will receive when dealing with ANY of the properties managed by ConAM. No one is happy to hear of the negligent treatment received from a company. But it is managements responsibility to assist when needed. Also, please provide the bill, that describes exactly what the 519.71 bill consists of,  as I have never actually seen this bill, and I would like to have record of the bill in-case I do end up having  to reach out to the The Nevada Department of Business- Real Estate DivisionYou ( the company and your employees) REALLY should have made a little more effort than that reply of yours, to my complaint. I am trying here. I have been
trying and I am getting NO EFFORT from this company in return, that is
why I am I am not "accepting the response made by your business"Thank you for your time,[redacted]

Upon review of the charges against the resident’s deposit, the manager will waive the Insufficient Notice charge of $295.  The remaining $189 will remain the responsibility of the former resident.  A refund of $111 will be forthcoming.

Ms. [redacted],
I would like to apologize to you in the manner the response was submitted to Revdex.com. I merely gave bullet points as to why the charges are valid and did not mean to disrespect you in anyway.
Let me start by going over the charges. I contacted Resort at the Lakes to gather all written documentation, pictures, invoices, etc. and based on all my findings the charges are accurate and fair. You are certainly welcome to go by Resort at the Lakes office and examined the pictures taken after you moved out, and you will agree the apartment was not left as when you moved in.
A copy of your final statement was mailed to you in September, 2015; however you did not leave a forwarding address with the office, and your statement was mailed to the last known address, which was the property address. If you submitted a forwarding address they would have forwarded your mail to the correct address you listed with the post office. During this time no attempt to contact the office was ever made in regards to your final statement. I can certainly forward you a copy of your final statement with a breakdown of the itemized charges you incurred. Please provide me an email address or mailing address so that I can forward you a copy.
Below is a breakdown of all your charges and credits:
