[redacted] effectively communicated that there would be an additional phone call to go over concerns not included in the email. The phone call in which we felt we were brushed off in our concerns and being strong armed into accepting a poor product and installation. The very same event that triggered us starting this Revdex.com complaint. It seems we are going around in circles. We would like this to be treated in a serious manner and stop brushing off the issues of a violated contract and improper installation. We feel Long Fence is playing a game. We do not appreciate this. Before we know it, it will be spring. We already were unable to finish landscaping and plant for spring. With this pace we're looking at loosing an entire year worth of gardening and outdoor landscaping. This pushes back even more projects.Either replace the fence and compensate us for our lost time and the aggravation, or refund us our money in it's entirety so we can move on and have a referential company install a proper fence.

We have the gate scheduled to be installed Friday January 8th with the customer.

We are meeting the customer to resolve the issues. Tell us why here...

We have discussed a resolution with the customer for the additional work.

The delay in regarding my complaint is the fact that when I brought this issue up with Long Fence they said they were putting me on the schedule.  Long Fence made empty promises of putting me on the schedule to make repairs.  Then they would try putting some caulk to fix the leaking....

  This of course did not work.  I continued to complain and Long Fence continued to tell me that they would fix the problem.  Then Long Fence from one office explained that the other office had cut the product to short and as it expands and contracts it leaves space which contributes to the leaking.   Now the company that made the product went out of business and Long Fence tried to buy all that was left.   Unfortunately they were unable to find enough of the product to correct the leak.  To resolve the issue Long Fence had to remove the decking and place a linoleum floor and a guttering system to stop the leaking.   I have complained about the rotten doors as well.  One of the Long Fence workers, Walt told me that I should worry bout getting the deck fixed first and then worry about the doors secondly.  Now the owner is stating that he never heard anything about the doors.   I have complained from the start.   Mr R[redacted], one of the owners has no intentions of fixing my doors and he is trying to wait this out as long as possible in hopes that I will not pursue this issue.   I have already expressed my thought with Mr R[redacted] and he wants me to wait until he can fit me on his schedule which will be another 3 years. Thank you[redacted]

I spoke to the customer last week. I told her my superintendent was on vacation and we would schedule a visit to look at the doors in the next two weeks. In addition the quote provided to us from Home depot shows the work being done at her Office Address, not Her home Address. She said this was an error and would be corrected.

I am rejecting this response because:Vendor claimed parts were on order and would be installed in 10 to 14 days. They lied. They do not respond. Correct deficiencies provided in our several on-site meetings and in multiple texts to salesman. Install gates properly in accordance with drawings and standards of craftsmanship wherein things that should obviously align are aligned. Install pergola with gates in accordance with drawings and standards of craftsmanship wherein things that should obviously aligned are aligned. Relocate wrongly placed arbor for $100.Complete the contracted work to match agreed upon scope per contract within 2 weeks. Respond to customer. Do not ignore customer. Provideo requested MD license to practice business to customer as requested. Stop putting off responsibility for errors. Fix them. Competently do this job right once and for all. If you need money ask your insurance company that covers you for your own negligence. Your errors and delays have caused a backlog of work we cannot complete and our project schedule

2016, I was advised by your office that they had forwarded a copy of a complaint that I filed in regards to the installation of a fence by Long Fence Company Inc. The email stated that a copy of the complaint had been forwarded to Long Fence for review and comment. Approximately thirty minutes later I was contacted by a Mr. Jeff F[redacted] from Long Fence who stated he was not aware of the situation and wanted to correct the matter to my satisfaction. On August 8, 2016 a crew from Long Fence arrived at my residence and reinstalled the fence and corrected the issue at hand.I am pleased to advise you that the situation has been resolved and I consider the matter closed.Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Sincerely,[redacted]
