I have made several attempts to speak to [redacted] over the last few days. I spoke with her when the gas line was hit, and apologized for the inconvenience. We installed a walkgate at no additional charge and did not charge her for the removal of her existing fence.
We have not received any cash. Our installers was not given cash. I am surprised that a person paying cash would not request documentation of the transaction when handing drone a large sum of money. The balance is due and owing.
We dispute this complaint. We worked with the customer to secure financing for the project. In addition once we were to start we had several obstacles in the way of the fence. Piles of yard debris, trampolines etc. That we moved at our expense to help facilitate the install.

I have reached out to [redacted], and have had no response to a request to discuss the project. she emailed me to ask what was the best number to reach me and has never called. We were onsite to do some service repairs. We will be back this Saturday to complete for the customer.
