Dan P. was extremely helpful. He tested our water and explained what the results meant. He explained how the water softener works and how it would be installed. He explained the difference between a filter and reverse osmosis. He explained the warranty and gave installation timelines. We were very impressed.

We had a great experience with RainSoft of Northern Michigan. I sent an email to them on their website on a Sunday afternoon and received a phone call Monday at 9:00a. Maxine arranged to have a technician at my door by 1:00p that afternoon. Dominic arrived at 1:00p. The problem was solved in a short time. Dominic was knowledgeable, professional, and wasted no time determining the problem with our softener. Well done! Thanks to Dominic an Maxine.

Rain Soft has a very good find in Brandon ... He really knows water!! Very good demonstration and answered all questions with great knowledge. I will certainly recommend RainSoft ..I am very happy with the install also all went very smoothly
