Greg the owner and Pual had my envoy for three months
They stated truck would be fixed for by the end of each week they were paid 2,000$ to fix transmission and transfer case
Employees cut through the frame under the transfer case casing truck to malfunction
The Vehicle no longer pass N.YState inspection and did damage to vehicle putting my family at risk and cases further damages to vehicle
After spend 2,000$ I found out the touched and cut my frame which caused a blow out on thruway and Damages
I rented a a car for months and problem acured from February 14/to June
My vehicle is not safe to drive and I am going to file in small claims if there is not a immediate Seattlement

I paid for The services on my transmission and fenders to be done I’m 9//and since then they have not completed the service of fixing and installing my transmission and the keep giving me a date and time of when it will be done but upon showing up on those time and date the give me another time and date this has been going on for over weeks and now they say it will get done when it gets done

I own a Freelander, Range RoverLast year sometime in fall, the vehicle was misfiring and was not driving regularlyI reached out to Greg for serviceGreg happily towed my vehicle to his shopHonestly, I was not in a rush in repairing vehicle as I own a second vehicleIn March of I began contacting the shop to inquire about finishing my vehicleGreg gives numerous excuses and has not repaired my vehicleIt is now mid July and still I have yet to obtain my vehicleAccording to Greg staff the vehicle needs a tune up

A honest, understanding and fun persona that just radiated that he truly wanted to help me pick out the perfect diamond, regardless of how much I was going to spend.
Talking about price... they beat out all of the places that I went to... even the online stores! It was truly amazing. I would not even think about going anywhere else. Stop wasting your time searching and just check out Raleigh Diamond and see for yourself!
