For the customer's protection and security, [redacted] provides access only to the cardholder. This information is also listed online at RalphLauren.com. We provided Mr. [redacted] with a promotion code to ensure free shipping on his next order. We also advised that the items Mr. [redacted] requested for an exchange were no longer available.
Mr. [redacted] contacted RalphLauren.com on [redacted] 12, 2016, suggesting that we had not honored the exchange request. We advised we were unable to place the exchange order when [redacted] is the form of payment, the items requested are no longer in stock, and provided a 2nd free shipping promotion code.
Once RalphLauren.com was notified of the Revdex.com Complaint we attempted to contact the customer via phone, (XXX) XXX-XXXX, to try and place a new order using new style numbers.
