Posted on the front desk is signage that states that this is a non-smoking facilityHowever Mrs*** decided to smoke in her room which was not a smoking roomAll smoking rooms were discontinued in the beginning of the year, however it seems as though Ramada had not updated their website stating thisI will process a refund of $(the smoking fee) for Mrs*** and would advise her to make sure she confirms with the property directly that she intends to stay with to ensure they do in fact offer smoking roomsBecause with a Brand as large as Ramada it is hard to keep all specific hotel Pages up to dateEspecially when the hotel doesn't even run the web page

*** *** ***I had a few things to add to my response regarding my complaint with the Ramada Inn in Sterling, CO.The attachment sent by the hotel is not the copy that I signed (clearly, as it lacks my signature)There was a rate code of SMO on the original reservation which I signedIt is possible this paper came from one of the subsequent rooms I was placed in (see my original complaint, I had to switch rooms twice)Even if I am misremembering the code, which I'm 99% sure I am not, as my husband remembers the same thing, I would also like to add that there are multiple things on the paper to lead one to believe smoking rooms are available"There will be a 200$ fine for smoking in a non smoking roomIf you require a smoking room let the front desk know." (I only initialed this statement because I thought I had a smoking room)At the top it says "smoking preferences"On the website I was able to reserve a smoking room with no issues and it says nothing about the hotel being smoke free.Furthermore, the manager did contact me via telephone before responding to my complaintOn the phone he did verbally acknowledge the rate code of SMO being present on my bill, and said something about this being related to me having reserved onlineHowever, as originally stated, I (as I feel is reasonable) had assumed this stood for smoking (and I was never told otherwise, until he contacted me after filing my complaint).Bottom line, I reserved a smoking room and was never told otherwise.Thanks,*** ***

Elite Anywhere is by far the worst shipping company out there! They guaranteed a two week delivery and it took over weeks for them to deliver my packageThey literally made up excuses for the delay then informed me it was sitting in their warehouse for over a month and a halfThen when it arrived it was missing items and damaged and they refused to take responsibility or reimburse me and cut off all communication with meI left probably twenty voice messages with them and they never returned my calls, and the only people who supposedly could help me during the whole process where “on vacation” and no one else would help meIf you want the worst customer service I’ve seen from any company, choose Elite AnywhereIf you want your items to be damaged or missing parts upon delivery, choose Elite AnywhereIf you want guarantees to be unmet, choose Elite AnywhereIf you want a dishonest, unreliable, and overall terrible shipping provider to be responsible for handling your valuables, choose Elite AnywhereBut if you want a good shipping company who will deliver your packages in one piece and on time, CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE!!!

When looking into hotels for our wedding night we came to the RamadaWe were shown beautiful rooms and promised a Jacuzzi room for our wedding nightWe were also promised a shuttle service from the hotel to the wedding hall, Before the wedding guests were told they could only book through one manager when we were told we just had to say our name to be added to the wedding blockThe manager never returned calls and argued adding people to the wedding blockthe day of the wedding their was no shuttle provided and guests almost missed our ceremony We found our own way to the hotel only to find out that no room had air conditioningWe were not given a Jacuzzi room as was promised in the email only three days before No one got the room they had been promised and I had to spend my wedding night in an adjoined room with my older cousinThis was July 14th we complained to the manager and to the cooperate officeWe got apologies and promises to make things rightBut the hotel and w

Following is a summary of what transpiredI called Elite Anywhere mid-morning, Tuesday, June to ask what time to expect the delivery since contrary to their assurance in writing they had not notified me the day prior (Monday, June 12) about the timing The representative from Elite Anywhere, *** ***, told me "we were just about to call you to let you know the truck broke down over the weekendI then asked when the delivery would occur and was told I could expect delivery by pm on Wednesday June 14thMidafternoon June I called *** to check on the status and was told the truck was on the way for "cross-docking" and that my load needed to be moved to a smaller truck in order to deliver to our town Shortly after pm on the 14th, I was informed that the truck had not made it to cross docking and that the delivery would take place on the 15thOn the 15th when I called to inquire about the whereabouts of the truck I was told that the truck was running late and assured

I am rejecting this response because: As stated in my original message, I was not informed that I was not booked into a smoking roomI reserved a smoking room online and was not told that there was no smoking rooms in the facilityEven on the attachment sent in by the hotel, it states "if you require a smoking room please ask," implying that there are smoking rooms availableI was not aware, from the information presented on the website, OR the receipt, that I was placed in a non smoking room (again, after booking a SMOKING room online)Also, the managers statement that I was "offered and chose an outside room" is blatantly falseI did not choose any room, nor did I have any sort of discussion about stepping outside to smokeI took the first room given to me, and assumed it was the smoking room I had booked onlineI have attached, again, my booking stating this was a smoking roomI maintain that I did not do anything to earn a 200$ smoking fee for smoking in what was advertised as a smoking roomAgain, no matter how much the manager insists I was informed at check in, I was not told, or else would not have smoked in the room.

On November 11th I was in room ***When entering into room *** I noticed the carpet was soiled and dirty with the trash in hairthe room was not cleanI entered the bathroom and noticed the towels were previously usedThe tissue was not refilled indicating the bathroom was not touched for cleaningWhen coming back in the main room and proceeding to sit on the chair there were dirty used underwear on the chair also indicating that this room was not previously cleanedWhen calling the front desk and let the manager on-site know that the room was not cleaned the manager on site told me I can Google the number to file a complaintShe did not suggest for someone to clean the room or for the room to be changedThere was also blood in the shower and blood stains on the pillow casesThe room also did not have any heatThe heat said but the room was cold throughout the whole nightThe stay was very disgusting and unsafe unhealthy and unsanitized and uncomfortableI did not lay co

We is a transportation brokerageWe have given multiple order to Elite Anywhere to handle our deliveriesThese deliveries where based on prenegotiated ratesNow many of these order have been returned to their respective shippers because Elite Anywhere wished for more moneyMany of these orders were in Elite Anywhere possession for one or more months before notifying US and eventually getting returnedUpon inspection at shipper most of the returned orders that where in Elite Anywhere possession are damagedAfter bringing this to Elite Anywhere attention, they immediately decline any wrong doing or any potential claimMany other orders have been in transit for over two months and we are still awaiting proof of delivery or actual deliveryMultiple requests have been made for updates on this information, but no email response is being sentMultiple phone calls are being made and no one will answer the phone eitherWhat can I do to ensure that my clients have their orders delivere

I went to Guidewell (formerly CCCS) for help paying off my credit card debt They work closely with me to structure repayment plansWorking with them I was able to reduce my monthly payments, got advice on maintaing a budget and eventually I was able to pay off my credit cards!
To those considering going to Guidewell for help, it is VERY important to keep to your payment schedule Do not miss any payments and PAY on TIME This is essential for your creditors to keep you on the special payment plan If you are going to be late, contact Guidewell in advance (I had to a few times) Remember, Guidewell is the mediator trying to HELP YOU get rid of your debt
