Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the owner went into the contract dishonest at the time of signing the contractThe owner did not make us aware that at the time of signing that his venue was not up to code with the Fire MarshallNow that is aware of this complaint he is stating that it isAt our last meeting it still was not! ? The owner has nothing to show for planning of the wedding at our last visitHe did not prepare for our taste testing with the vendorsWe were to have cheesecake and cakesThere were noneWe were to have brisket, sausage, mixed fajitas, and side choicesThere were noneHe had a plate of BBQ chicken, rice, and beans only with no vendors presentHe was receiving monthly payments and could not give us any details on what he has planned for the weddingAt this time we would like the amount paid in full for us to continue planning a weddingWe do hope to that all complaints against this owner have been reviewed that he is not following as contracted for the barn venuePlease also ream view all lawsuits against the owner and the news story of the local TV station as he refused to refund or discount a bride her money because the barn was not up to code for her weddingHe knew he was violating fire code when he signed all these contracts and no time did he make anyone aware at the time if signing the contracts.? The VENUE did not sign a contract with this person making claims and statements that are NOT TRUE? The VENUE does NOT know who this person is and has never done business with this person? Please remove this claim

The owner did everything possible to make sure you were ready to bookThe questions that he asked you was Are you ready to book? You answered YesThe owner talked to your mom for mins and answered all questions including the non refundable deposit to contract your event dateBefore you agreed to sign, asked him to add more services and told him you are ready to book after hours visiting with the venueThe following day, you returned to the venue and asked for a full refund because you said you changed your mindYou wanted the venue to meet your price budgetThe owner agreed reduce the price to meet your budget therefore re-negotiated the packageIn the end, you said no and walked awayPlease know that the venue strives to make every client happy by providing top-notch serviceAll questions are answered and the venue will continue to go above and beyond for every clientEven though the venue wants to make everyone happy, not all people can be pleasedWe wish you the best and may God Bless you and your family!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Mr [redacted] never gave me anything r in writing that the a/c units were to take the place of services paid forAnd he verbally informed me that the fee would be WAIVEDIt is still considered breech of contractApparently Mr [redacted] word has no valueIts obvious Mr [redacted] needs assistance or monitoring if he claims I had NO CONTRACT with himMy wedding event was just weeks ago in September 10, Therefore Mr [redacted] continues to make promises to clients and not remember what he saidBut the services that I paid for are in writing and I did not get themWaiters, china, waitress services, and cake cuttingWe had a family member cut and serve the cake Regards, [redacted] ***

The owner did everything possible to make sure you were ready to book. The questions that he asked you was Are you ready to book? You answered Yes. The owner talked to your mom for 15 mins and answered all questions including the non refundable deposit to contract your event date. Before you agreed... to sign, asked him to add 2 more services and told him you are ready to book after 2 hours visiting with the venue. The following day, you returned to the venue and asked for a full refund because you said you changed your mind. You wanted the venue to meet your price budget. The owner agreed reduce the price to meet your budget therefore re-negotiated the package. In the end, you said no and walked away. Please know that the venue strives to make every client happy by providing top-notch service. All questions are answered and the venue will continue to go above and beyond for every client. Even though the venue wants to make everyone happy, not all people can be pleased. We wish you the best and may God Bless you and your family!

Rancho la Mission does guarantee the Barn for clients event The barn has been approved by local bexar county fire marshal and is in full compliance Rancho la Mission welcomes you with open arms and is willing to make you a happy client May God Bless you!

I've attached a copy of contract No refunds due to venue holding event date and turning away future clients If client is still interested, the venue will willing to honor the original contract agreement however client will need to make their account current by making a payment

I am rejecting this response because we will not pay the venue anymore money for a venue that is not guaranteed for use of the barn. Because the contract was based off of action of the venue owner we would appreciate that the money given to the business owner be refunded in full. Please research the previous actions and lawsuits against the owner. I am sure there are multiple complaints against the owner with the Revdex.com. The venue also advertises in the San Antonio Wedding Magazine the a New Barn Venue.

I'm sorry; ? After reviewing my documents, I noticed that person complaining is a past client? The dispute that client is requesting I reject it is not true and because they owe me for renting A/C window units and portacoolers which comes to $+ $tax = $?
