Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is more than just the warrantyalthough paying for a worthless warranty that we can't even use and are still paying for is nothing more than robberyWe haven't even had the vehicle a year and a half and everything is breaking that we purchased the warranty forI can't believe you do that to peopleThe repairs are exceeding what the vehicle is worth and you sold it to us like thatLithia says they will discount for usWhat does that mean? every quote I have ever got from them has been double what other mechanics have bidI took it to Lithia because I called a week prior to inquire about my warranty and was told to bring it in and it would be coveredHad I known it wasn't I would have gone to a mechanic that was fair and honestLithia has tried to tell me I needed repairs that were not necessary at allSo now we have a vehicle that is falling apart and requires a very large sum of money to repair and my son doesn't have that kind of moneyYour extended warranty should not be allowed because it is worthless and people pay for it with their hard earned money to protect themselvesYou failed us in addition to overchargingI have always been a great customer to Lithia and have purchased several vehicles from youI am very disappointed ow this turned out and am scared to death to bring my vehicles to you for repairsIn addition, we are paying for a broken down vehicle you sold us and a warranty that we have to continue paying on but don't get to use Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I feel like their was deception on their part thru the hole processI explicitly told them in the beginning I didn't want a leased vehicleI traded in the vehicle I had why would I do that for a lease? I was under the impression that I was buying a car not leasing a carWhen I asked questions about what was going on the salesman kept saying "Don't worry about anything we are taking care of youThey made me think they were taking care of me but were taking advantage of meI feel betrayed and cheated about this whole incident I am elderly living on a fixed income and I feel that I don't have a voice to express my anger at this whole situationSomeone is at fault and its not me I was the one who got played by a large dealership that claims its has good service and takes care of its customersI am tired of being taken advantage ofI trusted their word and their word was no goodThe things they promised me didn't happen the way they said it would and they lied about everythingI don't feel that I should be charged the charges they came up with at the end of the lease, their was no damage done to the car it was in perfect shape when I returned itI never used the f word once and they took the car and sold it so they should have to pay the charges to [redacted] and they can write it off This has nothing to do with [redacted] Remember they took the car and sold it so they are not out any costs but I am and they are threatening to zero out my credit Sincerely, [redacted]

We will contact the customer - Car fax shows accident in California in - NO airbags deployed, No structural damage --- We will update this concern after we speak to him

This is a Certified vehicle sold over year agoLemon laws do not apply to Used Vehicles in the state of IdahoWe will gladly entertain a visit to attempt a trade into another vehicle. We appreciate their business and will attempt to work with them on trading towards another vehicle. Ryan C*** our Sales manager has reached out to them in an attempt to set up a time we can visit.

The dollar amount in dispute is a tire " REBATE" from the manufacturerAll paperwork has been processed and in in the works already the day we swapped out the tires for him at no charge.The rebate coming from the manufacturer will take up to weeks to receive. His credit card he referenced
is a " FORD" card and is valid at any Ford dealership in the country.

We have an appointment this Saturday 1/30/2016 with ** ***We will attempt to trade her into another vehicle of her choice and that fits within her budget.The vehicle in question was sold with no warranty and customer chose not to purchase any extended service plan for the vehicle.We
will do what we can to satisfy this situation.I will follow up when we have resolution
