Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/09/25) */ We are in receipt of the consumer complaint, after reviewing our records we found that there were no notes on the account indicating that a Settlement for Deletion was promised to the consumerOur company procedures only requires us to update the Credit Report for Paid in Full or Settled in Full respectfully, however, do we offer deletions from the Credit Bureau for certain situationsWe typically do not offer deletions for SettlementsOur records do indicate that the complainant called and spoke with a Manager at our office and was promised a deletion on September 4, 2015, the request was put through to have these accounts removed from the Consumer's credit report at that timeThe Consumer also submitted disputes through the Credit Reporting Agency directly at which time we requested the Credit Bureau Agency remove our inquiry from the Consumer's creditAt this time I believe all efforts have been attempted to have this situation rectified for the Consumer, however as an additional courtesy I have sent manual requests to have these inquiries removed from the Consumer's Credit ReportShould you have any additional questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact our office

Re Complaint [redacted] This is in response to MsNewman’s complaint against Rash Curtis and AssociatesThere are a number of matters that need to be addressed in her complaint, some of which are inaccurateOn April 2nd 2016, [redacted] called and talked to one of our RepsHe was trying to explain to [redacted] the details of the two accounts she has in our office when she abruptly hung up On April 6th 2016, [redacted] called our office againThe Rep was able to give [redacted] more information on her two outstanding billsThe older bill that [redacted] is referring to was placed in our office for collections on September 2nd Our Client provided us with limited information about the debt, but the date the debt was incurred was June 28th She indicates she settled this bill in 2009, but our office has no record of thisIf [redacted] could provide documentation about the settlement, we will update our filesIf not, [redacted] can mail us a Letter of Dispute outlining why she disputes it [redacted] states in her complaint that it is against the law to collect on such an older debt and that we threatened to sue herBoth these statements are inaccurateAs far as being against the law to collect on an older debt, passage of time does not dissolve the obligation of the debtIt is still dueBut time does change if the account can be sued over and if it can be reported to a credit reportAt this point, the debt is too old to be placed on a credit report or be sued overAs far as our Rep threatening to sue [redacted] over this older debt, just the opposite occurredAfter [redacted] told us it’s against the law to collect on such a debt, our Rep replied “No, it’s against the law for us to try to sue you or something like that, but it’s still due.” I have provided the recording of the conversation for verification of this As far as [redacted] not receiving any emails from us, research shows we had the wrong email on file, resulting in her not receiving any mailThis has been fixed and an email and hard copy will be sent out today of the individual account she is requestingIf [redacted] disputes the older of the two bills, despite what bill we already sent her, by law, she can make a payment just on the undisputed amountShe does not need an individual bill of the one she wants to payShe just need to indicate that she disputes the older account and wants the payment applied to the other account We apologize for not getting her the email she requestedAs stated above, we had the wrong email address on file, and this has now been corrected Thank you, [redacted] Auditor

Good Morning, Rash Curtis & Associates (RCA) apologizes for the oversight of one of its RepresentativesAfter [redacted] called RCA on 9/12/2017, the situation was immediately dealt with [redacted] should not see the item on her Credit report within hoursThe individual who made the oversight was talked with to ensure this does not happen again Our Bookkeeping Department reversed the $on Wednesday morning[redacted] should see the reversal as early as today, but it may take a few business days Again, RCA apologizes for the inconvenience Thank you RCA Auditing Department

I am rejecting this response because: This company is fraudulentI requested via telephone that statements be mailed showing proof of a debt being owed by me, requested by me and signed off by meI also asked that after notification be mailed out, that all communications stopThis company, never mailed me any proof that a debt was taken out and made by me when requested prior to starting my Revdex.com caseThis company was in fact calling me from different area codes other than '***' and '***'I have voicemails from this company reflecting different area codes from different cities and states by this company, all of which have been provided to our family attorney for reviewDue to this company refusing to provide documentation upon initial requests and due to this company continue to call, even after verbal requests to send proof and stop calling, it only shows the deceit played out by this ridiculous companyCalls only stopped once I started my Revdex.com caseI also requested that proof be mailed out to me and THEN for this company to cease contactThis company has no legitimate proof that I took out this debt, otherwise it would have been sentMy attorney will be suing if this fraudulent activity continues by this crook of a companyRead the complaints by others, they're all the sameNo proof?
